This is where the kids go who aren't on the front page anymore, so we don't lose them. :3 It's not that we don't love them, it's just that it gets a little sad looking at the front page and going 'damn that's a lot of kids......how many are actually active?'

The first post is the officially hiatused kids. The second is the post of ones whose owners have either vanished without a trace, or who are temporarily gone/museless but may return at some point. So we really have no clue with them.
