At this moment, probably the most important role someone could fill within the guild. The very backbone of the storyline focuses around the 7 different Rinnegan holders and so obviously it is top priority to get them filled out as quickly as possible.

The first thing you should note before applying for this is that there must be an understanding that your character will die; no if's, no but's - they will die for the sake of the story.
Each character will each have one of the paths, plus the outer path, for their own Kekkei Genkai - this is because over time it has become a ridiculous watered down version of itself, much more than Pein's weaker version to the Sages, and it came to the point where the rings broke apart. Now is the optimum time to regain it's once ultimate power status, because there are 7 different bodies each walking around with the 7 different paths.

So make sure the path you want is open and available, if not you will be rejected, and please make sure you follow all the rules with this. Get creative, there's no reason why another Rinnegan user besides the leader can steal someone else's eyes. In fact the only problem there is the massive target your character would become for Tasogare.

Please fill out the form and post in the thread below, wait for approval from a mod before continuing on with your profile.

Path Applying For: Deva Path
Why: It appears to be the most powerful path and it is something that should be given to a fairly responsible and strong rper (something that I know chibi knows I am). Also being one of the more powerful paths it is very important in the ability of driving the story of the guild forward and since we have yet to have any of the paths to even be filled out this one should be filled out first.
Samples: ( I am gonna just give the written one for this, if I need another one I will add it... or even more, since no one else has applied I didn't really know how much to post ^^,)

A small and rather young white haired boy could be seen walking into the area as he looked around at the wide open training grounds and nodded to himself. Having been training for several years now he knew far better than to train with anyone else present as it was something could potentially be very harmful for them. Looking about and making one last sweep of the area ensuring no living things were visible he nodded to himself and stepped forward into the middle of the training grounds and began to focus as he breathed in and out focusing as he formed a few hand signs and exhaled opening his mouth as a massive amount of water exploded outwards from his mouth towards the opening of the training grounds. As he did this he stopped and watched as it flooded forward and swept away several trees, placing his hand out he focused as he watched the water quickly stop surging forward and suddenly was pulled back towards him extremely quickly. Doing this he watched as it collected infront of him in the orb. Holding his position he focused as he then breathed in and out and spoke " Shinra Tensei..." as he said this the water exploded outwards with extreme force as any remaining trees that still stood were completely and utterly destroyed. As this happened beads of sweat quickly formed on the boy as he calmly swayed and fell back. Landing on his back and looking up at the sky he continued to breath heavily for several seconds trying to catch his breath after such a rapid and yet powerful training session...

Path Applying For: Animal Path
Why: It interests me the most and I feel like I would be able to do more with it than the other paths. Plus, I love animals and I was planning on my character specializing in summoning even before I considered applying for a rinnegan path.
Samples: [Not sure what to write, so I'll do a training scenario as well.]

A young, brunette woman stood in the clearing as she glared at her "opponent" which was really just shadow clone. Today, the kunoichi was attempting to improve her ability to switch her summonings out while in battle. Though she could summon all six of the creatures, she still hadn't mastered summoning those she needed at a given moment. Currently, a large crustacean and a strange chameleon stood by her. The chameleon was currently cloaking her very existence so she was practically invisible. Glancing over to the crustacean, the young woman nodded and whispered silently, "Use Violent Bubble Wave Justsu." Instantly, the creature spewed a stream of innumerable bubbles as it's summoner switched the chameleon's presence to that of a jagged-beaked bird.

Soon after the crustacean's multitude of bubbles crashed onto the ground, the kunoichi's clone began to slip and fall from lack of proper footing. Now was the perfect time for the jagged-beaked bird to strike with an aerial attack. Signaling the bird to nearly attack the clone while it was down, the female simultaneously dismissed the crustacean in exchange for a large oxen. So far she had summoned four of her creatures with success, but the remaining two had always been more difficult. Thankfully, her clone wasn't actually attacking (or being attacked actually) so she could concentrate more on dismissing the current summons in exchange for the panda and multi-headed dog. After the bird narrowly passed the clone, Suzume ordered the oxen to charge and narrowly miss as well. This time, however, she waited for the oxen to finish charging before dismissing the bird. As both creatures disappeared, the brunette could only hope she could manage summoning the last two simultaneously. Concentrating carefully, she closed her eyes tight and attempted to summon the animals.

Much to the woman's delight, a large panda and a multi-headed dog had appeared when her eyes opened. If she weren't already so exhausted from training, the girl would probably be jumping for joy at the moment. Instead, she just allowed the summons to return to their summoning world and let her shadow clone disappear in a puff of smoke. She may be improving her control of the Rinnegan, but it still left her exhausted whenever she used it.

They had received this title because each of the Shinobi within the squad specialized in dealing damage to chakra or something close. His squad consisted of himself, a hyuuga clan member and Aburame clan member. He was the squad’s leader the hyuuga was the clan’s main trouble maker and the aburame member was the tactical Shinobi of the group. Together they would defeat their opponents by forcing them to lose all of their chakra then defeating them using melee combat.

