This is probably the first time I've posted in the guild... so sorry. xP Anyhow, my school will be performing 'Alice' next Friday, a somewhat "modern" take on Alice in Wonderland. I'll be playing my sax with the band for the scene where Alice falls down the rabbit hole. The piece, Alice's Theme, is from Tim Burton's take on Alice in Wonderland, the new movie with Johnny Depp. Yeah, so. ;U

Oh cool! I remember seeing a take on Alice in Wonderland once... I think I was in second grade... it was called "Follow That Rabbit" and I seem to recall it being pretty dang awesome. I've never heard of "Alice," but I shall look it up! (wiki, here I come!)
Also, that is super boss that you play sax. =D

Haha, good first post, then. ^_^
Gaaah, that sounds so cool. I'm so jealous; all of the schools I went to were too lame/resentful to put on performances of any sort, and especially not cool ones. But that's amazing, and good luck in your performance!

Wow that sounds like a lot of fun, you'll have to let us know how this went. I' wasn't lucky as you, my school never did any sort of Alice In Wonderland related play. Break a leg .. since its bad luck to say good luck in the theatre

It was fun! We were going to play the Can-Can when the actors were playing croquet, but the director-lady never signaled us, sooo... Yeah.

*winces at aforementioned theater jinxing* Whoops... ^_^;
Well, I'm glad to hear the performance was fun! Even if a cue was missed... which is sad, because that sounds like it would have been funny. ^_^

It would have been good, yeah.
My sister said that the best part of the play was the band playing. xD
