The entirety of the 6th Branch is bizarre. Sailors are encouraged to be free with themselves...resulting in cross-dressers, lipstick, and shaved legs, among others. Their captain, Foxglove Pitt, is a noted officer with a problem history sheet longer than most peoples' arms. She surrounds herself with people who have identity disorders, and generally mentally sick people. These are people who are forced to be in the marines to "straighten" themselves out. This is a Branch of the marines that raises the middle finger to that policy. It is accepted because they do their job without question. Unlike other Branches, 6th has no island home, and their location changes. Currently situated and sheltered in an atoll island, the okama spend their days swinging off of lines, watching for actual threats....those "threats", are those of other marine vessels that might be coming for a report or status update. Most of the crew though lays around half-naked, either sunning, on "vacation", or generally slacking off after the morning duties are done, and the pace is lax. Their captain is quite aware of their activities, but is nocturnal, and leaves command of the fleet to her young Commander, a girl named Mey.
Pirates who wish to do trading with the fleet, or have specialized business need do so with the captain herself, and therefore should approach at night with flares or torches marking their craft.

NPC Mey and general members of the 6th Fleet
It was a beautiful, sun-kissed day, and the...unique members of the 6th were capitalizing on it.....all except one. Their captain was a sworn nocturnal being, and refused any and all attempts to plead with her to come out and enjoy the day, choosing to sleep instead. Of course, sleeping in a tent on a hot day, under covers, and on warm wood does not make for ideal conditions. Instead, she deferred control to her lieutenant and second in command, Mey. Mey was a young officer who was extremely sensitive about her body and its child-like appearance. Ironing board through and through, the men didn't think any less of her for it though, so it was a fair company indeed. What she did do though, that no one else in the fleet did, was tan. Mey tended to do that, wearing more and more revealing swimwear every day. Her captain had worn them when she was growing up, and because of her condition, wore nothing but skimpy, non restricting or clinging...underwear. That's all anyone could really call it. One could call it swimwear, but ultimately, it was almost too immodest. In this day in particular, Mey's outfits had finally gotten to the point where she was embarrassed about it, and found a much higher post so that only flying people MIGHT have a chance at seeing....or giants. But with both cases, their eyesight might not be the greatest, and pass her off as a spot on the deck somewhere. It was heaven, THE perfect place to sun and tan, and best of all, her captain hadn't given her orders to move the fleet in over two weeks. The only qualm Mey had was that the rear of the ship was docked in the shade of the atoll's ridge, making finding a good spot harder to do. Really...couldn't we have made a larger crow's nest so that I could lay down and stretch out while I was up there? It's the best spot in the fleet. Mey didn't actually care too much for her subordinates. If they were being attacked, sure. But otherwise, they were capable of defending themselves, and with but one devil fruit user in the entire of 6th fleet, they splashed about making high pitched cries in the attempts to sound feminine. A fleet of "women", as they'd been dubbed once, though between the captain's apathetic nature towards name-calling and the rest of the crew's stubbornness to do what they wanted, they got by all right.

Foxglove O.Pitt
With day came night, eventually. The cooler temperatures brought most of the Sixth Fleet's sun lovers indoors, and to quiet celebrations and games. However, it brought its one night time lover outdoors. Alone on the deck of her ship, Foxglove enjoyed a glass of wine, albeit wine spiked all sorts of "antidepressants", though were basically nothing more than sugar pills...but it was the thought that mattered. She drank straight from the bottle, and dropped her hooded cloak off, revealing her minimalistic, nearly bare self to the moon. Oh...what a wondrous feeling. The cool wet air against her. Harsh on her throat, but that was what the wine was for. The complete opposite of her lieutenant, her incredible chest was probably the single most distinctive feature on her...short of her actual height. She preferred sitting, which made her only appear to be half of what she was. Still, twice as tall as that of her average subordinate. The fleet had been here just under three weeks....perhaps it was time to move onward. Foxglove pondered that concept, and took out a map, unrolling it near a lantern to better see it as she plotted their new spot. This one had attracted only half a dozen pirates to join. The rest were imprisoned down in the holds of her ship. They had a choice, alright. Join, or be turned in as pirates. Truthfully, Foxglove pondered what life as a pirate would be like, but shook her head. Why always be on the run from authorities if you were the authorities, albeit lenient ones? It didn't make sense, and so long as the government didn't bother her, things were fine.

