Simple really just rate the avi above you.
you can give advice but do not say stuff like: YOUR AVI IS CRAP IT NEEDS MUCH HELP, GET OUT N00B, OR ANY HURTFUL COMMENTS!
Just put yourself in the avi's shoes above you, would want someone telling that stuff?
You can either do the following ratings:
1-5
OR
1-10
And you may give the avi some helpful tips how to make a PERFECT 10!
