Click to go to pack thread; Official Pack RP((This is for IK pack PUPS but, any IK wolf and or familiar is allowed. and any non Ik PUP is allowed. but no other non pack adults please. as this is major pack area where they wouldn't be very comfortable allowing strangers -aka near the pups- mmk lets have some fun!)) Note: if you have an uncerted Pack pup, I see no reasn why you can't throw them in the frey, buuut if Vist disagrees she has every right to bop me on the head.
Note2: All of these pups should at least know OF one another, they are in the same pack afterall... feel free to use names in referring to one another. =)
Note3: lol lots of notes eh? If your pup's grown but you still wish to have them in the same growing time span as these pups your free to play that would be adol' as a pup. For instance, Damon is an Adolescent but I'm playing him as an "older pup" Faith and Ronon pups have recently grown but I still consider them smaller but slightly older then say Noelle and Lizards pups. you can kinda feel it out from there 83  He growled low as his tail was raised high, sharp honey eyes locked on the small red ones of the fawn.
The day was bright, spring was in full session, or at least thats what Da always liked to say. The clouds were sparse and the waves were out as the tide pools layed out for all of them to play. Damon was fully enjoying this new level of freedom he and his siblings especially were getting as most of the adult wolves had left to hunt. They had been left with the younger adults, Faith, Istas, Zaioha, Kaze, Aurello, and the two half pack Saorise and Ronon. along with Snowflake though she didn't seem much more to him then a means of hunting practice, just like he was about to use Gisli.
Speaking of the small, shaking little brown fawn, Damon stiffened his hunches and launched himself into the air, giving her no time to decide if she would run or not. ((All of said pups and wolves may now join. =) like I said a good portion of the pack is out hunting. minus those listed, buttttt. Yeah. Feel free to randomly fall in a tide pool or play tricks on the others... =D ))

 Gisli shook hard as she watched one of the older pup's, Damon, give her a hunters eye. Small hooves still clumsy as she tried to look like she wasn't afraid and stood her ground.
When he jumped everything seemed to both slow down and speed up at the same time. He had been watching the other pups with some measure of joy as he rested against Faiths side in the warm sand. Everyone was enjoying the chance to play in the water and run rampant. And he could sense his mothers unease at this as she focused on her breathing. He licked her maw gently before his two toned gaze caught site of what Damon was doing. The pup was much bigger then he. But Gisli was his friend. With a small snarl he hopped to his feet and ran with all his small paws strength.
He seemed to slide between the two just in time as he took Damon's attack onto himself. Snarling as he nipped at the older boy. "WHAT THE HECK DAMON!!!!!!" He said once air returned to his lungs from the pounce. He was pissed, nothing made him more angry then watching one of the others getting picked on. Including Gisli.-------------------
Damon snorted as he took the bites from the younger pup with stride. They sure stung, but he was the Alpha's son, he wouldn't show weakness. So instead he slowly pulled himself off of the tan and pink peach pup. Giving his own snarl in return. "What?!" he said as his growls stopped and he started walking away, already bored. "She looked like Prey, so I was going to treat her like Prey." He snickered as he heard the other pups returned snarl. Nothing like irritating Mason to make the day seem suddenly more fun.

 Xandra shook as she stood in the sand listening to the commotion around her. She was still not use to being left alone with out Naima and Quinlan, but she knew she had to learn to manage herself eventually. Her ears flattened to her head as she heard the snapping of small jaws. She began to back up trying to avoid the fight infront of her. Before she knew she ran right into Istas. She felt horrible but was still unsure of who exactly she ran into. Her tail lowered and she continued to to shake. "I-I-I'm so sorry" She whispered, her eyes searching, but finding nothing but blackness. ---  Dorian lay sprawled out in the warm sand next to his mother. A large grin was visible on his face as he enjoyed the weather. He rolled onto his back letting the sun beat down onto his stomach. "Momma, one day I'm gonna be big and strong." He said rolling over and facing her. "And I'll be able to fight off the biggest and baddest wolves ever!" He lowered the front half of his body so his butt and tail were still in the air. He then proceeded to pounce on a small sand bug as it skittered by but completely missing it and getting mainly sand in his mouth. "Bleck!" He sat down and began spitting the sand from his mouth, completely ignoring the fight that was going on behind him.

 A small whine escaped Faiths lips as she watched Mason dart off, Damon was being a brat again, but she didn't know how to handle him. That was the job she left to Istas. Blue eye's looked down to Dorian, his antics making her smile easily as she watched him streach out then turn around and pounce at a bug. He had jumped way to late but she still found it cute and licked his muzzle clean of the sand. "I bet you will be. You and your siblings all have made me so proud." Her tail wagged a bit as she relaxed when Damon left her son and the small fawn they had found not long ago. "I hate when Damon bullies the smaller ones... " she said offpawed, mostly to Istas who stood beside her.