~~Taela S. Atlas~~
Taela lit the last torch and attached it to her ship, hoping the Marines on the island would see them soon. She was anxious to do her business and leave. She was afraid of the dark and whatever might be lurking in it. She and her twin sailed along for a while until she spotted the island. "There it is!" She and Tweverel rowed faster than ever, in the last stretch to the island. They docked the boat and cautiously proceeded further on land. Taela couldn't see anyone at first; she had been used to the light coming off the torches. "Keep a look out for anyone." she instructed briefly to her twin, who nodded and became more interested in the surroundings. They wandered around for a while, looking for anyone, waiting for the hopefully-soon welcome that would come.

Foxglove O. Pitt
The pair shouldn't have had much trouble in distinguishing any activity on the island. Local wildlife aside, there was minimal lighting on the fleet altogether, though in the center ship, a small lantern cast a fair amount of light, and an obvious beacon to those who came here on purpose. It wasn't terribly hard for someone who spent most of her time in the night to hear or even see some movement. Her facial expression changed to that of her faint smile, and she drew her cloaks around her. Guests and all, she wasn't dressed properly to greet and hold a "party" there. I wonder then....what are they here for? Hmhmhm, judging from the numbers...they're not too many strong...maybe they're here...yes...that's what it must be. They wish to enter into a contract with me! Splendid, splendid. Foxglove tapped her fingers together, anticipating a guest or two, and perhaps even a "customer". oh how she loved those. She secretly hoped they were males, they were so much fun to twist and and bend.

~~Taela S. Atlas~~
After a while of wandering on the island, Taela caught sight of the beacon on the ship. "Look, Ever! A beacon! Let's go see if there's anyone there!" The pair rushed forward into the light, revealing their features and genders. Taela was completely unaware that she was being watched closely by the very being who she came to see. She looked around, not seeing anyone yet, into the darkness. Still kinda creepy, I hope we find this witch soon! Taela looked around once more before calling out. "Excuse me! We're here to see the benevolent Witch of the East Blue! Is anyone here?" She listened closely, as if the witch's voice might be as soft as a whisper.

Foxglove O. Pitt
A witch? Is that what she was being called? Foxglove started to chuckle, but got caught up in a cough and began to hack. Once she managed to get hold of herself, she turned her head and beckoned in a gesture towards the pair. One male, one female it seemed. Not exactly thrilling, but not boring either. In a husky and slightly rasping voice, Foxglove called out to them. "You seek the benevolent witch of East Blue? Heh....come closer, come closer, gather around the lantern so I can talk normally with you." Foxglove beckoned once more, but stood up as if to more properly welcome them in. Thankfully, the cloak she wore was very long and wide, and probably meant as a sort of hood for a true giant. However, it suited her just fine. To her side, she had rested a gigantic clear, gourd shaped bottle with a cork in it. That might not have been visible to the pair, but it wasn't any harm if they did see it. Kunpuu lay propped up next to it, as well as her standard pistol she carried.

~~Taela S. Atlas~~
Taela tried to refrain from screaming when the rasping voice came. She took a few nervous, shaky steps towards the witch. She seemed larger than Taela had originally thought. Is she part giant? Taela didn't have much time to think about it. "H-Hello. My name is Taela. Taela A-Atlas. This is my twin, Tweverel." Her voice cracked under pressure from the witch's slightly amused expression. "I-I came for a favor. I heard that you could grant wishes. I was wondering.... if you could grant mine?" She stood there, shaking in fear, her hands close by her sides.

