Special Ability: Ki Strike-Channel
Ki strike is a special ability that allows you to channel your chakra through a single, melee taijutsu attack, be it a punch or kick, which is a combination of both of your elements. It is treated as an attack ranked higher than yourself in terms of cost and strength. It has the explosive force of a paper tag (which increases to 2 explosive tags at special jounin, and three at saanin) and renders the opponent unable to use chakra properly on their next turn or use ninjutsu.
Channel on the other hand allows a samurai to fuel ninjutsu with stamina, or boost tai or kenjutsu with chakra.

Seeing as how Kay is a diverse and versatile fighter, as well as capable of coming up with numerous strategies to take down an opponent or group of opponents, being a samurai is the only path. In addition to the obvious, he has always innately been aware of his inner energies thanks to his parents and the friends of the family who raised him, which explains his channel and ki strike abilities.
Attributes:
Primary Attribute: Cunning
Benefit:+1/2 rank to all Genjutsu (making all of their Genjutsu more difficult and convincing then normal). Able to think quickly to dodge/counter incoming attacks, and able to more easily detect traps set by an enemy. Their traps are also more effective then others, increasing their chances of working. Cunning ninja are also affected less by the manipulative effects of those with the 'Sexy Attribute'... though they would still be rather attracted to them.
Combat Ability: Once per combat, so long as the opponent is not more than 2 ranks above you, a ninja with this attribute can utilize "Insight" to either escape from a trap, jutsu, or attack which would otherwise hit them using some crazy maneuver, or through insight gained in fighting your opponent, make your next attack much more likely to hit through a brilliant tactic. (The RP maneuver used to escape or hit however, has to at least be somewhat legitimate, at least in theory)
Secondary Attribute: Intelligent
Benefit:All jutsu, for the purposes of learning, are considered one rank lower and can be learned at an accelerated rate, of 3 fewer posts required. (Example: If a Genin wishes to learn a Chuunin technique, it counts as a D-rank and has a -3 learning counter... meaning he can learn it in 2 posts, when others would require 8.)

→ Originally Nakaya figured the only real advantage to his looks were getting him out of trouble, and while true, is not the only advantage. He finds it easy to gather information from enemies using his looks. In addition he often finds other sexy ninja and gets into extra awesome super sexy battles!
These combinations of things may seem odd for a samurai to have, but Nakaya isn't your average samurai. He prefers using his mental blade just as much as swinging around a log. He is a master of thinking outside the box, and got that way from trial and error, reading, and just over all natural intelligence. You should take care to avoid getting caught in one, because from one comes more and more.
Specialties:
Sensor: Sensor ninja have an innate bonus to detect those around them at all times. They are the only ninja who can intuit another shinobi's position or movement purely by detecting their chakra. In all situations regarding [Stealth], Sensor ninja act as if they were one rank higher then their actual rank and the ranges of detection are doubled. Sensor ninja can also innately detect any non-stealthed shinobi within 100 ft of them. Once detected, a Sensor can spend a post to [Focus] on a target. This reveals their relative chakra levels/rank, chakra color, and allows the target to be [Marked]. A marked target can be detected/tracked automatically by a Sensor anywhere within a mile. (A sensor can only Mark up to three Shinobi at a time.)
In combat, all Sensors gain +1 rank in evasion against Ninjutsu and can detect if someone is under the effects of a Genjutsu. These are an innate bonus which comes in sensing the opponent's chakra movements, which gives them an inherent advantage in dodging incoming attacks or detecting a Genjutsu's effects.
Chakra control:All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.