Istas fought back the growl in her throat as she watched Damon's movements, She was already irritated at being left behind on a hunt, but Eva had been right that she was the only one of them left behind that was dominant enough to handle the Alpha's pups. roudy bunch as they were. Not only them but any of the others who thought that they could stand up to the other adults. She would have non of it.
Xandra bumped into her and distracted her for a moment. She smiled down to the small pup, one like herself who had been brought rather then born into the pack. She licked the top of her head. "Your fine sweetie... Fights are no fun to be around... and Damon is being mean." Just to try and stop the small femme's shaking she wrapped herself around her, just like she had once done for faith.
The thought brought on a nostalgic feeling as she watched Faith's pups play. The younger femme was perfectly old enough to have pups, but it was hard for Istas to accept that the younger one's of her own generation had them before herself.
That thought in mind she nuzzled the top of Xandra's head, vowing to take in the other little ones as her own, just as Eva and Wall-e had taken her in.

The small deer shook herself of her fear as Mason stood shaking with anger for hersake beside her. She boldly nuzzled the pup that seemed around her age, going so far as to lick his cheek in thanks. "Th...Thank you... M..Mason... I didn't know... he..." She didn't finish her sentence as he licked her back and instead just gave him a huge grin before jumping high over him in a playful gesture. "Come... Come an Get meee!" she said with a squeal of delight.
Mason blinked in a stupor for a moment as the fawn licked him, but with a wag of his tail he returned the gesture feeling proud of himself for successfully protecting her. "It really was nothing, he was being mean..." She jumped over him a second later and he laughed as he began to give chase. "Better run fast! or I'll catch you!" he said excited as he followed her zigzaging manovers throughout the tide pools, almost tripping a few times in the process. It seemed everytime he got close, she'd find another boost of speed and be out of reach again!

 Ventrau watched the other pups, both in his litter and otherwise, play and interact without him. He was a strong willed, stubborn pup and very loyal but he wasn't the type to initiate activities. He always felt like he was intruding on their good time if he tried to join in. Instead he sat by his mother quietly, not even a whimper escape him to betray his melancholy mood as he laid his head on his paws and just watched.

 Eve smiled some a bit away form all the others but, still close enough to hear and, watch. Since she had been saved the little pup had enjoyed this pack, her new 'family'. Though she didn't voice her dislike for the alpha pups behavior it was evident in the frown that formed. The way her eyes narrowed and her previously relaxed body tensed. That all changed when Mason stepped in and, protected the little fawn. Now that things were more safe she decided to try joining in, or dragging one of the others into a game of tag. After stepping about she chose Ventrau, tail wagging Eve pounced the slightly bigger male pup a playful growl escaping her. "Ventrau! Don't be a grump come play too! We could play tag if you want...o-or we could play somethin else." Surely he didn't like just laying there like a lump! Eve could feel her stored up energy begging to be used, playing would be perfect for that. "Please please please!" Whining softly she tugged at the other pups orange yellow ear, when that didn't work right away Eve resorted to pouting at him. Hopefully he would decide to play because, Eve really wanted the quiet male to laugh and, smile.

 Lorrison approached the gathering of pups, a smug smile on his face despite the fact that he was one of the youngest there. Most of the adults were away and he felt more at ease, for there was less to concern himself with in terms of rebuke from the ones that had been left behind (that was not to say that they could not instill fear in him if they meant to; simply that he thought lesser of them than the alphas, or his beta mother) and, therefore, more freedom.
He settled himself upon the sun-warmed sand, close to Damon and the fawn, for it was clear with a single look that peace would not remain between those two for long. When, soon, his words proved correct, he made sure to retreat from the line of fire, although he managed to throw a mocking "Language, Mason," along with two clicks of his tongue towards the pup before he trotted over to safer shores besides Istas. Faith would have been his first choice, for she laid close to his initial location but, being the mother of the pup he had just taunted, he thought it wouldn't have been the brightest of actions, no matter how reasonable his words had been.

 Gem laughed as Lorrison made a verbal jab at Mason. She was currently working on a new shell collection as she looked up to watch the Greenish male not far from her. "Good one Lorrison!" She said with bright smirking yellow eye's. Out of all the pups she found herself living with, besides her twin Pisces, Lorrison was one of her favorites. Because like herself he seemed bold. and Witty. She plucked a pretty purple shell from the sand and wondered over to where he sat, watching Faith as she gave them both a half-glare. That made her snicker even more as she came to plop down next to the green pup. "I think we should tag team and see if we can take Damon...maybe knock him in the water..." Her voice was soft so it wouldn't carry as she watched the black and iceblue wolf where he was by a tide pool. Her purple shell forgotten she looked up to boldly meet Lorrison's orange eye's.

