Prime Time Parade
I'm really looking to tone my legs (thighs specifically) and I'm not finding too much that's really helping. Does anyone have any ideas to help me out?

NOTE: I am jogging just about every day (if not I find other forms of cardio to keep myself entertained). I'm not jogging too much though. About 0.6km? I'm guessing there. Should I try doing more?

Hey, I know you posted this a while ago, but I wanted to pipe in.
Biking. Biking has kept (More in the past than at the moment) my legs really toned. Even after a winter of absolutely no activity, I have fairly nice legs still. (Sad to say the rest of me isn't as good).
