 A simple village that seems peaceful enough lines the coast of this small island, tho truth be told behind these fancy looking homes, rests a ratty nest for pirates, it's a pirates dream come true... The few navy men who patrol this area are bribed to leave the pirates alone by the mayor.

 Lexi's little cheeks puffed up when he questioned her grammar, but forced herself to swallow her pride and not say anything about it. "There will never be anyone like Luffy ever again." She protested, putting her nose up in the air triumphantly. "And if follow his footsteps exactly, won't you die?" The girl stuck her bottom lip out, pretending to be cross with him.
"You're not allowed to die, I won't let you." The girl walked over to the lever as instructed, pulled it down, and returned to finish speaking. "Besides, I can be a princess if I want too. Momma said I could, and I'll squish anyone who says no. So there. I'm the princess."

Then laugh at your rotting corpse... Dante waited until the ship came to a full stop before speaking. "At least you know that much... There most certainly won't ever be anyone like Luffy ever again... But there will be someone better then him..." He said walking past her as he stopped and laughed at her remark about not letting him die. "I'm afraid you've already failed at that... you see I'm technically already dead..." He said with another laugh. "come... let me show you what being a pirate is really like..." He said walking off the ship, apparently unafraid of anyone stealing it... He expected the little girl to follow him, not bothering to look back. He kept his head down per usual, as to not make eye contact with anyone as he simply walked forward with that gloomy feeling of death sinking into anyone tho seemed to be in his path... They all stepped out of Dante's way as women from various brothels would woo any man that got close due to Dante's fear, stealing what money they had in their pockets.
One group of whores even managed to try and woo Dante, tho Dante simply looked up for a moment, before lowering his head once more, and walking past the women. They all stood there wide eye'd and horrified, until they all finally dropped to their knee's as Dante pushed open the door to a bar. There was music and dancing as two men even waved to Dante, saying "Welcome back!". Apparently he wasn't feared by ALL as Davey Jones Reincarnate... He took a seat at the bar as he patted the stool to his left, indicating for Lexi to take a seat next to him... Tho the stool was about as high as Lexi her self was... "I didn't know you had a thing for little kids Dante..." "say that again... and I'll rip out your throat... now bring the brat a glass of milk and something to eat..." He said. "The usual for you?" Dante simply nodded in response. "Tell me sweet heart, what would you like to eat?" The bartender asked" The woman serving the bar talking to Lexi seemed the only one not glaring at Dante, nor the little girl... As well she seemed the only one not angry or scared of Dante...  The only thing that follows me is darkness...
Hell's messengers are my only allies...

Lexi frowned. What he was saying didn't make much sense. Already dead? She was determined to ask him later to further explain what he meant by 'already dead'. For now, she just followed her king. On their way into town, Lexi noticed some very strange people. Women who needed to wear more clothes threw themselves at her king, which only made Lexi upset. As they walked by, she would stick her tongue out at each person who looked at him. Don't worry, I won't let anyone touch you. She thought to herself, staring at her king's back in determination.
When they got inside what appeared to be a bar, he instructed her to sit next to him on the tall chair. It was as tall as she was! But no matter, with a little less weight... Lexi pulled herself up with easy and sat down, dangling her little feet happily to and fro. So his name is Dante... Cool! She smiled upon hearing someone finally speak his name.
When asked what she wanted to eat, Lexi snapped out of her day dream, and mumbled something along the lines of 'sandwhich' and 'what a princess would eat'. After that, she went back to looking at all the people, but mostly Dante.

