"Keystone City, Kansas. Central City, Missouri. Forever united, and under my protection."

Keystone's citizens are caught in the crossfire of today's chaos and confusion; Central's drawn attention continues to make it difficult for both cities to continue with any level of order. The bridge the Flash had built connecting the two cities remains in tact.

A small short figure peered timidly around the corner of an urban alley, looking out into the busy croud of people. It was a city-scene: the streets were jammed with cars, the people were rushing to their destinations... and no one would notice that this thirteen year old girl and her little sister were currently without a family. Her shoulder-length blonde hair was clean, as well as her dark sweat pants and violet shirt. The only unusual aspect of her appearance was the black coat that hung on her shoulders; it was a little too long for her, and it hung between her knees and her ankles. The sleeves bunched up on her arms and it appeared as though another could fit into the coat with her.

She trotted out into the open, heading directly to the boxes containing recent newspapers. They were free for anyone to take. The girl grabbed a couple, rolling them up and stuffing them into her pockets as she joined in with the crowd. At the next chance, she took a left.

It wouldn't have taken too much to notice her instant disappearance into the city matrix, especially if one caught the wiff of ions and the faint trail of pure energy drifting from where she had stood not a moment prior to her absence.

(enters from Metropolis)

Viv was right on him, people staring at the two streaks as they flew by. She cleared her mind, running by his side.

"I've never been here before."

[Enters from ?????]

Huh... "Keystone City Museum", huh? Weird, never saw this city on a map before...

This was what Lucas Ellison thought to himself as he looked up at the front side of the building. His travel from his hometown of Springdale, Arkansas to Manhattan had brought him to Missouri, and he certainly didn't recall a "Keystone City" on the digital map he had. Then again, there were strange cities popping up all over, new heroes and villains... none of which he knew about. So he shrugged it off.

He placed his hands in his pockets and sighed, continuing on his stroll through the town, before he detected two very rapidly approaching scents, moving even faster than the likes of Quicksilver, he reckoned. He couldn't yet detect their intentions, and so, he cautiously moved out of what he supposed was the path of the duo.

This Keystone City, home of the Flash."
Blaze said keeping running the feeling kept getting stronger.
"Professor Zoom is in that prison,he's faster then Flash and I got a bad feeling." he said with a frowned on his face.
They headed to the prison Iron Heights.

A little face looked out from the street corner. Across the crowd and on the opposing side of the street was a door: the main entrance to a large apartment complex taking up most of the city block. Looking both ways, she took the soonest chance to run across the street and enter the building.

Jaquelyn Allen (or FG) tried her best to remain a good influence for her younger sister, even when times were difficult. In the current situation, certain facts were definately making it harder. As the sisters started running low on their emergency food supplies at the Allen residence in Central City, they were recently forced to move to another branch of family for help... what was best described as a fellow-speedster's home. Though Wally and the girls shared the same uncle (Uncle Barry) they knew eachother most through their superhuman speed, and their connections with the speed force. Since Wally was the Flash before his disappearance, he had been the one to mentor the two sisters in their abilities.

FG snuck behind the desk, under the view of the receptionist, and waited for the lady's back to turn from the hallway. When she got her chance, she sped to the stairwell. Within a couple seconds, she had made her way up seven flights of stairs; her troubles came when she had to stop at the top. She slid, letting a small 'eep' pass her mouth as she thunked against the wall. The girl looked behind her to see the after effects of the bright energy which helped propel her forward. She still had work to do, even though she'd been practicing with that one particular halt for some time. With a forced sigh and a flip of her long black coat, she trotted down the hallway until she reached a particular door near the end. FG paused and positioned her head next to the door before she knocked with a quick and short pattern.

Flashstep and Hot Flash reached Iron Heights about 15 seconds later.
The prison was abandon as if no one had been there for months.
The gates were busted open and the prison as they approached was damage as if there was a breakout, a massive breakout to be exact.
"This can't be happen." Flashstep said with shock and awe on his face as it came out as a whispered. Horror in his eyes, it didn't make sense.
He walked down the halls till he reached Professor Zoom's cell.
Gulping, he said almost in a whisper, “We’re here."
Blaze stared at the massive hole in the wall where the door should be.
Why am I feeling this now? It seems like he escaped a long time ago. Could he still be here or is it something else. It seems like my instinct were trying clue me in but why am I the only one here.I felt this in Metropolis but it makes no sense. Is it his Negative Energy or was it a hunch. I feel it eating at Speed Force. Does any of the others speedsters feel it?