Foxglove O. Pitt
Splendid, and they didn't even ask to see the witch. They were perceptive, or perhaps assuming, but assuming correct, if it was the latter. "You heard right, miss Taela Atlas. I do indeed grant wishes, through contracts. Forgive me for my rustiness, it has been so long since someone has come to visit asking for such. The rest of the time, it is superiors wanting updates. Tell me though, what is your wish?" Again, her voice went raspy, but managed to keep some level of general womanly huskiness. Yes, she was indeed part giant, among other things. Curious being one of them, she pondered what the wish could be. Could it be that they wanted to be identical twins? Switch gender twins? Something to do with twins? Oh, so many guesses...THIS was what made it worthwhile to Foxglove, to freely grant wishes. The unpredictable nature of the wishes....what they could possibly wish for...and how it could be misinterpreted...it was enough to almost make her unconsciously drool. She did indeed start, but caught herself and sucked it back in. She offered a hand out, as if to sit and talk, like some old friends in front of a campfire....or lantern, in this case.

~~Taela S. Atlas~~
Taela was glad for the informality of the witch. It made her relax a little. Still a little uncomfortable, she reached for Ever's hand, which he grasped and squeezed slightly, giving her a sense of security. Her brown hair blew in the breeze, which she was grateful for, she was so nervous that she couldn't help but perspire. Before answering, she gladly took the witch's silent invitation to sit down by the fire. She sat by the fire, spreading out her marine cloak, keeping hold of Ever's hand. "Miss Wi..." She stopped mid-sentence as she realized the implications of the word 'witch'. She thought about asking her name but thought that might be awkward at this point. "I would like a.... a pair of wings." She flinched a little, as if a little embarrassed about this request. "A pair of wings that you might imagine on an angel that I can fly with. I'd be very grateful if you could grant my wish." she released with one breath, before taking another large one. She felt herself grasping Ever's hand so intensely, her hand was cramping. She released, feeling the cramp wither away. She tried to smile and look in the witch's eyes but found she was unable to do so.

Foxglove O. Pitt
Foxglove paused at Taela's words that she began first and then interrupted herself. Perhaps...perhaps they knew? No, if they did, then they wouldn't have been surprised. That on her mind, she tuned back in to Taela's wish. That always made things fun, possibly not hearing details. "I see. You want to fly, an admirable, common, but admirable wish. I can do that for you. Tell me though, what does an angel look like? And more importantly, why do you hold hands with your twin? Can he speak? Perhaps...perhaps he is a she and is embarrassed about the slightly masculine physique she has? I can fix that too, if that's what he/she is embarrassed about. Does he/she also want a wish granted?" Oh, the mischief. Despite his clear appearance as a male, he did have some effeminate traits, and in the darkness, she could have simply not seen clearly. Ohh, the fun she could have with this pair. The problem though, lay in the fact that they were marines. Ranked just below her, and not of her division. It was a bit of an envious situation, that she wanted her own subordinate, her protege, to be of that rank, and respected. The problem was, Mey never wanted to make a wish. It was fair enough that she wouldn't, given that she knew what she knew about the process. Still, a lazy, and boring lieutenant that she wished could be a tad stronger, more female, and more...well, more like herself. Triplets would be hot...and if she didn't have that problem Witchy and I have....ohhh, the glory of it. Of course, if I didn't have it, or both of us didn't...the fantasies....the men...ohhhh. But who am I kidding....I'm stuck with it, just like everything else that's come with me up to now. Including this practically useless devil fruit. It's good for mischief....but I can't do anything useful with it. Nothing that directly benefits me, anyway. If I had had half a brain, I would have held off a month longer, and had a much more glorious fruit....like the one I have in my possession now.... Seemingly reminiscing, Foxglove subconsciously awaited a response.