Then laugh at your rotting corpse... The barmaid [Finally remembered what their called!] nodded to Lexi with a smile. "of course princess, what ever you'd like" She said turning to vanish into the back. Dante simply kept his head lowered, his hair covering that one good eye of his as one of the men walked up behind the two. He was fat, and nearly five times the size of Dante... "Oy! Dante! You and I have some unfinished buisne-" The barmaid came back out carrying two trays of food. "No fighting in the bar!" She yelled. "Break the rules and you take it up with father" She said as the man behind Dante got a nervous look on his face... Slowly backing away. Dante seemed to have this tiny smile on his face, like he was about to laugh, but it quickly vanished as the barmaid placed a glass of cold milk, and a ham sandwich with a little cheese in front of the girl. She then turned to Dante and placed a large drumstick of cooked chicken with a mug filled with water next to it before him.
"So who's the little girl Dante? your daughter?" Dante didn't respond as he had already started feasting on his food. The barmaid pouted playfully at Dante before sliding to the left, stopping in front of Lexi as she smiled. "Tell me hun, why are you with Dante? you know he's not exactly the type for little girls to be hanging around with" She said, her fairly giant breasts resting on the counter... It was almost like she was saying "Go home little girl, he's mine"... But with women it was hard to tell... Then again this was just from Dante's point of view... His manners weren't exactly... The greatest in the world... But he wasn't nearly as bad as the other pirates in the bar... And then the next question came into mind... Who was this 'father' person the man who wasn't afraid of Dante would become afraid of just at the mention of his name... Was he stronger then Dante? The only thing that follows me is darkness...

Lexi practically dove into her sandwich; the food had been bad when she had stole away on that marine ship, this on the contrary, was much better. The girl took a bite, happily chewing food as she watched the lady try to talk to her king. A superior smile found its way onto Lexi's face, but hastily vanished once the woman decided to talk to her.
Before speaking, she glanced over at Dante for approval... and found none. She began to feel mischievous when she noticed that he didn't disapprove either. Time to prove that grown-ups can be taught. "He's my best friend in the whole world, but don't tell anybody." Lexi made a shooshing noise behind her index finger which was pressed against her mouth.

"What?" Lexi pouted, shooting both the lady and Dante an accusing glance. It's not like she had said that Dante liked pink ponies... "Meanies..." She said once the laughter began, thinking that they were making fun of her rather than Dante. Snatching the glass of milk off the table, Lexi took a sip, drowning her anger in the drink. Even when the woman collapsed behind the bar, Lexi didn't even bother to look up.
A spray of milk erupted from Lexi's mouth the moment she heard Dante speak, it splashed on the counter, and onto the woman who had laughed. "I'm in the crew?" She repeated, in a far more excited tone than Dante had used. Lexi laughed mockingly at the others in the room, as if she was better than them because she was in the crew and they weren't. The child didn't even seem to care or notice that she had been called stupid.

The moment he did, nearly everyone within the bar made a gasping noise, and the bar maids eye's widened. "What!? You're letting a little girl join your crew!? Are you mad!?!?!? Do you know how dangerous that is!!? WITH YOU OF ALL PEOPLE!!!" She yelled... She was about to grab his collar, tho he looked up again as she quickly looked away cowering, curled up in a ball behind the bar counter... "like I said... only one stupid enough to join my crew... age or not she claims she's going to become the pirate princess... and already knows that I'm going to become the pirate king..." He said as most of the men in the bar made a snooty doubtful noise, while most of the women giggled. There were a few 'oh how cute she is' noises from a few of the whores. Tho from the real female pirates, they took offense to it...
One even walked up behind the two... "You there... brat... if you think you're a real pirate... then I challenge you to a duel! I'll teach your bratty a** a lesson you won't soon forget..." Dante already knew Lexi's gaze would come his way, so before she could, he spoke. "You're a pirate now Lexi... meaning you make your own decisions... You can do what ever you want unless I give you an order... there are no real binding rules to being a pirate..." He said as he went back to eating his food. "Hear that? your precious best frie-" Dante cut her off as he leaned his head up straight, tho didn't turn it. "Er... Captain..." She mumbled looking to Dante for approval... He simply lowered his head once more as she got that cocky grin back in an instant... "Captain said you could... you've got no one and nothing to hide behind... So wada ya say... wanna learn what it's like to be a real pirate?" She asked licking the blade of her cutlass... The only thing that follows me is darkness...