The Yamamoto Sunrise Fighting Style
History and Development: Yamamoto was the man who raised Nakaya and his friends in the orphanage. He taught them the very basics of his own fighting style, which incorporates Ki (chakra and stamina together) through a weapon and the body in order to increase abilities for a limited time. Yamamoto created it in kirigakure where he aspired to become a swordsman of the mist. Though he inevitably failed in that endeavor, his training proved to be invaluable in his next journey. He trained next to be a powerful bodyguard, where he worked successfully for years protecting anyone who hired him, including the wave daimyo for a time. He was interested in nothing more than protecting others when he invented the style. It's pretense is in using tiger hooks in conjunction with ki. It focuses on agility, swordplay and the will to protect others in addition to enhancing one's body with ki. It often looks like he's dancing when using the weapons, earning him the title of the Dancing Dragon.
Rules: -Samurai Only -Though it may seem silly, you must have a friend or friends you wish to protect when learning this style. -Some techniques of the style require the use of Ki, which is chakra and stamina used together. Since only samurai are in touch with their ki, they are the only ones who can effectively use the style. -Weapons used must be tiger hooks, though some of the style's techniques can be performed with other, similar weapons. -Though agility is not a requirement, people with it learning this style will take off two posts of strength training per rank of the style. -Cunning Ninja will also take off two posts when learning this style since it is just as much a task of the mind as it is one of the body when learning this style. -When using this style you are more likely to hurt yourself with the weapons in early stages.
Daybreak D Rank
Required Growth:At the entry level of the style the practitioner must train their bodies. Strength and speed are the focuses of this stage training, being able to keep up with enemies and place yourself between the person you are protecting and the enemy, or simply to keep up. Though you are not trained with the weapon itself, wearing hefty weights on your limbs should be done at this level. Anything that is considered working out works for this style, push ups, jogging, whatever floats your boat. . (This level requires 6 posts of training to master, which means 6 well done posts.)
Maneuver(s) Learned Movement- The basis of the style in some ways, the ability to maneuver around quickly and with control with or without a weapon is what you gain here. You move in all directions faster, engaging and disengaging enemies at great ranges with increased speed. This maneuver gradually gains effectiveness as you go up in the stages and do more speed training. Technique(s) LearnedNone at this level.
Morning Sun D Rank
Required Growth:Now that you have gained some of the speed and strength necessary to use the twin hooks, while still wearing the same weights, training with the the hooks should be done. The basics should be performed first. Chops and slashes should be practiced over and over again at this stage. Fancy maneuvers are more dangerous, and therefore should be held off on. Just becoming used to have two weapons is what you are shooting for here. (This level requires 6 more posts of physical training and 5 posts of weapon training to master)
Maneuver(s) Learned Maneuvering-The blades weight will now be factored in when moving, so with this level of training you will be able to move normally as fast with the blade as without it, creating an environment of worry for those not as well versed in speed as you are. Though you are only as fast as your rank dictates, you can do certain things with much more ease now. Such things include jumping range, which is about two meters farther, side steps and back steps are faster, and acrobatics such as flips are also easier to pull off.
Wielding-This, as simply put as possible, is the ability allowing you to wield the weapons with less chance of injuring yourself. Technique(s) Learned Horizon Slash- This technique is one of the more basic ones. The practitioner will swing the weapons in a wide arc, and then as they turn around swing them again with slightly more momentum.
Forceful Sunrise- As simple as the one before, the user will twist their body as they bring the blade in for an upward strike that can maim with the sharp hook.
Afternoon Gaze C Rank
Required Growth: Now that you are well versed in simply using the weapons, the training begins to toughen. You will have to double the weights you wear during the training. As that training is complete, you should meditate to gain a connection with your inner ki. You will find the weapons are for more than just flailing around (This level requires 5 posts of weapon training. Next you will need to meditate to gain better control over your ki for 6 posts.)
Maneuver(s) Learned
Dancing Death-You gain a better handle on the way to use the blades. This makes you appear to dance while fighting, often turning or avoiding from side to side fluidly. The lightweight hooks are a force to be worshiped by now, as you spin and swing the blades in unpredictable fashions. Harming yourself accidental now isn't going to happen.
Sight of the Moon-This allows you to enhance your weapon for a price of one ki per post. It will glow with an outline the color of your chakra, and enhance it's cutting power, easily sending it through boulders or trees.
Technique(s) Learned Chasing the Moon-A more complicated attack, the practitioner will have to jump and interlock the two tiger hooks. Twirling through the air and letting the double length hook swing out. For the cost of three ki points, you can release your ki outward and you will fly out a whole meter farther than your typical gun range, while the slash and burst of ki radiating from it are deadly and powerful in themselves.
Evening Glare C Rank Required Growth:Now the practitioner should have a good handle on wielding ki and the hooks. But in order to get better at using both, the practitioner will need to continue their meditation and weapon training. Focus here is on learning to draw out your ki to use for battle in conjunction with your weapon. The training here is mostly just for meditation. (This level requires 5 posts of weapon training. 7 posts of meditation are useful here.)
Maneuver(s) Learned Evening Nap- Drawing upon 5 points of your inner ki, and then letting it release to increase you physical abilities, for five posts you will receive a +1 rank in speed and strength, but afterwards your muscles will tear and you will lose a rank in both for five posts.
Technique(s) Learned
Lunar Combination-Using a weapon as a medium, the user will put one hook in the ground, the user will swing it directly up, sending ki flying towards your enemies extremely fast that has major cutting power, easily leaving straight scars. Costs five ki points.
Sunset Shimmer B Rank
Required Growth:What some consider to be impossible isn't even a real limitation at this point. The user should see his hooks as an extension of the body, and as such this stage is all about getting better at usign the weapons. Holding the blade in your main hand so that the dagger-like edge is at the top, and the hook backwards along the arm, the user should get used to fighting this way as it is the stance called "Tiger's benediction." After that, the user should do physical training again, so he can keep up with his own weapons, and also a certain level of physical prowess is necessary to master your ki. (This level requires 7 posts of weapon training and six more posts of physical training.)
Maneuver(s) Learned Tiger's Benediction-As the description in the training says, this is the tiger's benediction stance. It is a bit more defensive, and can be transitioned into and from in a mere second.
Phase Change- Simply put this maneuver gives the user the ability to string together numerous attacks. This means you can use two techniques from the style back to back to create a combo in close range. Technique(s) Learned Sunset-Spinning horizontally for whatever reason while in the Tiger's benediction allows for this technique. You will swing down the dagger side first, and then let the hook follow, aiming to eviscerate a foe.
Sunrise-The opposite, you willl bring the dagger up, twisting your body, and let the hook follow to tear into an enemy and rip them apart.
Midnight Shadow A Rank Required Growth:The opposite of the previous stage, this one focuses solely on working in the ki. You need to find a very peaceful place with no outside distractions to go and meditate on your own. Anyone trying to bother you will force you to restart from the beginning of the stage when training. With the higher level of ki mastery reached, the body shall become stronger and faster, which makes you more deadly. (This level requires 12 posts of Uninterrupted meditation.)
Maneuver(s) Learned Midnight Slumber-This is the technique to rival the eight gates. Allowing you to increase physical prowess by 2 ranks, upping speed and strength for a cost of 12 ki points, you can keep it up for five posts. Afterwards however, you would double over in pain, unable to move for an entire post, and suffering -2 ranks to your speed and strength for five pots, and a -1 to both until medical attention is received. Dawn till Dusk S Rank Required Growth:The culmination of all your training in the art of the hook and ki, this is the hardest to master. It requires mental focus, almost to the point of meditating while you train. (This level requires 7 posts of training to master)

