After carful analasys, I've discovered that my biggest fear is being attacked bt sea monsters...in the swimming pool and/or ocean. One of my friends has a great fear of being abducted by aliens. Do any of you have odd or oddly specific fears? Do tell.

Heights/ random noises/ people at times....

I have alot of phobia I don't know all the scientific names for them though... So I came up with my own...

Acrophobia- fear of: heights

Neckophobia- Fear of: Neck being touched; Watching someone touching their own neck; Watching someone touch someone else's neck; Watchin movies or reading books that depict the Touching, Slitting, Cutting, Hanging, Choking of someone's or their own neck; All surgeries involving the neck/throat area or anything depicting all aforementioned grossies.

Balloonophobia- Fear of: Being in a room with a balloons; Seeing balloons period; Hearing balloon pop.

Phoneophobia- Fear of: Talking on the telephone; Dialing numbers on the telephone; Answering the telephone; Awkward silences on the telephone.

Escalatorophobia- Fear of: Riding escalators.

Supriseophobia- Fear of: All suprises in any shape or form.

clostraphobia (sp)- Fear of: Small spaces.

GeorgeBushDoingsomethingstupidophobia: Fear of: (Self Explanitory)


The last one is the only one I don't really have...well at least not to the same extent as the others.

I have a stupid fear similar to I.L.'s: I don't like to swim unless I have a perfect visibility of what's happening below me.^^ I don't like to swim over rocks or seaweed either. SAND, please, pure SAND. Not even in dark pools, even though I know there's nothing over there.

I don't like those little worms that come out of pinetrees in Spring. I go nuts when I see one or even hear about one in the proximity.

And I'm pretty sure the figures that appear in the wood of my bedroom's closet are ghosty faces, so I sleep with the closet doors open.

I also have a phobia for knives, even butter knives, forks, needles, scissors, anything sharp. Brrrr.

I don't like people whistling or mumbling songs behind me. It's ******** creepy. I don't like people blowing or breathing against my neck behind me.

This is more like a stupid superstition, but here we go: I never take the last donut in the plate, the last M&M in the packet, the last piece of pie, the last bit of rice, anything. In my mother's place people believe who does so never gets married. Sooo.

Ah, and I'm PRETTY SURE there are actually people who can read my mind. No, really. So I never look those people in the eye, try not to have embarrassing thoughts near them and plus, I also have a bit of that silver kitchen paper in my wallet in case I have to apply it on my forehead.

I'm afraid for stairs....They are very scary :p

I'm afraid of heights, which isn't that weird.
I also hate being in crowded spaces, or small rooms.
I do have a weird fear of escalators.
I always think something bad will happen on them. >_<

I have a fear of DOWN escalators....

Up escalators=fine....
Down escalators= WHERE'S THE THE DAMN STAIRS WHEN YOU NEED THEM?!?

i'm afraid of skiing downhill. both crosscountry and alpine skiing. i think i'm gonna crash into a tree and die or get paralyzed or something.
oh and i'm afraid of dentists chairs. i feel like i can't breath in them.
