Obviously the need for a Poll guild is no longer. So I was thinking that we need to change it into something else. But into what is the big thing here.
Suggestions are needed....so please post any that you have.

I guess just make it a general "Hang out and shoot the breeze" guild. Something to have fun.
You could still break down the sub-forums into general categories -
1. Anime or Anime/TV series
2. Manga
3. Non-anime TV series
4. Books or Fanfiction
5. Movies
6. Games
7. Computers/Technology (non-gaming)
8. Art/Photography
9. And Now For Something Completely Different (random/lulz/memes)
or something of the sort.

Well, I was thinking that the subs could be turned into general areas like...
!. Introduce yourself - a place where members can make their own thread, rather then a reply in one large thread.
2. Picture This - Obviously a place where members can post piccys, like of themselves, of their pets....silly crap they find on icanhaschezebgr (or whatever)...etc.
3. Cultural corner - can be about books, shows, music, etc
4. Spam-O-Rama - speaks for itself. lol
Etc...we have clean/free space now. But it is not something that first comes to my mind. We need to think of what direction we want the guild to go. I was thinking a general guild/place to hang out. But aren't there tone like that out there already?

Is Kabuki back? I'm guessing that's who Ferret-chan is?
As for changing the guild.. it sort of is already a hang out guild, or that's how I always thought of it. Just with a poll in each thread. Though the spam part of the spam poll guild always annoyed me. Hard to make it a proper hangout when you advertise spamming as one of the main reasons for being apart of the guild.
Question is, will changing the guild make it any more active? The guild didn't become so inactive because it was a poll guild. It became inactive when people stopped coming around and interacting.
If the guild is changed from a poll guild then I hope one of the subforums will remain dedicated as a poll subforum since that's how the guild started (or how I remember it when I joined).

I know majority of all may not know who I am anymore but I'm sure the original owners know who I am. I used to be Ai_Yori_Aoi and before blue_moon2004.
I am the little rat that used to be a part of your place sometime around mid 2005 or so. The owner when I was here was named "KABUKI-CHAN" and I really enjoyed it until I made a guild like this and then she decided to report it then got it deactivated on June 30, 2005. Then you all banned me from here for all time never to hear from me again.
But the part you all didn't know is that I made a guild just a few weeks later to replace the BLUE WATER POLL GUILD called the now "RIVER OF POLLS" on July 16, 2005. Still going on today. Told you all not to mess with me. It's sad how the guilds I used to be in are mostly now all dead now. Wish you all could've been with me since my guild is still going on today...now you all probably don't even log into Gaia anymore. It's sad. sad
