You are trapped in a room with no windows, two doors, one striped blue and one pea green. Also there is a table with a single chair and an array of cakes, tarts, pies and fruits. You can't remember who you are or why you are here. There's the scratchy sound of an record player somewhere in the distance. What do you do? Note: you cannot use anything you "just so happen to have". Also the record player's song is in this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-lVZFH1VkUOh and two people at a time, in the same building/room/locaion.

Rules I'll narrate what your surroundings are and what are found if you investigate something. This is a pretty open roleplay style game.
An example...
I walk over to the deserts and pick up a tart to eat.
or it can be long like this....
I walk throughout the room to find some clues, then go to the table and eat a tart. After that I go to the doors and try to open them,

(Heh, sounds fun.)
I take a moment to survey my surroundings, finding the olden time song both a bit unsettling but comforting in some weird way. Something like an old cartoon flashes through my mind, but I don't linger on the thought as I look to the doors. The green one seems to draw me more, so I try the handle. Any luck?

You find the door is locked. Back at the table something causes a napkin to flutter to the ground, a few seconds later the salt shaker spills over.

Half expected, I turn away from the door with a sigh and look towards the other, but as I approach the sound of tinkering objects catches my attention and I immediately turn around to face the table. Brow furrowed in obvious confusion, I move forward to investigate. I pick up the napkin from the floor and look about the room again, noting how I didn't even feel a draft coming from any direction. Whether it was out of necessity to keep my fingerprints from getting on it or out of health safety reasons, I am uncertain, but I use the napkin as a buffer to pick up the salt shaker and inspect it closely. Something inside it?

No matter how many times you try you can't find anything in the shaker, perhaps some outside force knocked it over. Overhead the ceiling barely muffles a "thunk", at the same time a frog appears from behind a cake, startled it takes a few hops before resting to lick it's eye.

(Last post from me until late evening today. Just an FYI)
My eyes are immediately drawn to the ceiling at the noise. A second floor? With no windows, it was a safe to assume that I might be in a basement of some sort. It could've even been my basement for all I knew and I had somehow lost the key. Introspection aside, if there was an upstairs, and someone had made that noise, I had to get their attention and hopefully their help. My sights rest on one of the chairs in the room. A few bangs of that on the ceiling would get anyone's attention, I'm sure.
It seems though, that I'm a rather distracted individual, or perhaps the objects in the room were placed just to be a distraction as I find myself staring into the cold, wide-eyed gaze of a frog. Baffled, I continued to stare at it for several long moments before remembering I had this amazing ability to blink.
"Oh... Hullo there..." I half muttered, half mumbled as I looked around the table to see if there were any other surprise- amphibian or otherwise- that I was missing. As out of place the frog was, I suppose there could've been stranger things I might've found in the room just then, but one thing was for certain. All thoughts of eating any of the foods set out were now forfeit.

The frog moves towards a cupcake when a larger frog or rather a bullfrog leaps out and eats it, knocking over the cupcake which splatters onto the floor revealing a piece of paper.