Rugg... soooo bored. With tousled, brunette bangs and furrowed brows, her lips pressed together in a restless manner. She sat at a table in the middle of the main room of the apartment, hand propped on her palm and eyes downcast. Her other hand rested on the table, rapping quickly with impatience. Her right leg bounced up and down under the table, the only thing touching the ground being the toes; her heel was blurry from the energy. Her eyes shot up to the door, thinking she heard someone. She bounced up, creening her neck as if to see around the door... The footsteps passed. She let out another gruff sigh and flopped back into the cheap kitchen chair.
Victoria Allen had never been the patient type, though no one expected much from a ten-year-old. Good thing, too, she didn't give much when she didn't care for what was going on. Still, nowadays she was very intereseted in her surroundings. This bothered her; she began noticing more things, taking in more information, becoming increasingly curious. This got her even more restless, and it sometimes hurt her head. Her emerald eyes now burned, not daring to blink as they stared down the door handle. It'd be eerie to be stuck in Wally's apartment over night, and she only hoped it wouldn't come to that. She uncomfortably shifted in her chair and after about fifteen seconds of staring, she broke contact and stood again, frustration emitting from her lips in the form of a grunt. She stormed to the study, fiddling with the pile of papers in the corners as she had done so many times today. "What are we supposed to look for anyway? Grocery lists? Yeah, he got taken at Walmart. I KNEW those people were evil! E~evil..." Her hand formed a fist as she crushed an imaginary, four inch high Walmart employee. This seemed to be the only way she could calm herself, by talking to no one. Grunting again, she fiddled with the papers once more, tapping her foot and unable to stop it; nervous habit.
This pile of papers was, in fact, not a pile of grocery lists. It was Wally's recent letters. Her sister knew she'd get restless after about ten minutes of being left alone--though she was wrong; five was pleanty--so she gave her the task of looking for clues about the dissapearences. A pile of letters and a computer was apparently enough for sis, because as soon as they were found she was off like a shot.
Sighing once more, Victoria flopped, deciding to rest on the floor. It was comfortable enough, and as one hand held a letter, the other fiddled with her jacket pocket, searching for that granola bar she had stuffed in there not too long ago. Perhaps she had eaten it already...

Jaquelyn stood next to the door for a few moments, keeping her head extended and turned so her ear almost brushed against the blandly painted wood. Maybe her tapping was not picked up by her sister inside the apartment. A second time she knocked, this time a little quicker and harder than before. For only a brief moment did a thought flash through her mind that something was wrong on the other side of the door, but suddenly thought better of it. It was improbable... most likely her first knocking had gone unheard.

Her head seemed to sit up on it's own. In fact, nothing else moved but her head; the rest of her limbs seemed to be frozen with glee. Someone was tapping on the door. She jumped to her feet, dropping the letter and thinking the granola to be a lost cause. At the table one moment, at the door the next, Victoria's shoes seemed to not agree with the carpet. She slipped forward and rammed her forehead into the door. Her hands automatically went to her forehead, and only glancing through the peephole to make sure it was her sister, she unlocked and tugged the door open. "What took you so long? The Walmart employees weren't helping at all." Of course, the tone of voice she used in this was serious; she found seriousness funnier. With a sigh, and a small headache, she finally found it okay to pull out her iPod. The plugs were conveniently built into her jacket, so she simply grabbed a strap, stuffed it in her ear and pushed play. "Hope you had better luck than me." She looked to her sister, jamming out and tapping her foot to the beat.

"Lucas Ellison" A voice echoed softly from the very air around the man. Cars passing by suddenly stood still, people walking down the street froze, and the world around him fell into an unnatural silence and stillness. "You have been chosen to become a Guardian. Chosen for a task that takes will and great skill, should you choose to accept." the voice continued. Flecks of light danced in the air in front of the man, then drew close together until they melded into a large mass of light. As the light dimmed down, a face was finally placed with the voice as a figure stood in the light's place. "I am The Keeper of Time and Space."

Lucas wheeled around in absolute shock, his face white as a ghost.

"Wh-wha--?! Who--?" he asked weakly. "A-- a Guardian...? Are they like the Watchers? W-why me? I-I'm not a big-name hero, I-I just started out on my journey to Manhattan a week ago!"

He was in absolute shock, having no clue as to why someone like this was contacting him at this point in time.

"You can think of my Guardians more as...Green Lanterns." the being replied with a small grin. "They are chosen bases on prowess rather than physical powers. They are appointed a "sector" and must help protect and serve their sector. In the case of this particular world...help what heroes are still walking this Earth and help to put the universes back into their proper places." he said, then glanced over and gestured towards another area of the large city. "I have two other Guardians that will be here to help you. Both of whom I will be gathering in a moment to preform a small task." The being turned back towards Lucas. "Do you accept the title of becoming one of my Guardians?"

Lucas scratched his head, feeling bemused. He certainly hadn't expected anything like this to occur.

"I... I, uh... well, sure." he said. "Just one thing, what's a Green Lantern? Never heard of those..."