Instead of doing another spit take, the tiny girl let out a squeal of delight, completely ignoring the people around them. It was just her king and she. For a few moments, that to Lexi seemed like forever, she just smiled brightly at Dante; probably feeling like the luckiest girl in the world. When brought back to reality by his voice, Lexi piped up with a few 'yeahs' to agree with pretty much whatever he said.
"A pirate...?" She whispered to herself, pausing to look down at her hands as if the news would suddenly change her appearance. When she brought her head back up, the first thing did was point at the woman who was licking her sword and made a disgusted face. "I hope you get sick from that... but I accept." Lexi took hold of her umbrella, and hopped down from the stool; the girl's head didn't even reach the top of the bar. Anything for the king... No rules, right? "I don't see any ships in here." She stated; only Dante would know what she meant. (( ._. Lol.... LEXI SMASH! D:< -squish- ))

As a child, Lexi couldn't help but complain when the lady with the really big watermelons stuffed down her shirt began yelling at the two of them. "Who cares..." She grumbled, letting the tip of her umbrella hit the ground before dragging it behind her on purpose. Lexi hoped that made someone mad.
Walking outside, she eyed the old-hag lady who wanted to fight her. "Do you like to play tag?" She asked, picking up her umbrella and pushing it open. "'Cause we can play tag, but no tag backs." After flashing a quick grin, she darted to the side and screamed, "Go!" (( XD OH MY GOD! I literally laughed out loud when I read the "bahama mama's" tidbit. I swear, Lexi probably thinks she is the toughest girl ever because she's in "her king's" crew now. >_> Part of me really wants to damage the building and find out who the father is... XD Would you like me to npc my own fight or would you like too? =o ))

Lexi found her little game to be fun, although the old-hag didn't seem to think so. The girl led the chase in and out of the alleys and through the streets, but she never really got too far away from where she left Dante. "Stop runnin' 'ya damn kid!" The woman yelled, gradually catching up to the child. Wow, she's good at tag... Time to add some bounce! Lexi reluctantly skidded to a stop and faced her pursuer, holding her umbrella over her head.
"Let me show 'ye how a real pirate fights." The woman taunted, gesturing the universal sign for "you're dead' by pretending to slice her through with her finger. "No, I'll show you how a princess fights!" On that note, Lexi jumped and was airborne; a childish laughter escaping her lips.
"What the hell? 'Ya freak, come down here!" "If you say so!" Lexi squealed as she added on 150 pounds and dropped onto the woman. It was enough to knock the air out of her, however, it wouldn't keep her down. Obviously, this had done nothing more than anger the woman further, because she recovered pretty fast; by grasping onto Lexi's shirt before she could get away. "Now 'ye've done it 'ya little bi-..." Lexi began adding on pounds fast, but before she could do any sort of severe damage, the woman threw her to the side.
After she stopped rolling, Lexi hastily got up, and unfortunately, so did the woman. "Stay down!" The child cried, not liking that the woman wasn't being beaten so easily. A severe murderous intent seemed to emanate from the she-pirate; with cutlass in hand, she charged towards Lexi. Screaming, the girl jumped into the air again, gliding until she her feet touched down on the top of a stack of barrels . Blinded by anger, the she-pirate began hacking at the barrels, unknowingly cutting the line that was holding them upright.
"Sto-" Lexi was cut off by a loud snap, and the next thing she knew the barrels were tumbling down, many landing on top of her enemy. Distracted by the woman's scream, she forgot to glide to safety. Lexi blacked out momentarily upon hitting the ground, but when she opened her eyes, the woman was stuck underneath. "I'm gonna kill 'ye..." She groaned, reached for her weapon. "Nope..." Lexi frowned, crushing the cutlass under extreme pressure. As the adrenaline slowly left her body, Lexi leaned against the nearest wall; watching the woman aimlessly try to claw her way free. (( Pfft, she got lucky. XD ))
