The way I see it, (most of the time) hair grows back. So, as long as you don't do too much too often and completely destroy your hair...
Why not have fun with it?

Just keep in mind how you might be treated at work or by the general public for having fun, wacky hair. My workplace threatened to fire me if I dyed my hair an unnatural hair color, so I have to be careful when I play around.

Let Me Live The way I see it, (most of the time) hair grows back. So, as long as you don't do too much too often and completely destroy your hair...

Just keep in mind how you might be treated at work or by the general public for having fun, wacky hair. My workplace threatened to fire me if I dyed my hair an unnatural hair color, so I have to be careful when I play around. Yeah, I'm planning it to only bleach it once.. unless i really really like it xD (and once my hair starts growing out, it'll look weird.. I'll have my natural color, some blonde, and if i'm wearing the extensions, blue xD)
o.o Well, I'm still in school, and it's home school.. xD, and I usually stay home unless I either HAVE to go, or want to go with my mom to the store or something... or with my dad for a father daughter date =P
And if I did go to public school, I don't think I'll care if anyone doesn't like it.. i'm just that kind of person who likes what they like and doesn't think twice about what people will think x3

If u want people's opinions, Id say a different color might work better for you, but its your body, you might have different views. Id say go ahead and like Let Me Live says, use discretion. If you do go thru with it, even if its a while from now, you should put it up so we can see the new you!

I can't really see you with blonde hair, however I'd actually have to see it to know. Perhaps edit the photo somehow? Photoshop, or Gimp?
I can totally see you with black and the blue though

This. I personally like darker colored hair. Black and blue would look exceedingly awesome on you.

I think extensions wouldn't be so good, but dying the majority blonde and some locks blue sounds good.
I'd also recommend a ponytail in the back would look nice on you.

Dont do it!! ESPECIALLY if you get red in the face easily. What I'd suggest for your skin type is maybe dying your hair this shade of BLUE with a few white locks. Both of my drama friends tried to dye their hair blonde/white and they both look terrible with it! I told them both that so they wouldn't do it again lol.

Guys, I'm not DYING it... I'm BLEACHING it...
And I can only afford so much, so I'm not dying blue locks, and I'm not dying it entirely blue... I know for a fact my parents will not let me do that...
Plus, I think dye actually kills hair... yeah, it may look nice while it's on.. but dye washes out, and I'd have to re-dye it every other day when i take a shower... And I've worked so hard to make my hair as healthy as it is, and I'm NOT ruining it...
That's why I want to BLEACH it.. so it'll still be my hair, and so it won't wash out... it'll only grow out... and the extensions are for certain times.. i don't want blue in my hair all the time, not to mention I can't afford to both bleach and dye..
And I don't have a ton of blue things that I wear out.. (even though it's my favorite color, It's hard finding blue things that fit me, or that i like...) So that's why, when I do wear blue, I have the choice to add the extensions...
But, uh... black? I don't really know... again, dye washes out i'm sure with one shower, and my hair is actually a natural strawberry blonde already.. so technically, I'm a blonde... So, bleaching is only gonna make it lighter...
I like my hair color, but I just want something different..
