Befitting of Wotans, both Foxglove and Wichita are modeled at least partially after the Sacramento Blackfish, most notable for the coloring primarily on the majority of their backs and shoulders. Being wotans, the most features they seem to have inherited would be the distinctive ability to breathe underwater. This, combined with their devil fruit's unique powers, makes them notably more powerful and versatile than most others of their rank or even higher.
Both sisters suffer from an incomplete form of hyper-hermaphrodism. That is also to say, homogamy. If you're familiar with the term "trap" in reference to a person, it means they are androgynous, and appear neither to be male or female. The Pitt sisters are the antithesis to this condition, appearing to be both male and female at the same time.

The actual power her devil fruit gives her is to "enchant" a bigger than she is sized gourd with a wide neck large enough for a normal sized human to jump in. Unfortunately, once they jump in, they have no way out until Foxglove up-ends the bottle to let them out, and that's AFTER she's done granting their "wish". She plays tricks on those who make wishes, and more than some of those who have indeed made a wish and had it granted through her have regretted it. A most common trick played is to swap the person's gender, and those whom have had their wish granted are branded with a tattooed "S" on their right cheek. She might also choose not to actually grant their wish at all, but "misinterpret" it to do something similar, with horrifying consequences. Of course, natural laws still apply. A devil fruit user couldn't become "normal" again, for example.

The Yagi Yagi no Mi is a Mythical Zoan type Devil Fruit, which grants Wichita the ability to fly and become a half-humanoid, half-satyress. Wichita's power essentially allows her to eat anything she wants. ANYTHING. She also gains a large bonus to her physical strength, speed and size, befitting of a Zoan devil fruit user. She is shown to be able to reach heights to larger than a giant simply by transforming, hurl marine ships like a football for substantial differences, and traverse distances very quickly.
It's worth noting that the Yagi Yagi no Mi is classified as a Mythical Zoan fruit, due to the otherwise fictitious model, and considered very powerful.
Personality
Foxglove is the elder Pitt sister, but doesn't do a lot of talking, deferring instead to her younger sister Wichita where possible. When in conversation, Foxglove is completely apathetic to plights of others, and seems heartless without being cruel or cold. This is further emphasized by her only faint smile she is shown to wear, and an eerie stare that makes you feel violated. She is a being of few topics to speak with about, and often will bring up the subject of if the person speaking to her wants to make a wish. It's almost incessant, and is in nearly every reply she makes. If they have already made a wish, she doesn't speak of that, and is noticeably less talkative. Doesn't believe in justice at all, and simply follows superior's orders. Completely nocturnal, and rumor has it that Foxglove doesn't appear or wake up on nights of the full moon.
Wichita is the younger Pitt sister, and completely into making statements. Taller and slightly more developed than her older sister, Wichita applies a sadistic, dominating take towards others. Usually has a leering, smug look on her face, and it appears to be fixed on her face. This is her surface, total personality. Any that disobey her orders are usually then affixed to the surface of the ship, and walked on as if they were the materials of the ship itself. Wichita, like her sister, has no patience for disagreement, and will have offenders executed...usually with a bullet to the face. If they survive that somehow, then they are "forgiven", having been "taught their lesson". In this sense, it makes her seem immature. Wichita enjoys hunting pirates...for the sole reason of bagging slaves. The only reason the marines or world government tolerates this behavior pattern is due to her high rate of success in eradicating entire pirate crews due to selling them to auction houses, who in turn sell them to owners. Of course, if Wichita is pleased with a slave, she might keep one or two. She's fond of all things slavery, and even wears a "destroyed" collar. This might also counter any attempts to utilize the collars she keeps on her person on herself. Wichita is also more active than her sister, appearing both diurnally and nocturnally. She tends to be more active nocturnally, like her sister...but prefers the later evening to the night on a whole.

