On the outskirts of the dead city stands an old worn tavern and inn. Even with the gloom and darkness on the outside, there is always a warm fire burning indoors. A wonderful place for the lonely traveler to rest and warm up before continuing a journey through this land of night.
Malphas opened the front doors and sauntered into his favorite spot in the kingdom. He nodded to the barkeep, and was presented with to bottles of wine and a single glass. Taking these, the vampire went to an empty table in the back and took a seat to relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere.

raven walked into the tavern looking around he saw Malphas giveing him a nod he walked to a seat and sat down waiting for some one to take his order it had been a long day what with the guard bothering him most of the day

Reappearing with Ari at the Inn, they had arrived on the second floor, where Ryn had been apparently staying up until he had made his appearance within the Kingdom.
"As Promised.. I'll let you know everything." he said, pressing his forehead against hers. Everything that Ryn had gone through, everything leading up to the moment before they had vanished, flowed directly into her mind.
"Yeah.. Crazy times. I never said I was a good person, like I always said back in school, but I kept my promise to find you, and protect you no matter what happened."

Stepping backwards, Ari shakily looked around at the unfamiliar room. The images that Ryn had shown her were still flooding through her head.
"Ryn...I- I don't understand. How did you...I mean..."
There were so many thoughts flowing through her mind that she hardly knew where to begin. Looking up at her old friend and schoolmate, tears threatened to pour from her eyes.
"So much has happened. Nyx, the council...this whole place."
The screams of the dying guards still echoed through her mind as well as the cries of those that had in the past stood against Nyx.
"But you killed innocent people...they had families, friends...Ryn, they want you dead."

Ryn leaned against the wall, and closed his eyes.
"If you remember correctly, I was to be killed on sight under Luferius' orders, as I originally was going to be sent to the Execution Grounds. Yes. I understand that they were innocents, to a degree. It doesn't help that I did that, I know. But I killed them, to draw the Guards away to that location so I could get to you." he said, reopening his eyes.
"Also, Sorry about warping you away from your Kingdom.. With everything going on there, I had to get you away from Luferius.. With him in the Council.. well, It's pretty easy to tell his intentions."

Lowering her head, Ari looked at the pendant around her neck. No matter how hard she tried, it would never come off.
"Ryn, I'm sorry. I'm glad that you are okay, and thank you for being there for me. If it weren't for you, I would still be wandering as a ghost with no memory. But so much has happened. We aren't human anymore."
Lifting up a hand, she reached out to touch the pointed ears on Ryn's head and look down at his tail before feeling the marks on her neck.
"I'm a vampire, and you're...what are you?"

Ryn laughed to himself as he looked her in the eyes.
"I'm a Ryn, I consume the souls of the unjust and make them into delectable treats for the masses. Oh yes, on the side, I'm a Soul Flavored Ice Cream Vendor who hides in the Darkness of this Realm. Sneaking upon the unsuspecting, they have no clue I'm there until I make my move. 'WANNA BUY MY ICE CREAM!""

She frowned, giving Ryn a stern glare.
"That isn't funny, Ryn. I'm being serious."
Feeling a small twinge of pain, she looked down at the rose-shaped pendant.
"I guess I'm not supposed to go anywhere anymore.."
Heaving a sigh, she sat down on a nearby chair.
"What am I supposed to do, Ryn? I can't just leave."

Already having downed one bottle of wine, Malphas was beginning to feel the slightest hint of a buzz. He leaned back in his seat only to give a slight groan of annoyance at the voices upstairs. After mumbling a few curses, he grabbed a broom that the barkeep kept close by and tapped the ceiling with the handle.
"Hey, can you try keeping it down up there?! Some people are trying to enjoy a drink or five!"

Liallia stepped from a shadowy corner of the tavern and sat on the edge of the farthest barstool from the door. With a quiet voice, she ordered her drink and took out a small leather journal. A quiet look of study came over her as she began to write, looking up only to sip from the wine glass given to her and to take a silver coin from her purse.

Creed emptied his bottled and ordered another. He thought about everything from over the years.

Koji walked in the tavern feeling like a bum and a dog running with its tail between his legs. He was sure this place would allow him to release all the stress he had. "I'll take a gin." He spoke to the bartender once he sat down at the bar. Once he handed it to him, Koji took it down in one swing.
"Ahh...good stuff." Koji looked around. There was Malphas drinking his life away and two other people he did not recognize.

Liallia looked up, turning the page subconsciously, and ordered another drink. Her eyes casually flicked over the company and she spotted Malphas. With a grin she waved at him before drinking from her glass and resuming writing. An orb of fire danced about her shoulders and darted down as she beckoned it to the page, squinting as she tried to fix a spelling mistake.

Observing others who were gathering in the room, Malphas smiled. He spotted Liallia and returned her wave before downing the last bits of a second bottle. His goading with the broom handle seemed to have worked, for he couldn't hear anything else. The vampire stretched and got up from his seat only to stumble slightly as he made his way back to the bar's front counter.
