Tickets for DH razz art 2 came out today!!! And i has mine 3nodding Because im THAT awesome haha. More than likely gonna be sittin in front of the theatre at 9 in the morning again, waiting for the midnight premiere, just like I did for Part 1. It's gonna be pretty awesome = D

Feel free to discuss the upcoming movie, or just any aspect of the Harry Potter world in general. I REALLY wanna go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter....

Thoughts? comments? Fanboy/girl screams?

What?! How come I didn't know until today?? I'm going to ask my mom to get me the tickets to the midnight premier, and show up like 6-8 hours earlier, cuz I got nothing better to do with my life. I think...

Anyways, Sirius f**king Black better be in this one, even if it's like only two seconds, because I loved him, and I still love him. Just the character, not Gary Oldman. There's a difference. D:<

Yeah, the book series did, but not the movies. Not yet.

Ah! That reminds me of the theme park they're basing off of Harry Potter! I totally want to go there! I heard they have a wand shop and butter beer! I'm gonna go and buy lots of crap there =w=

@tina: Haha it's fine = ). Yeah, the final book was released back in 07, but this will be the final of the movies. Quite a sad but wonderful time.

@XV: I cant wait to see how they do that portion, when harry uses the resurrection stone. It'll be interesting.
For the midnight premiere of Part 1, I was out there in front of the theatre at 9 in the morning and stayed there the rest of the day haha.
As for the park, yes, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter DOES have butterbeer and a wand shop, amongst a gazillion other awesome things. I wanna go soooooooo badly!!!

7 books in the series, with two side books written that were from the story itself: Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them and Quidditch Through The Ages

OMFG Harry Potter.

I didn't realize that they've got the movie tickets out already! D: I'm probably going to be lame though and wait until the crowd dies down a bit and go to see it like a week later.
I live really close to Florida, so I've been to the Wizarding themed island in Universal. It is absolutely fanboy/fangirl heaven!
The wand store is flipping awesome, they ask you when your birthday is, and then reach up on the shelves and give you your wand based on that.
(And they're really, really nice looking.)
Butter beer tastes awesome, like between root beer and butterscotch, but better.
And the castle ride is amazing, (the walking around Hogwarts is better than the ride itself though in my opinion.)
The stores are great, walking around the village is great, seeing stuff randomly move when you don't expect it is awesome, and the people that they have come out and preform seem like they walked out of the movie.

-Fangirl rant over-
Yeah. Whoever hasn't been needs to make a pilgrimage to Universal. Simply for the awesomeness. You would think the books are real or something.
And there is one other spin off book, other than the Quiditch and Fantastic Beasts. Its called Tales of Beedle the Bard. Its basically a Wizarding Faerie tale book. (Just putting that out there.)

xD
Its all right, I had forgotten about fantastic beasts until you mentioned it. Beedle and Quiditch are the only ones I own.
Yeah, you really aught to visit the park, although its got looooong lines. Its probably the most popular of all the parts of universal.

OMG I am so super excited for the new Harry Potter movie. It's going to be so epic and amazing and emotional!

Oh, and I agree that the Universal Studios Harry Potter theme park is FANTASTIC. Every fan should visit there at least once, it's just amazing to see the fantasy come to life.

It's not my favorite book franchise, but I'm still interested in seeing it end.

I'm wondering about the tone of this last part and if they'll be able to balance the dark themes with the general overhanging "love is good" thing. It could make for an interesting balance...or not.

My mother is practically squealing to go see this movie though xD

A couple random facts: Rupert Grint's favorite cartoon character is Spongebob Squarepants and his favorite actor is Jim Carrey = )
