Stage One – Energy Absorption (enerugidouka)

Distance Absorption – by extending their chakra to come in contact with the energy source, the user can absorb it.
Range: One meter
Genin – energy can be absorbed through chakra emanating from the hands
Jounin – energy can be absorbed through chakra emanating from the feet

Touch Absorption – as long as the area of contact between the user and the energy source is covered in chakra, the user is able to absorb the energy.
