Devil Fruit Ability: Gives Deon the ability to become lightning, move at lightning speed, hear electrical sound waves and use lighting based elemental attacks.
Personality: strong willed, and kind of stubborn but gets along well with those he chooses to get along with.
Biography biggrin eon was 10 years old when he first found the lightning element devil fruit. He had lost his parents the year before so he was alone, left to fend for himself. Finding that fruit helped change things for him though. With his new power, he stole what he needed to survive and also what he wanted, and never got caught. He was always enticed by guns he saw visitors to the little town carrying. There was a marksmen guild where he lived so he thought by joining them he would learn to use a gun. In two years he had begun one of the top shooters in the guild. The guild leader took a liking to him because he was young and yet so skilled. The guild leader took Deon and the other top shooters, into a special training phase just for them. The guild leader had odd methods for training someone who was consider to be just someone who shot a gun. As the years passed his physical body was trained hard; he was much faster and stronger, and this was without using his cursed fruit powers. He still secretly worked on different techniques for his elemental powers in his spare time. He stayed in the guild until he was 24, he felt he had learned enough from the leader of the guild.
After he left the guild he went to the place he once called home, took the little gold he ha there, packed it up and left. He officially closed the door on that small town, Nedoria. He heard of a town far north of it, where he begin moving forward with his plan. He made it to the town with his lightning speed. He spent the rest of his time in that town buying supplies to build a unique gun for himself, and continued to better his usage of the lightning element. It took him two years to finish the the gun he felt was just right for him. He took the little gold he saved had left and used his lightning ability to alter the shape of the gold. He changed the gold into small bells he placed on the ends of his hair.

Fighting style: Using his devil fruit power, to fight up close or attack from a distance. When unable to use his elemental power he resorts to using his gun skills, whether close up or far away.
Devil's Fruit Techniques: (will update as he learns more)
*Sango-unleashes a massive charge of electricity from his hand that forms a wide blast used to devastate large areas with no specific target in mind.
*El Thor-Mostly used to destroy long range ships, he focuses a large cluster of electricity above his target, then uses it to send a huge and powerful lightning bolt crashing down from the sky, deep frying said unlucky target. He can also use this attack to launch a massive thunder stream from his hand.
*Lightning Bird- creates a giant hawk shaped blast of lightning. This attack is fired from the gun used in his left hand only.
*Lightning Beast- creates a giant tiger-shaped blast of lightning. This attack is fired from the gun used in his right hand only.
*Lightning Dragon- A giant dragon shaped blast of lightning emerges from both guns which is much stronger then Hino or Beast attacks.
*Luminous Forge- uses his electrical powers to heat metal and melt nearby metal then reshape it into anything he desires.
*1, 5 Million, 10, 20, 30, 50, 60 Million, 100, Max 200 Million Volt Vari- Deon sends a discharge of lightning through his targets body upon touching them. The maximum-power attack, 200 Million Volts, is about the same voltage as a real-life bolt of lightning.

Techniques: (will update as he learns more)
*Rain Down- he jumps up above his target and shoots a volley of shots down towards them. The bullets explode on impact.
*Interrupter- the bullet makes high pitch screech as it flies through the air. The closer the bullet comes to ear of the target the sound increases. This attack is meant to disorient and confuse the target.
*Patient Impact- These shots down explode right on impact. Instead they wait on the surface until Deon triggers them to explode.
*Flash Pod- a special bullet that explodes with a bright light, intending to blind his opponent(s) for a few seconds.
