Jutsu Description: The user begins the jutsu by making a short series of seals Heliel will release his Ice Chakra in the area around him, holding a single seal after the short seals that came after it, Heliel is able to mold ice into flowers which will be scattered around the battlefield. These flowers release the user's charka and hinder the enemy's movements, lowering their reaction time and speed by one rank due to the flower's temperature. Each flower affects an area of five feet around it.
Note: D and C rank chakra cost only lower speed by half a rank.

Jutsu Name: Ice Release: Crown of Roses
Jutsu Rank: A
Jutsu Description: Heliel makes a series of seals similar to that of Rose Garden, the only difference is that this one ends in tiger. Using his manipulation over Hyouton, Heliel will create a rose bud behind him with small branches running down it's side. After two posts pass, the Rose bud will suddenly open, revealing a large, seven foot tall, Rose, and the branches which the rose had will extend, and get ice thorns. The branches move to the user's will and extend for up to ten feet. The Rose can act as a barrier, but unlike most Hyouton jutsu, it shatters easier.
Doton jutsu of C rank and above can break it, Raiton Jutsu of B rank and above can break it, and Katon jutsu of C rank and above can break it.

Jutsu Name: Ice Release: Snow's Sensor
Jutsu Rank: E-S
Jutsu Description: By placing a concentrated amount of Hyouton on to his hands, Heliel spreads his arms, he then sends the chakra up to the sky and mixes it with his sensor type chakra. After an entire post pure white snow will begin to fall, sending large amounts of chakra around the entire area and those which are around it, allowing Heliel to, up to a point, increase the scale of his Sensory, allowing him to read chakra signatures and distinguish friend from foe, but he cannot pin point their exact location, only their relative position by pin pointing landmarks ex. one of the Hokage's heads, and so on. Since this jutsu expands the user's chakra throught a large area, it is able to jam the Hyuga's Byakugan so long as the Hyuga is one rank bellow the user.
Note: This jutsu requires a 5 CP upkeep every 2 posts.

[ Channel ]: This allows the RPC to exchange Stamina for Chakra, and vice versa.

[ Ki Strike ]: A ability which allows the user to mix their two chakra natures and use them in one melee attack.

Tweak: Dropping one [ 1 ] Tai style for fifteen [ 15 ] jutsu

Although not a samurai by heart, Akura took this path in order to tap into his full potential. He doesn't care about the flashy swords and such other things that are expected from samurai, instead he cares more about the trainings that come with this; and the powers it grants.

Combat Ability: [ Burst ]: once per battle, the user can tap into this ability and get an extra rank in speed or preform two attacks in one post.

All three of the attributes where something Akura trained for with his father; none of these were something he was born with. Every day ever since he turned 8, his father would wake him up at four a.m for two hour running trills, which boosted both his stamina and speed, along with excessive chakra training regimen, random chakra bursts and such.

Specialties:

Sensor: Sensor ninja have an innate bonus to detect the chakra signatures of those around them at all times.

Combo Specialist: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish.

Leaving the office, Heliel soon reached the training area, seeing four people there, three of which where in the office, and of those three two were training. Giving a quick look at the tall monk, Hel sighed and then went to face the other people, nothing much he could do, so he might as well just practice his sword play. Drawing his blade, Hel took in a slight breath and stabbed the weapon forward, though not an actual fighting style, Hel was just practicing the most obvious things, and warming up for the training that would be coming once the Hokage would reach the area.

Jutsu Description: The user will focus their wind chakra on to his/her hand and then he will release the wind toward the target, making them feel like someone is pushing them. Alternatively, the user can keep the wind on his/her hand and use it to coat tools in their fuuton chakra or their own fist to attack the target from close range.

Name of Weapon: Moon Cutter [ Tsuki ]
Who Owns the Weapon: Akura Sorikata
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? This blade was crafted by Akura's father before the clan's death and it is one of the two weapons that Akura uses to fight.

Range: 1'5 foot blade, 5' inch hilt. 2 feet total.

Weakness: The weapon is somewhat short compared with other weapons so extreme close quater combat is a must in order to use the blade to it's maximum potential. Any type of sudden flash of light renders the blade's abilities useless.


Weapon Description: Tsuki is one of two weapons favored by Akura for combat use. The blade of the sword is made out of steel, and colored to be pitch black, and that's not just a cosmetic change. This color comes from the contact with Akura's chakra which how it's powers are awakened; the boy's chakra is nothing special on it's own, but the sword's materials are so that it can only react with his chakra. Tsuki's powers are the manipulation of darkness, up to a point; coating itself with dark chakra and such.

Special Properties/Abilites:

Awaken: Akura draws on Tsuki and coats it with his chakra. This technique is the first thing that must be done in order for the blade to use it's abilities. With this, the sword is coated with pitch black chakra. Upon contact with this chakra, the target feels disrupting numbness in the afflicted area.
Cost: 2 CP per post
* Requires 2 posts of training to learn.

Extend: With this ability, Akura extends his chakra on to the blade and the chakra is sent outward, making the blade of the sword to extend from four feet to three feet for one post.
Cost: 4 CP

Night Pulse: With this ability Akura must first make contact with the target. Afterward he will make his chakra pulse on to the other person's blade. Once his chakra is on the blade it begins to weigh down the sword, making the weight of the sword feel like it tripled.
Cost: C rank worth chakra.

Shadow Blast: Akura will run his hand through the blade, making the chakra drop off the sword. The chakra will then form into small orbs around the user. The orbs will then move to the tip of the sword and will then be released toward the target.
Cost: B rank Chakra.

Shadow Dimension: The user will place both hands on the sword, making his chakra surge on to the blade, making more and more coats of chakra go on to the sword, and with one sudden movement the user will release this chakra, making a ten foot orb cover the target and the user as well. Whatever is going inside of the orb cannot be seen by those on the outside and vice versa. If anyone tries to get inside of the orb from the outside they will find themselves on the other side.
Cost: A rank Chakra

Shadow Slash: The user will focus the dark chakra on to the edge of the sword and with one swinging motion Akura will release a five foot tall wave of chakra that if it hits the target it will do some cutting damage, as well as make them feel numb on the afflicted area.