~~Taela S. Atlas~~
Taela blushed slightly, then began to answer the witch's questions in order. "I think... an angel looks completely beautiful, in its own way. Its wings.... are almost indescribable. They're like.... clouds. Big, beautiful, feathered clouds sprouting from their backs." She paused, as if she herself was captivated by the image she just created. She shook her head and brushed her hair behind her ear mechanically, like she did it all the time. For the second question, she glanced down at how her right hand was clasped in her twin's. She had done it ever since they were very young, and it had become an idiosyncrasy for both of them. "Ever and I have only each other, you see. The rest of our family died in a wildfire a couple years ago. We've always been an affectionate family, and we don't care what anyone thinks. It's just how we show each other that we care for one another." Taela felt Ever squeeze her hand, as if agreeing completely. She was about to answer the third question when Ever spoke for himself, his deep, melodious voice brushing through the words he spoke. "I can speak, witch. And I am indeed a male and have no wish to change that. I have a wish, but I have come primarily for Taela and to support her." Taela nearly always found Ever's eloquence dumfounding. She collected herself, shook her head, and again, brushed her hair behind her ear. "If you'll grant our wishes, my lady, we'll be very grateful to you." Taela gathered her courage and managed to give the witch a polite smile and a brief glance into her eyes.

Foxglove O. Pitt
Taela's answer seemed to puzzle Foxglove, while the male's made her want to retort. How very fitting of twins. Despite looking alike, twins almost always were complete opposites, much like her twin and herself. She lowered her head, as if seeming to ponder over the matter. "Hmhmhm, well, I think I can get the picture of what you think they look like. Tell you what though. I'll grant your wish, as long as the lad here tells me of his wish. It's not every day that a single person gets to listen to others' secret desires....and have the power to make them come true. Isn't that something worth waiting for, mm?" Foxglove thought more about what an angel was, trying to picture it...and then it hit her. Devil...Angel....if her powers made her look like a devil, then an angel would look the opposite of her. So....flat chested....light or fair skin....light colored hair.....but beautiful otherwise. I see. That's easy enough to imagine. However.... She let that thought trail off though, waiting for the male's answer. So far, she was being accommodating, perhaps he would be as well.

~~Taela K. Atlas~~ Taela tried not to look too stricken by the fact that, not only did she get to have her wish come true, she also had the privilege of seeing into Ever's mind and his desires. "Thank you!" Taela said, finally breaking out of her stricken silence. She turned to Ever, who seemed to be considering his wish. He finally looked up, a cool but certain sparkle in his eyes. "I wish for the power of the angels. I wish that I might be able to control the light all around us." He finished with a shuddering breath, as if he, too, was realizing that this was the moment they had been waiting for. Taela felt him squeeze her hand a little tighter. They both were waiting, in tense anticipation about what was about to happen.

Foxglove O. Pitt
Foxglove only lifted an eyebrow as he spoke of his wish. Another....angel wish. Everyone wants to be one....a saint, as it were. Oh, the world is full of good people...and then...then there are people like me. Still, I did say I would grant them their wishes if he told me his, and what's to say it won't be fun to create? After a brief pause, she bent down and got on her knees, turning and retrieving the bottle and uncorking it for the twins to see. "Witch, I may be. And as proof, my cauldron. However, this cauldron does my bidding, and it will grant you your wishes. I have but two requisites before I can grant your wish. The first is that in order to make it work, you must freely jump in. The entrance is wide enough for both of you, and most beings as is. The second is an unfortunate oversight I made. In asking the male here to reveal his wish, my power dictates that I grant his as well. But in hearing one wish and not granting it before the second was heard, I must grant both at the same time. Any further delays could result in terrible disaster, both for you and for me. Wish granting is risky, after all," Foxglove began, warning them of the conditions to which she would grant their wish. She then continued, "However, you are both twins, and were born in your mother's womb together. I don't think you'll have too much trouble in there at the same time, yes? To get the wishes you both wanted, you, miss Taela Atlas, must enter first. Then follows your twin, in accordance with whom made the first wish and then the second. I apologize for this, but otherwise, you could turn out deformed or have something seriously wrong with you. It's big enough for the both of you fairly comfortably, so....hop on in whenever you're ready. When I pull you out, your wish will be granted to you, simple as that." With that, Foxglove held the bottle's open mouth down towards them, and it looked like the mouth of a large cannon. Inside was a clear, light pink fluid that looked a lot like pepto-bismol, and had the smell of some kind of cotton candy. All that was left now was for them to either accept, or decline.