The chuunin exams were well underway and the current portion of the exam was the forest of death. Jinei had the plan of watching two squads go at it the dropping in when one had defeated the other sand taking their heaven scroll. The battle was just coming to an end the two squads that were fighting below were about evenly matched so the fight had left members of both squads injured. The winning squad had two members that were still able to fight; one was carrying the injured member of the squad. Jinei’s squad dropped down from the trees landing in a flanking formation. Jinei landing in front of them and the hyuuga behind them trapping them in between the two. The aburame clan member sitting in the tree tops still watching preparing his bugs. His eyes focusing in one the scroll, he quickly sent a single beetle down while the others were distracted the beetle landing on the scroll and tracing its location just in case they got away from the other two. Jinei got into a fighting stance his right foot forwards knee slightly bent his right palm about five to six inches above his knee facing towards the two. The hyuuga getting into typical juken ryu stance, the two team mates dropped the third in between them as not to leave him open to an attack. Jinei and the hyuuga rushed opposite opponents at the same time. The Shinobi facing Jinei performed a set of hand signs; he opened his mouth and blew a fire ball towards Jinei. Jinei raised his hands towards the fire, as the fire came into contact with his hands it was absorbed into his palms. The chakra from the katon jutsu being absorbed by Jinei’s palms, his pace not slowing at all. He reached the Shinobi who had used the fire jutsu before his mouth could close; he thrust a palm toward the right side of his jaw hitting it hard a loud crack could be heard as the jaw bone shifted. Jinei had broken the shinobi's jaw, the blow sent him hurdling through the air and slamming into the ground. Jinei was not about to give up his advantage, he pulled his great sword which was strapped to his back. Quickly closing the distance between himself and the other Shinobi he slammed the blunt side of the blade down on top of him, like a giant fly swatter. The other Shinobi was unable to counter the quick offensive and was smashed by the blade knocking him unconscious. Jinei quickly turned to see the hyuuga send his opponent flying in the air coming towards Jinei. Jinei extended his arm and caught the Shinobi by the back of the head, palming it like a basketball. His palms absorbing the chakra from the shinobi’s body, making sure not to take too much he dropped the Shinobi with just enough chakra to survive. The two looked at each other then laughed before searching the bodies for the scroll, finding it they headed towards the exit to the forest of death.

Jinei had begun his training several months ago. Though he still felt like he was back in the village hidden in the mist, he had done nothing except run laps and do weight training. He had no idea why he would need to be able to run a mile while carrying a large amount of weight. His sensei Ruuk, who was also known as Kiri’s Blind Lightning, insisted that he train daily alternating weight and stamina training one day, then speed and power training the next. Jinei began thinking to himself “When is this crazy old man going to actually teach me something?” Just about that time Ruuk appeared before him.

“Jinei come here and sit with me near the fire.”

Jinei looked at the man strangely, wondering to himself why he was calling him over to the fire. As Jinei looked at his sensei who was almost glowing as he stood near the fires edge, the warm light from the fire seemed to give his sensei a mystical presence. Jinei took note of this and thought to himself. “I wonder if the old man knows what he looks like.” Ruuk was about average high for a man his age, standing nearly six feet tall. He had long gray hair that he wore in a single braid going down his back. At the beginning of the braid holding the hair up were two senbon crossed in an X shape. His skin was milky white very pale as were the traits of many kiri Shinobi. His face showed the slight signs of ageing; he was beginning to get small wrinkles in the corners of his eyes, and around his forehead. His eyes were a pale milky white color; the hyuuga's byakugan was obviously present. However, his eyes had a strange dullness to them reminiscent of two marbles. His sensei was blind as far as his normal eye sight went but his optic nerves were still intact and so was his chakra flow. So when he activated his byakugan he could see chakra giving him a slight glimpse of what sight really is.

Jinei wondered to himself what it must have been like to be unable to see. Ruuk cleared away some of the small brush that was in the area and sat on the ground his legs crossed, motioning for Jinei to do the same. Jinei sat down next to his sensei.

“Listen to me Jinei, there will come a time when I will not be there to guide you. You will finally understand why I have made you training rigorously every day. When that day comes, promise me that you will return to our village and pass on my knowledge to the next generation.”

“Yes, Sensei I promise.”

Jinei really had no idea why his sensei was deciding to get all sentimental now, but he never did understand most of the things he did. The two gathered their things and got into their tents resting for the night. Jinei felt as if he had just faded off into the dream word when he was awakened by a loud noise. He quickly scrambled to his feet thinking to himself. ”What’s going on?” he made his way out of the tent and looked around trying to see if he could spot the cause of the noise. He saw that his sensei had packed up several of their things already and something must have upset him during the night for him to have been up so early. Jinei exited the tent and began packing his things along with his sensei. He knew better than to question his sensei’s motives when he was in one of his moods. Jinei finished packing up his things then looked to his sensei.

“So where to now?”

Ruuk smiled a fake smile at Jinei then pointed off towards the east. His face had a slight expression of worry about it that was clearly not hidden well.

“We are headed back towards the village, I have a feeling a great change is about to happen.”

