Tonight I got a call from my cousin to tell me that his brother died. He had cancer and I guess it got the best of him. I never thought he would actually die (but who does, right?) It's hard to accept. Everything I am was influenced by him in some way. My favorite band, he introduced me to them. A lot of other music as well. Swimming? He was one of the people who taught me how to swim. He also introduced me to the pokemon games back in the day. And anime. He was one of the cousins that I used to go snake hunting with as a child, those summer days are why I love snakes and reptiles so much. I just can't believe it. I love him.

I'm so sorry to hear that Vanilla 3: I send you my condolences. At least he's not suffering anymore. Cancer can be a tricky thing it takes the ones we love when we least expect it.

I am so sorry. I know I don't know EXACTLY how you feel, nobody does, but I know a little. My cousin, Brady, was killed in the Pentagon on September 11th. I think he was 26, a couple years my senior but a good friend. Now his dad, my Uncle Ken, is dying of cancer. I feel like I am losing Brady all over again. Losing family is so hard.

That is terrible Kip! I'm very sorry to hear.
It's really testing my (non)religious views. On the one hand I don't believe in anything, on the other I want to more than anything believe that he is somewhere now with my grandmother and my two uncles. I've just been telling my other family members things like that because I know it will comfort them.

~~ Awh D: I'm very, very sorry. If you ever need a lunatic to help cheer you up, or if you ever require a suffocating huggie, step into my office. Huggies are something I can always squeeze into my RP schedule. *huggies* And just like Hiysin said, even if everyone says it, it's true. 26 is a very young age to pass. :c
