Wind Manipulation: Allows for her to manipulate and conjure wind to enable a form of flight, suck the air from an npc's lungs to suffocate them or restore air to someone that is in need of oxygen (When combined with water manipulation she is is able to produce ice from causing a chill wind and lower the temperature)
Light Manipulation: Allows for the creation of an orb of light that she can use to illuminate her surrounding area (and use as a torch of sorts) or use it to blind an opponent, allowing her to flee in safety (Various other uses).
Bio: Shy, Quiet, Friendly, Cheerful, Kind, Not someone you want to anger but she can control that well enough to a point but beyond that she can kill, Also quite oblivious to romantic exchanges unless reasonably obvious. Absolute terror of spiders and a few other creepy crawlies. Dislikes talking about her past to strangers. Worries others would find out as she has unusual abilities and her race, sometimes may sing on the rare occasion. She has cravings for fresh blood on occasion but tries hard to resist the temptation, although in battle should such cravings arise she will try to draw the battle out so she can weaken her opponent, tiring them before draining them of all their blood. She tries to hide her race as she is fearful of the reaction of others. Her wings are beneath her skin so they aren't noticeable at first, she prefers not to use them and the only hint she has them are the scars on her upper back.