Physical Description:She is rather busty, and wears it proudly. Her hair comes down her back to her knees. She is relatively short, and her red inuzuka marks come down like fangs on her cheeks. She also has an inuzuka's long nails and sharper canines. Her eyes are light brown, and she typically wears heels, even in combat.
Personality: She is relatively calm, but has a history with being very ill tempered and protective. She can also be very brash when upset, though it usually takes her a lot to get to that point. She is an easy person to get to know, and very very friendly. She also is a loyal friend and doesn't take kindly to being underestimated.
Behavior: Her self esteem is high, though she isn't conceited. Even so, she takes insults very heavily, and won't hesitate to take a shot at someone else who has taken one at her. She loves her puppy, who hangs out inside her shirt usually. Even so, the husky can be quite the downer, reminding her often that she needs to train, be careful, calm down, etc.. She loves him, and plays with him a lot. Her battle style is a direct, risky style. She is smart, and can line up attacks nearly perfectly in her head. However, she frequently gets ill tempered and goes in without a plan, or deviates simply because she gets upset mid plan. In addition to all that has been stated, she has some what... free spirited tendencies. Much like her best friend she can be described as kinda flirty and mischievous. She is a very sexy individual by nature, and doesn't make any attempts to put a lid on it. Even so, she knows what is and isn't appropriate. She just doesn't care. Summed up, she is a free spirit.

Special Ability:Stealth/Craft poison.
Stealth enables an Assassin Class Ninja to wrap themselves in a cloak of chakra which makes them become invisible to all those around them. This can be done at any time of the day and there is no limitation on how long a character can stay in Stealth.
These ninja have the ability to submit custom Poisons in the [Custom Technology] thread. These ninja are immune to the poisons they create.

