Personality: Kind, collected but sometimes the opposite. She is very courageous and adventurous and is not to be messed with. Scarlett is hard working and has a very dark horse personality which boads well in her pirate occupation. She hides her emotions however she is very compassionate towards others when she needs to be and is very appreciative when complimented.

Biography: Originating from the East blue, Scarlett was raised in a pirate upbringing. Her father was an explorer of the sea who married his ship’s female cook which came to be the mother and father of two children. Scarlett’s older sibling is also a Pirate of the sea, a man by the name of Saul, who she has sadly lost touch with after he became a pirate shortly after Scarlett became 16. Saul was very close to her and she vows to one day meet her brother as a rival pirate. Her Father was executed by marines when her father became a navigator for a ruthless band of pirates known as The blood rage Pirates who were known to obliterate the governments plots to end pirates. Scarlett hopes to succeed as the worlds most famous Explorative Pirate, as well as becoming a master of the sea, sky and earth. To surpass her Father and Brother would resolve her worldly dreams.
She has so far traveled alone, and with her she has her dog Haku, her weapons, money and a journal. Her journal is one of her most precious possessions in her keep, containing navigator codes, map drawings and diary entries, all of which illustrate her life. Her fruit was obtained during a stroll on the beach front near to the grand line where she was posting an entry into her journal about how she was now rationed on her food and she stumbled across the fruit as it was drifted to shore. She ate it and mentally she could activate its power, its ability allowing her to change into a dragon. Since then, travel around places has been inexpensive and a lot more thrilling, but with this comes effort and so she has been subtly looking for a possible crew to join to carry out her dreams.

Along with her dreams and skills in navigation she also has earned the place of swords-woman amongst pirates. At the early ages Scarlett trained under her father in the ways of martial arts and weaponry training
and thus forth acquiring her father's Beloved sword for completing her training in the arts. To this day she continues to train and work hard and even on occasion meditate when she has the time away from navigating.

Scarlett has joined Deon to form the Ranmyaku Ru Pirates, which started from the island of Orlantayga in West Blue. She has been made First Mate and Navigator to the newly created crew. Scarlett has also took on the responsibility of Swords-woman until the other roles are filled.

Dream: To become the world’s greatest explorer, the first human to dominant over the sea, sky and earth.

Weapon(s): A Katana with an ability to Lengthen/shorten during distant or close combat.(changes on situation)- This weapon was given to her after her father’s execution when she was 14 the swords ability comes from a combination of devil fruit and weapon, known as the growth growth fruit. She also has kunai in the belt that holds her sword to her back, when not in use. Can accommodate any weapon (as she is a swordswoman in a crew position as well as a navigator)

Fighting style: Jujitsu and weapon based martial arts.

Devil’s Fruit Techniques:
- Ability to completely transform into a dragon at will.
- Ability to turn certain parts of her body into the dragon form, (e.g. Dragon wings for flight, Dragon’s fire breath, Dragon scales on areas of the skin to take hard blows from weapons).
- Ryu Flame Flare - Blasts of flames engulf the enemy when fired from the dragon's mouth.
- Ryu Fire trap - The Dragon circles the enemy and performs a flare of fire around the enemy once she has confused them.
- Ryu Rocket - The dragon take off and performs a fast assault on the enemy using pure speed and agility.
Techniques:
Giant Flaming Sword - with her dragon breath and lengthened sword, she is able to incinerate on impact with one swing. This is not always successful and is very dangerous, only being used as a last resort in battle.
Attack from above – Using the power of her devil fruit to fly in the air she swiftly turns human to barrage her enemy.
Martial Art combat – without her weapons, she can resort to brute strength using scaled fists to punch and slice the enemy’s body on impact.

well my character is a little pointless if its not a dragon fruit user, as thats what i wanted to base it off. Ive only ever thought of that. so is it not ok to have it? I was kinda hoping no one else would have it -.-;
