Personality:
Konstantin is a pleasant enough person to be around if you can learn to live with his mild cynicism and sarcasm. He's loyal to friends and family and usually willing to lend a helping hand; though this comes with the caveat that he's probably going to lightheartedly complain throughout the whole process. Stubborn as they come he tends to stick with his first impressions of things regardless of how much time passes. More than willing to defend his views Konstantin is always up for a good debate over a few drinks. Boredom does not suit Konstantin well and he's spent more money than he's willing to admit on cheap smartphone games to keep himself amused on long car rides or while waiting for meetings to start.