Primary Attribute: Speed
Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.
However, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.
Combat Ability: Combat Ability - Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute can utilize a 'Burst' technique, which enables them either to increase their speed by an additional rank (Putting a Genin's speed above that of a Sp. Jounin) for one post or perform an additional action for that round, enabling them to string together combo maneuvers. (Normally, most shinobi would only be able to use one jutsu per combat post.)
Secondary Attribute:Agility
Benefit: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute is able to invoke an 'Evade', whereby, even in the most impossible situation, they are able to find a way out of an attack or grapple hold, maneuvering their body nimbly in such a way to take almost no damage from an incoming attack and either completely avoid it, or maneuver around it to their advantage. (Cannot 'Evade' an attack from an opponent 3 ranks of speed higher then your own.)
Tertiary Attribute: Endurance
→ +3 stamina since her style of fighting is to be fast, keep moving, and kill fast.
Since she is an Inuzuka, she has an incredibly high amount of speed and agility. Naturally, she moves around a lot and needs the boost to her stamina so her body can keep up with what she is doing.
Specialties:
Tactical Shinobi:All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.
Combat:Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.

Physical Description: He typically wears a black cloak over his upper body and a pair of jet black pants over his lower. He wears basic black shoes, and has a pair of gills, like most Hoshigaki, attached to his face.
Personality: He is bordering on crazy though he is in no way an idiot. He rambles on sometimes, but never reveals things he may want to keep a secret by accident. He loves to hunt and kill things in the name of his master, which gained him the nick name, The Apex Preadator. He may come off as random and seem to do often stupid things, but there is always a plan, no matter how bleak things begin to look.
Behavior: The man will never ever be able to stand completely still. He will sometimes walk back in forth menacingly during conversation, or mid fight he'll start bouncing left to right. He speaks with a certain swagger that he never seems to notice... one that often gets him into trouble.

Basically, you can use jutsu with one hand, and you can channel your chakra into your blade to slash with your element towards enemies.

While he likes to make things explode, Toshio is in no way above getting up close to do his dirty work. He is a fairly fast and strong character, and he is very confident in his skill with a blade.

Well clearly Tomen is geared towards throwing his water and ninjutsu around much more than any other ninja, but at the same time he is fast enough and trained well enough to fight easily up close and personal. He'll typically pick one of these methods, and stick with it until the fight ends.
Specialties:
Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.
Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.

The style uses palm thrusts to achieve adverse affects on the human body with vibrations.
Palm Strikes – Having now begun to reach the early stages of mastery, the palm strikes at this level are dangerous indeed. A targets bone will literally rattle inside them, causing severe pain and possibly lead to minute fractures of the bone along with tears to the surrounding tissues. The nerves in the area are also rattled which has the effect of dulling the severe pain after a few moments but at the same time it also renders the area temporarily useless.
Kicks – The motion of the kick is quick, almost impossible to perceive with the naked eye and the resulting impact is like being snapped with an enormous whip. The air lash created by this attack is sufficient to tear cloth and will cause lacerations to skin, this is in addition to the physical damage that results from the kick itself.
Defense – At this stage even a defensive move can be used as offense. By using their hands to turn attacks aside the user is now actually able to focus their energy while defending, resulting in a block becoming a small attack. Individual blocks do not cause significant damage but an attacker will soon feel their arms growing sore and numb after prolonged combat. The user is also now able to turn aside several ranged weapon attacks in rapid succession.
Special Techniques:
Daidoumyaku – Juushin Tomosen (Brutal Heart Stopper) Description: This dangerous jutsu is dangerous to say the least. Striking the opponent where the heart would be, the force goes inside and causes a sudden jump in the heart stopping it for just one second where it all of a sudden kicks back. The sudden pain of death stuns opponents and leaves one all of a sudden short of breath and exhausted.

Primary Style: Infinite One Sword Style → Current level of Mastery: Stage 9
The Infinite One Sword style was created by Haseo's mother and father as away to defend Sunagakure. Though Haseo doesn't know it yet, both his parents were shinobis from Kirigakure and Konoha and became refugees in Suna. The sword style is a fusion of Leaf’s Lotus Taijutsu and training, Gentle Fist style, Mist’s Sword style, and the creation of Swords. Rather than relying on a single good quality blade the practitioner makes use of hundreds of swords scattered around the battlefield. The practitioner does not care about the quality of the blades he uses, and uses a variety of moves making use of a single blade, or even multiple blades at the same time. Because of his reliance on hundreds of blades scattered around the battlefield the practitioner almost always has a blade, or multiple blades handy for use. He uses his swords for various purposes beyond normal melee attacking, including use as projectiles, paths to walk on, pins to hinder his opponent's movements, and also use for making multiple simultaneous attacks on an enemy or even several enemies. Note that only a master of this style can teach the final stage.
