This, but I think he was just very irritable at first, but near the end you escalated more.

Personally, I'd sya breka it off.

And it's not exactly abusive since he isn't attacking you or assaulting you directly.

Also what the ******** if his mum asked him to take care of a mouse a month ago he should have done that a month ago. He sounds like all he does is watch anime and play games, but that's just me.

I might add that the root of the conversation was about you not calling him. That was a catalyst for the abusive language. In that respect, from what I've seen of this conversation, you really should have called him, or apologized right afterward. Alternatively, if he really was wondering what was going on, he should have called you, too.
Communication is everything!
