xxangelserenadex sad Hit Tuscaloosa, Alabama really bad. Yeah, watched it on the news... I live in Talladega county, and I've been to Tuscaloosa quite a few times. The destruction.. the fact that I KNEW people were dying over there... That almost made me cry... Like, borderline.

I might be the fourth gen. going to UofA. Luckily, my family wasn't hurt but I know a lot of people that were. Some of my favorite childhood places were destroyed. sad

Yeah, nothing hits Kansas anymore, it's like they've moved on. There have been some close calls here though, once at a school function two tornadoes touched down outside the school we were at, and we had to spend 45 minutes chilling in the hallway.
Also, the little town of Greensburg got smeared off the map a few years ago, so I know all about what Alabama is going through, I'll keep them in my prayers.

XemryXIII is it just me or is the frequency of major natural disasters starting to dramatically increase? confused I've been arguing that point for a while now... This is just getting... bad.. Mother Nature is showing her darker side. EDIT: Might I add that, in the picture, look at the bottom right. For those who don't know, Red is Tornado warning.. See how many there are?? insanity.

I really hate to think that one day there will come a time when a storm might blow throw the entire country and leave relief efforts damn near impossible