Both sisters were born with their case of dual gender-ism, but their parents raised them according to what they had been decidedly identified as. Of course, the doctors had initially stated them as boys, though their mother greatly differed in her assessment. It was then recorded that they were born girls, and taken home a few days later. Both sisters would grow...and grow...and grow some more. They never did outgrow their mother, nor their father, whom was a giant, and she a large mermaid. He was proud of his "ants", as he teasingly called them, but thoroughly loved them. They were raised on various marine bases where their father was transferred, and grew to dislike moving because of all the cute faces they would inevitably leave behind. The sisters had different ways of dealing with this, and Foxglove's was to simply shut herself off and become indifferent to where they lived or who she talked with. Eyes only on the people she called family, Foxglove would grow up learning how to be and eventually enlisting in the marine corps, where that personality trait stuck to this day. Even when confronted by upperclassmen whom had their way with her, she simply hung there like a puppet and went about her business when they either were done or gave up. She would later go on to become a captain at a fairly young age due to her professional attitude and overall competency. Despite being unique beyond compare, Foxglove didn't feel satisfied, and utilized every resource at her disposal to locate a devil fruit, one of which she would eventually dine on with her sister, whom had also located and "picked" it out. Wichita, on the other hand, dealt with the constantly moving by teasing those whom she left behind. Unlike her sister, she was the one who had her way with them, rather than the other way around. Many a man learned to either leave her alone, or grow enthralled. Very different from her twin, Wichita made it quite public about her uniqueness. Anything that could be an outlet for feeling imprisoned by this lifestyle, she sought. That opportunity came when as a newly promoted junior lieutenant, Wichita was assigned to investigate a reported slavery ring. She came out of the reported location shaking her head and filed a report about a false claim. In truth though, that was a falsity. That time had corrupted Wichita in more than one way, and she came out of the endeavor, much...much more wealthy. The reasoning? After being captured by said ring, Wichita was used by said captors as they pleased, but ultimately talked her way into freedom, at the expense of turning over her entire company to the slavers while offering to round up more. Pleased with this offering, they agreed and offered to seal the deal by "bribing" her with Beli shelled out for normal slaves brought in. Eager to make more wealth, Wichita aggressively pursued strategies with her assigned captain before his constant delays and refusals led her to write a confidential report to his superiors that basically laid out well-written and detailed falsified information that her captain was a pirate sympathizer and would outright refuse to pursue ships flying jolly rogers when they were well within range. Given such information, the higher-ups actually pulled his rank and had him arrested, promoting Wichita in his stead for her research and continued assistance. This proved quite effective, as she had her crew replaced with more morally gray minded individuals, and began their pirate hunting with vigor. In charge of the 6th and 10th branches, they have effectively made their Blue, that of the West Blue, basically fully in control of the marines. Despite all this, the two of them are generally seen as delinquent marines, and some make somewhat serious guesses as to if and when the sisters defect or desert.
Dream
Foxglove desires nothing more than to make everyone miserable. Her dream...is to crush dreams of others. With the sole exception of her sister, of course, who is also a dream.
Wichita desires physical satisfaction, to have the most of everything one could want. Money, power, appeal. Any and all of those, she wants to have, and she isn't above breaking the law she "upholds" to get it, or stepping on people to get there...sometimes literally.
Weapon(s)
Both Foxglove and Wichita utilize a single melee weapon and a ranged weapon. The only differences are their choice in weaponry.
Foxglove prefers to utilize an odachi in combat. Normally an incredibly difficult weapon to wield, her superhuman strength inherited from her father, in combination with the size also inherited from her parents allows her to wield it much like a longsword. Her odachi in particular is a Ryou Wazamono grade katana type named Kunpuu. Kunpuu does not demonstrate any special abilities, though its length and force when swung combine to create attacks powerful enough to sink a ship. Foxglove prefers the more classical pistol as her ranged weapon, though usually only does so at close range.
Wichita favors heavier and bigger weaponry, and is shown with her choice of a massive axe that she seems to have zero difficulty in swinging just as fast as her sister is capable of swinging her own weapon. As for a ranged weapon, it's almost no question, as she prefers what looks like a bazooka, but acts as a grenade launcher. She seems to carry limited ammunition for it, but its potency to successfully destroy another marine ship clear off of one side with a direct hit is clearly demonstrated.
