So here's the situation. I am a very busy guy. Between real life and running this guild, I rely a lot on the crew members to make sure that the guild is running smoothly. It requires time, dedication, and hard work to keep this guild running, and as the guild grows, so do those requirements. Therefore, I am currently taking note of members that could become potential crew in the future. But first, I want to know of your opinion. Who do you think would be a good addition to our crew? Now keep in mind, there are certain things to look for when it comes to something like this:
1. They have to be active.
2. They have to be literate roleplayers.
3. They have to have sound judgement (This ranges from giving advice other members, to making valid points in debates, to being just an all around good leader)
4. Be in good standing in the guild (I.E no Ouguns)
Think of it this way, if you love this guild, then you want to have it run by capable hands.

P.S: Just because many people think you would make a good crew member does not automatically mean that I am going to make you crew. This is simply a tool for me to know who I should be looking out for. ^_^