Jinei had no idea what he meant by a change but he had nothing better to do than go back to kiri it was the only place he had ever really thought of as home anyways. He followed behind his sensei on the journey back to the land of water.
The next night Jinei had a nightmare a horrible intense dream that felt so real he could have sworn that it was, or at least a genjutsu. He envisioned a man standing in front of him with his back turned. The man was speaking in a low almost mumble Jinei couldn’t make out what he was saying. As he approached the man so he could figure out what he was saying. The man suddenly turned around his entire body was covered in blood, and he had deep violet eyes in a swirling pattering around the pupil. Jinei jumped backwards from the man, as he did the man vanished and he was now standing inside the doorway of his home in kiri. The door was open and he was looking out into the village, but none of the villagers were there only powerful Shinobi each with their own aura of bloodlust. He knew they were coming to kill him, he quickly performed a set of hand signs but nothing happened. As the Shinobi got closer he was able to make out their faces they were all unknown to him, however he did recognize a few key details about them. One of them had a sharingan; another had those same swirling eyes as the man he had seen earlier. Then he turned to see one of them was his teacher, he was shocked and stunned for a moment. Ruuk swung a huge blade at Jinei who was stunned and unable to avoid the blow. Just as the sword touched his body, his eyes opened up as if seeing the world for the first time. His body was in a cold sweat. His mind was racing he couldn’t focus on a single thought, he felt as if he was watching his body from within. Unable to control or say anything. He could see his sensei who had run into the tent his byakugan activated, Jinei noticed something strange he could almost see the chakra flowing into his eyes allowing the doujutsu to active, as he noticed this he noticed he could see the flow of chakra to his sensei’s hands. His sensei came towards him in the darkness, both aware of the location of one another. His mind suddenly flashing back to the image of his sensei in the dream. He wondered what it meant. He panicked and felt his body jump backwards from his sensei. As he did he felt a sharp pain in his head, images flashing into his mind. The swirling eyes filling his vision as he fell unconscious.

Meanwhile his body was reacting while his mind was asleep. His arm struck out at his sensei his palms flat and aimed at his chest. His sensei dodged the blow and struck back with a two fingered strike towards the palm. As the two’s attacks met Ruuk jumped backwards a look of shock on his face. He had pushed enough chakra through his finger tips to knock Jinei out. However he had watched it be absorbed into the boy’s palm, his byakugan allowing him to see precisely what had happened. Jinei then struck for the second time this time he performed a double palmed strike towards his sensei’s mid-section. Just as Jinei’s attack was coming Ruuk, pivoted on one foot and then expelled chakra from all of his chakra points at once forming an orb of chakra around him that would protect him from the blow as well as damage anyone within range of the chakra. He expected it to damage Jinei and wound him enough that he could be controlled. Jinei Seemed to be almost reading his sensei’s moves, he quickly stopped his hands and extended his fingers focusing his chakra creating a barrier around him that absorbed the Hyuuga’s attack before the orb had a chance to completely form. The hyuuga was stunned; he looked into Jinei’s eyes. As he looked into Jinei’s eyes a look of hope and sadness spread across his face all at once. Jinei was upon him in that exact moment. He grabbed Ruuk right hand by the wrist and pulled shifting Ruuk's weight so that Jinei would have his back. Using his free hand he grabbed his sensei by the back of the neck, absorbing chakra through the palms of his hands. Ruuk quickly spun throwing his free elbow backwards hitting Jinei in the jaw and breaking free of his grasp. Jinei Used the momentum from the blow to slide backwards across the ground for some distance and performed a set of hand signs. As his student performed the hand signs Ruuk performed a set of hand signs of his own.Ruuk slams his hands into the ground, a huge wall of earth coming up in between them.

Jinei pointing one hand at the wall and with a smirk,
“This is the true power of my eyes … Storm release: laser circus”

Jinei pointing his hand towards the earth wall being able to predict the position of his opponent a halo of light formed at his hand and extended outwards, firing beams of concentrated lighting like lasers through the earth wall and into several parts of Ruuk. The earth wall slid and fell back into the earth, at the same moment as Ruuk. Bleeding from his wounds he lay fatally injured losing the will to fight, having held back as not to kill his student and perhaps the future of the world. Jinei closed his eyes blinking slowly his mind suddenly coming to. He was not aware of his surroundings, he saw his sensei lying before him bloody and injured. He rushed over and grabbed him holding him, his mind unable to grasp the past events.
He looked into his sensei’s face, tears filling his eyes he came to the realization his sensei was dying. Ruuk smiled at Jinei seeing the kindness that he knew returning to his aura. Jinei wiped away his tears and asked his sensei.

“What happened, who did this?”

“ Rinnegan.”

Jinei cried again as his sensei closed his eyes one final time. He spent the day praying and performing the burial rights and wishes of his sensei. Saying a final good bye and swearing revenge he gathered his sensei’s belongings and headed towards the village.

I gotta say that I like this sample ^ ^ Way better than the first
Careful with the power though XD Don't get too carried away now . . .
Btw, this is the first time he used it so we won't really know how you might use it in a different scenario. Use it wisely >:V