Fighting style
Both seem to prefer using their melee weaponry over ranged, though if a ship is fast enough to hold with their own at a distance, they have a tendency to take aim instead. Neither sister will attempt to kill their targets, for their own reasons. They are quite proficient in their weapon forms
Devil's Fruit Techniques
Foxglove
* Wishy Washy Feelings: Once a person has entered and exited the gourd (made a wish), Foxglove can actually consume the contents of her gourd, and gain "power" it has washed off of them. This is to say, if a person enters of opposite "karma" than that of Foxglove, they will leave behind a wash of good feelings, and feel good to drink. However, that person will have that "good feeling" washed off of them, so they will emerge in a less than pleasant mood, and generally feel a bit more...chaotic in nature...less inclined to help others. If a person enters of like "karma" as Foxglove, they will leave behind some of their evilness in the wash. This is a terrible taste, equivalent to that of eating a devil fruit, and causes her to choke with its taste. According to Foxglove, drinking evil is a very thick, hot and sticky drink that often leaves her feeling more scorned, bitter, and generally more inclined to do evil, hate-filled things. She remarks it feels like acid going down. Wichita abuses this technique by washing herself and making a frivolous wish, such as hoping to find an island. She then forces her sister to drink it, and generally leads her sister further down the path of "evil". This in turn also strengthens Foxglove's devil fruit presence and power. She herself prefers to wash good people, as they are more plentiful and more refreshing/soothing.
* Second-hand Fruit: Once a person has been "washed", Foxglove can drink part of it, but offer some of it to another, to share a drink. Even if it's the same person who was just washed, it will have a noticeable effect dependent on whether or not the person is a devil fruit user or not. If they are not, then they will taste the general drink of it, and feel more inclined to do more rebellious acts than they normally would. If they ARE a devil fruit user though, drinking from Foxglove's gourd after she has will result in becoming terribly weak, as if they are seriously ill. This feeling is also akin to falling in standing water. It is the feeling of being powerless and without energy, and will last as long as it takes for a liquid to get through their system...which can be hours.
*Make a More Powerful Wish: This is the third of Foxglove's devil fruit's abilities/techniques, and is offered only to those of whom she likes. To do this, Foxglove must have them be washed, and then share the drink together before "going to the back". When and IF that act is complete, the person will come out of it with an enhanced power of their choosing. Within reason of course.

* Non-partial Glutton: Wichita's devil fruit gives her the power to eat anything. This, given her size, doesn't put much on the list of anything she couldn't potentially eat. Other devil fruits aside, of course. Ships...energy, sword and other weapons, Wichita eats whatever it is that's put in front of her or is available. Wichita could also eat people if given the chance, but her power doesn't actually chew anything up, but stores them inside of a stomach that enlarges to hold whatever she eats. She could potentially eat enough to walk and keep her head above water while walking on the ocean floor. Her stomach is normally just filled with a neutral water, but if she is attacked from the inside, it treats it like indigestion and starts filling it with low pH acid to digest it. Wichita can also vomit up objects, seemingly at will, she "picks" what she brings back from beyond her teeth.

Despite being unique beyond compare, Foxglove didn't feel satisfied, and utilized every resource at her disposal to locate a devil fruit, one of which she would eventually dine on with her sister, whom had also located and "picked" it out. Wichita, on the other hand, dealt with the constantly moving by teasing those whom she left behind. Unlike her sister, she was the one who had her way with them, rather than the other way around. Many a man learned to either leave her alone, or grow enthralled. Very different from her twin, Wichita made it quite public about her uniqueness. Anything that could be an outlet for feeling imprisoned by this lifestyle, she sought. That opportunity came when as a newly promoted junior lieutenant, Wichita was assigned to investigate a reported slavery ring. She came out of the reported location shaking her head and filed a report about a false claim. In truth though, that was a falsity. That time had corrupted Wichita in more than one way, and she came out of the endeavor, much...much more wealthy. The reasoning? After being captured by said ring, Wichita was used by said captors as they pleased, but ultimately talked her way into freedom, at the expense of turning over her entire company to the slavers while offering to round up more. Pleased with this offering, they agreed and offered to seal the deal by "bribing" her with Beli shelled out for normal slaves brought in. Eager to make more wealth, Wichita aggressively pursued strategies with her assigned captain before his constant delays and refusals led her to write a confidential report to his superiors that basically laid out well-written and detailed falsified information that her captain was a pirate sympathizer and would outright refuse to pursue ships flying jolly rogers when they were well within range. Given such information, the higher-ups actually pulled his rank and had him arrested, promoting Wichita in his stead for her research and continued assistance. This proved quite effective, as she had her crew replaced with more morally gray minded individuals, and began their pirate hunting with vigor. In charge of the 6th and 10th branches, they have effectively made their Blue, that of the West Blue, basically fully in control of the marines. Despite all this, the two of them are generally seen as delinquent marines, and some make somewhat serious guesses as to if and when the sisters defect or desert.
Dream
Foxglove desires nothing more than to make everyone miserable. Her dream...is to crush dreams of others. With the sole exception of her sister, of course, who is also a dream.
