History:
Vivienne grew up living in a small house in the countryside. Her mother raised her as a single parent after her father took off when Vivi was very young. She remembers that night very well. She was a bit of a handful growing up and tended to get into mischief. She finally settled down a bit when she discovered a love for art and writing, as well as running. She joined the track and cross country team and later became team captain in high school. Her hard work scored her a place in one of the top colleges in Metropolis were she currently attends college for art. She still runs track and competes in city marathons when they are held.
Vivienne was not born with powers. She was out running one evening and witnessed a young man being shoved around and most likely robbed. The boy was shoved into the street as a large truck hauling chemicals came barreling down the road. Vivienne ran and shoved him from in fornt of the truck, placing herself in harms way. The truck swerved, barely missing her, and hit an electrical pole. The crash caused the contents of the vehicle to spill out onto the street, soaking her with the chemicals. A line from the pole snapped loose, landing in the spill and shocking her into a coma. It was several weeks after she was released from the hospital that she discovered her powers.

Costume:
Currently she doesn't actually have one that can stand up to her speed, so until she gets one, she has been wearing a sports bra, short biker shorts, and a makeshift mask.
