The meeting of 06/27/11, subjects to be deliberated on:

The bounties of the Night/Day Pirates: Samantha "Sunny" Tarpe, Alexandra "Luna" Tarpe, co-captains, and first mate Alka Anarchy.

Charges are as follows:

• Samantha "Sunny" Tarpe: Piracy, Attacking and temporarily incapacitating a high-ranking marine officer without provocation, Taking marine officials hostage in a threatening manner, Conspiracy to create civil unrest.
  
  
• Alexandra "Luna" Tarpe: Piracy, Willing accomplice to committing crimes against the world government, the taking of hostages to aid in their crew's escape.
  
  
• Alka Anarchy: Piracy, Open destruction of government property, prolonged disruption and interference of government trade routes, the mass murder of all residents of Honeycomb Island and subsequent destruction of the island, partial destruction of the Tenebrae Coral Reef outpost, assault on Yoroi Island, voluntarily accepting orders to take marine officials hostage, evasion of the law.

Gentlemen, I propose the following bounties be issued for these three individuals:

"Sunny" (As the marines aren't supposed to know either of their real names) - 10,000,000

"Luna" (Again, reason above) - 4,000,000

Alka Anarchy - ((Well, I can't write this one, so I'll leave it to the rest of you to decide that one. ))

The ship destruction was factored into destruction of government property, yus.

And I had put Luna down for that much because while she has done "nothing", if you remember during rp, Alka sent that wave and there was a fair enough amount of time to have tried to gather up some villagers and put them on your boat. The fact Luna simply rowed herself away was kind of proof of doing "nothing" to stop or help. (not that she could have, but as far as we are concerned, she's just a pirate who decided not to help at all, and might have had a hand in the destruction, therefore. Like the world crying out for you to save them, and you reply "no".)

I'm a bit iffy on Alka's proposed bounty, only because it's almost triple that of her captain's. I mean, first mate bounties never exceed those of their captain, it seems.

@Bunny: Luna's might fit that, "sleeping" the entire time thus far. However, I imagine that using other approved set bounties for the "wind scar pirates", Nate, Luci, and Jason and their misdeeds, I would consider raising it to match the deeds I listed above. Or, based on your speculation, how many of the misdeeds I listed above in the "to discuss" post regarding these two would you acquit them of?

Also, on Dante, are we supposed to base his bounty off of his biography crimes and the like? I'm just curious so we can do the appropriate research.

If you two are in agreement about Alka's bounty though, I think we can call that one settled.

Wind scar pirates? I oinly say info on the night and day pirates.

And yes based off Dante's bio. Tho the nicknames and rumors are up to you to up the bounty or leave as is.

Listed in teh crews thread. Technically only Nate himself is in the crew, but is seen with Luci (Ehuokr's rpc) and Jason (Homaru's rpc), and they all received bounties at the same time, so I guess I kind of lumped them into one group.

And all right. Give me time to read his bio before I come up with a sum.
(Were it not been such a broken method of doing it, I would have kept a few of those marines alive from her attack on the tenryuubito. lol )

And the Warlords "Shichibukai"?, can range anywhere from 80 mil to 340 mil (so far as I was aware. )

The only note I have on the mass murder without provocation is that the world government is supposed to oppose slavery and piracy. If it was a pirate brothel that also dealt in slavery, and it was eliminated, then it saves the world government a bunch of work. Granted, it is still the murder of an X amount of innocent lives, so a bounty is still deserved. However, Bunny, since it's your rpc, could you give us an estimate of approximately how many people he murdered?

As an example, I would have listed Honeycomb Island's residents numbering approximately 50-60, tops.

Also, regarding the guild's current only shichibukai, he has a large bounty placed on his head that no one remembers approving. It is listed as 296,000,000 beri ( I like beri better). While that's closer to higher-end shichibukai, his biography hints at basically nothing that would convince me he deserves that high of a bounty. I feel that we should discuss and possibly re-issue a bounty based on our findings.

Based off of the facts alone, and an only semi-educated guess to go off of for number of victims, I would offer a beginning sum of 20,000,000. However, if or when Bunny, you see this, I would again ask if you could give us an approximate estimate as to how many people he ended up murdering.
