The Couples Wishing Star
There was once a legend in the past that said a very rare pale purple colored star passed over head granting couples one child, some even went as far to say that it mother earth granting the very special souls one last wish of a child blessing. Either way it became tradition for a couple to offer it a gift in hopes of getting one rare child to their family, or maybe a child that would not usually come to such couples. Info:
Opens: June 2nd at 12 pm Est.
Closes: Monday June 6th at 10 pm Est.
There are four chances to win. Three rolled slots and one CC slot.

This does count as your June freebie, please keep in mind that the winners for the art contest will count as July freebies so you can enter this and still win in the art contest.
This event is final test towards see if I am Junior colorist material or not! So thank you to everyone who enters!

Rules: 1. This thread is only for posting your couples. Please don't chat or ask questions here in the thread. If you have a question, you can PM me.
2. Each person can enter only one couple (you only get one post as well). However, two people can enter the same couple. IE if Beth entered her couple of Zues (owned by Beth) and Delphia (owned by Jes) and Jes entered the same couple of Zues and Delphia this is allowed (keep in mind the person who gets to the keep the child is the person who is rolled so if Beth is rolled it's her kid not both).
3. No skinwalkers, angeni, super rares, or mutants will be given out. Also, nothing over moderate edits. If you enter a couple that has one or both of the parents of consisting of one of these breeds or edits you will receive a child that isn't so keep that in mind.
4. Any soquili won/given out here is absolutely free, and will not count towards custom cooldown, breeding cooldown, etc. HOWEVER this does count for your June freebie!
5. To enter you must own one of the parents entering (yes you can co-own one of the parents as well).
6. You do need to have either A: A post in the Mates in Permission with an agreement of all the party members of the soquilis to breed or B: Post in the event permission with all party members agreeing to the breeding (this is for couples who either have had 3 breedings, are not traditional couples, or cannot breed in regular breedings).
7. Those who have a non-traditional couple you will need one rp prior to this event to prove that they are a couple and not merely put together for this event you will also need to post here: Permission Thread
8. If you win it's your choice to keep your prize, co-own it, or give it away to a friend for more interesting Roleplay possibilities. The point of this contest is to help people get another child for plot or gifting purposes. While not required, if you win a Soq from this event and do give it away please make sure it is to someone you want to rp with or etc.
9. You can edit you post until the thread closes however if you decide to change your mind on what couple to enter please strike out your previous entry and post a new one.

Aolani looked pensively at the star in the night sky. Was it foolish to ask for her heart's desire of a basket this early? The mare glanced uneasily in the direction of the glade she shared with Hina'ea before whispering to the celestial object. "I bring a humble offering but I've had no time to search for just the perfect gift for you. I maybe just a little crazy for talking to a star like you can hear but ever since I've met Hina'ea I've longed to start a family. Adakias broke off a piece of one of his stones from his back to give to Louvia. It was something solid that would prove that Adakias would love her for the rest of their lives. That is her offering. Short IC Response: Louvia looked up to the purple Wishing Star with her precious stone in her mouth. She held it up to the star and looked how they both sparkled. She had to admit to herself that she didn't really want to give up the stone, but the day that Adakias tore this one off, it left a scar on him and she would know, with or without the stone, that her and Adakias would be together forever. It had taken them both a long time to finally see each other as a couple, since Louvia had loved him since he was a foal, and he didn't realize it until he was a young adult. He chased after her for months and wasn't really official until he tore off the stone to prove his love.
She put the stone on the ground and looked at it. Louvia knew that it was the one item that could bless them with a child. It was already filled with so much love and happiness that she wasn't sure what else could do the same. There was some desire in her to say something, but she was never the speaking type; all she did was stare at her precious stone and back up at the star, hoping.Edit; oh xD I just wanted to say that I do understand the terms of no mutants C: <3

She feels that this best reflects her wish because in order to grow something so lovely one needs to be loving and tender as well as nurturing. Short IC Response: The subtle glow of the star draws Amelia's eyes to it almost immediately as she stands atop the hill where she first met her mate. The sheer beauty of it makes her sigh and suddenly she recalls the tale of a wishing star. Plucking one of the roses from her back she lays it delicately at her feet and gazes up at the stars, a smile painting her features as she thinks of Erchanhardt. Without him she would have been lost to darkness and loneliness but he stepped right up and stole her heart. He was such a gentleman and a flirt but she just couldn't resist his charm and looks. Though, hoped it wouldn't complicate things more.

Maybe he wouldn't even have to try to wish...Ah! There! A glimmer of radiant purple peeking from between the clouds! It was stunning, and he wordlessly murmured a wish. He'd been good, and true to Drift...but they had been given no children of their own. Maybe, just maybe...? He plucked a few feathers from his hair, and lay them atop a patch of flowers. He placed a small pebble on each to hold them in place in case a breeze stirred. He didn't really believe in wishing, but...maybe, just maybe, it'd work.

She had long since discovered that her aging body would no longer bear foals and she had lived with that secret sorrow ever since. "One more," she asked the star in a whisper. They were for a star of all things! Hisoka would call him a moron for even considering doing something like this. Maybe he was but right now that didn't matter. "This is dumb," He stared staring up at the starry sky. "Yer a star, you don't have ears. But...ya know people have been talkin so I came anyway. Me and Hisoka have been through a lot. He's still mad at me over some of it...we just want...well I just want to be happy again." He scowled before nudging at the scraps he presented. "You can have that crap. It's all old news now. I want to help him move past all of it too...ya know?" He grumbled and turned to walk off before pausing. "And don't tell Hisoka what I did to his lantern...he'd kill me." Feeling sufficiently ridiculous Torao beat a hasty retreat back home.

When Háidēs and Carolina first met, it was love at first sight, although Háidēs would never admit to that anyone besides his mate. After their first meeting they went their separate ways, but they could not stop thinking about each other. One day the dark winged stallion discovered that his hooves had taken him back to the home of the purple beauty; since that day the stallion and the mare reunited, they have been inseparable.