Wichita desires physical satisfaction, to have the most of everything one could want. Money, power, appeal. Any and all of those, she wants to have, and she isn't above breaking the law she "upholds" to get it, or stepping on people to get there...sometimes literally.
Weapon(s)
Both Foxglove and Wichita utilize a single melee weapon and a ranged weapon. The only differences are their choice in weaponry.
Foxglove prefers to utilize an odachi in combat. Normally an incredibly difficult weapon to wield, her superhuman strength inherited from her father, in combination with the size also inherited from her parents allows her to wield it much like a longsword. Her odachi in particular is a Ryou Wazamono grade katana type named Kunpuu. Kunpuu does not demonstrate any special abilities, though its length and force when swung combine to create attacks powerful enough to sink a ship. Foxglove prefers the more classical pistol as her ranged weapon, though usually only does so at close range.
Wichita favors heavier and bigger weaponry, and is shown with her choice of a massive axe that she seems to have zero difficulty in swinging just as fast as her sister is capable of swinging her own weapon. As for a ranged weapon, it's almost no question, as she prefers what looks like a bazooka, but acts as a grenade launcher. She seems to carry limited ammunition for it, but its potency to successfully destroy another marine ship clear off of one side with a direct hit is clearly demonstrated.
Fighting style
Both seem to prefer using their melee weaponry over ranged, though if a ship is fast enough to hold with their own at a distance, they have a tendency to take aim instead. Neither sister will attempt to kill their targets, for their own reasons. They are quite proficient in their weapon forms
Devil's Fruit Techniques
Foxglove
* Wishy Washy Feelings: Once a person has entered and exited the gourd (made a wish), Foxglove can actually consume the contents of her gourd, and gain "power" it has washed off of them. This is to say, if a person enters of opposite "karma" than that of Foxglove, they will leave behind a wash of good feelings, and feel good to drink. However, that person will have that "good feeling" washed off of them, so they will emerge in a less than pleasant mood, and generally feel a bit more...chaotic in nature...less inclined to help others. If a person enters of like "karma" as Foxglove, they will leave behind some of their evilness in the wash. This is a terrible taste, equivalent to that of eating a devil fruit, and causes her to choke with its taste. According to Foxglove, drinking evil is a very thick, hot and sticky drink that often leaves her feeling more scorned, bitter, and generally more inclined to do evil, hate-filled things. She remarks it feels like acid going down. Wichita abuses this technique by washing herself and making a frivolous wish, such as hoping to find an island. She then forces her sister to drink it, and generally leads her sister further down the path of "evil". This in turn also strengthens Foxglove's devil fruit presence and power. She herself prefers to wash good people, as they are more plentiful and more refreshing/soothing.
* Second-hand Fruit: Once a person has been "washed", Foxglove can drink part of it, but offer some of it to another, to share a drink. Even if it's the same person who was just washed, it will have a noticeable effect dependent on whether or not the person is a devil fruit user or not. If they are not, then they will taste the general drink of it, and feel more inclined to do more rebellious acts than they normally would. If they ARE a devil fruit user though, drinking from Foxglove's gourd after she has will result in becoming terribly weak, as if they are seriously ill. This feeling is also akin to falling in standing water. It is the feeling of being powerless and without energy, and will last as long as it takes for a liquid to get through their system...which can be hours.
*Make a More Powerful Wish: This is the third of Foxglove's devil fruit's abilities/techniques, and is offered only to those of whom she likes. To do this, Foxglove must have them be washed, and then share the drink together before "going to the back". When and IF that act is complete, the person will come out of it with an enhanced power of their choosing. Within reason of course.
Wichita
* Non-partial Glutton: Wichita's devil fruit gives her the power to eat anything. This, given her size, doesn't put much on the list of anything she couldn't potentially eat. Other devil fruits aside, of course. Ships...energy, sword and other weapons, Wichita eats whatever it is that's put in front of her or is available. Wichita could also eat people if given the chance, but her power doesn't actually chew anything up, but stores them inside of a stomach that enlarges to hold whatever she eats. She could potentially eat enough to walk and keep her head above water while walking on the ocean floor. Her stomach is normally just filled with a neutral water, but if she is attacked from the inside, it treats it like indigestion and starts filling it with low pH acid to digest it. Wichita can also vomit up objects, seemingly at will, she "picks" what she brings back from beyond her teeth.