 She licked her paw where it stung from the spiny shell looking things thorn. "owww." Halyn whined as her ear's went back. She saw a fish in the pool and it dragged her attention away as it danced in the water. She daydreamed for a moment what it would be like to be a fish. Though her ears' flicked to listen as Mason and Gisli raced right behind her. They two caught her attention and she turned on a dime to chase after them both. A squeal of delight leaving her as delicate paws left prints in the sand. "I'll catch you!!!"

Mason Heard the jab that Lorrison made at him, but he was having to much fun chasing Gisli to comment back. He narrowly dodged Halyn as she came racing to join them just as Gisli zigged in that direction. He laughed as they both began running together while his mind wondered if the little fawn could run forever.
Gisli had her ears trained on Mason's paw steps, though they quickly caught onto Halyn's as she joined them both. She used a burst of speed to jump over some rocks and head closer to the shore line while the two pups where hot on her heels. "You can't catch me! I'm to fast!" she yelled back happily.

((Hopefully it's okay to respond even though Ventrau is technically not a pup anymore)) Ventrau, being a pup, was no expert at knowing when another pup is about to pounce. As such he was taken completely by surprised while a shocked yelp escaped him. Once he realized who it was he rolled and pawed at Eve a bit while she pleaded with him and tugged her ear. He was eager to play too, but to lead her on a bit he looked doubtful and thoughtful as though he was still considering it. "Well... I don't know... it depends on...." Suddenly he leapt up mid-thought, tagging the smaller female and darting away, "If you're it!!" He laughed uproariously as he scampered off, thinking he was very clever indeed.

Corben was watching carefully from the sidelines, quietly watching the goings on of the other pups. He wasn't especially playful today, normally he'd join in but today he was having a bit of an off day, his stomach hurt a little but that could be the rock under his belly, where he was laying. His eyes darted from one pup to another, gathering information without realising it. Finally the pain in his belly was too much and he stood up, straight away he felt better, so it HAD been that rock after all. He watched as Ventrau tagged Eve and he chuckled a little. (edit for my fail and getting my pup's name wrong... lol )

Damon: had been off half-pouting on being thrown off from messing with Gisli, he was admiring his reflection in a tide pool before he set his orange Eye's on Corben. With amusement as he noted that one of the Betta's son's seemed more so on his own. He took his opportunity to fix this pouting mood of his, and slowly began stalking behind the purple and green male, aiming to make this one his next victim.
"Ready or not. Here I come!" he announced loudly before jumping in the air and angling himself for a good ol' pounce at the smaller pup.

 Kari didn't approve of Damon's antics and shook her head. She was about to stand up and intervene just as Mason did. The two tussled but the 'fight' turned to a more playful manner and Kari quickly settled back down. She watched as most of the pups turned to games of tag. Though she wasn't the oldest, nor the youngest, she felt a twinge of responsibility to watch over them. And tag wasn't really her game.
Kari enjoyed exploring the tide pools and surf much more. But more than that she loved to swim. Laying between her mother and Istas, she finally convinced herself that the adults didn't need any extra help from her. She wandered over to the rolling surf, while dodging the pups game of tag as they zig-zagged across the beach. She kept to the shallows and began paddling around, occasionally she'd dive under with her eyes closed.

Corben yelped as something landed on him, he dropped and rolled, his paws in the air, belly up to his attacker....until he saw that it was Damon, his lips curled into a playful snarl and he swatted at the other with his front paws, back legs bunching up to shove the bigger pup of him. "Damon" he said, in surprise a little "Haha.. you got me" he added, pushing upwards and sideways with his back paws against the older pups belly, his front paws sweeping to try and throw the other off balance.

"Ready or not... here I come.." A soft laugh escapes her, little more than a puff of air as she circles around, careful not to be spotted.
Her gaze lands on Damon just after he pounces on the unsuspecting Corben, and she grins. Perfect. Occupied with the other pup, no doubt he doesn't even see her coming. And they're just close enough to the tidepools for her little plan to work. Possibly. She squints, lowering her head and shaking her raised rump before rushing into the scene, a squeal of delighted [and decidedly impish] laughter escaping her as she knocks into Damon, aiming to send him sprawling into the nearest tidepool.

Damon struggles to keep his ballance and dominant position as he playfully nips at Corben but with the combined efforts of the pup he was attacking and Tutti surprise attacking Damon let out a yelp of his own as he was sprawled on his side, sliding awfully close to the nearest tide pool, though with a good bit of luck he remains just on the edge of that small drop into water. A pups version of a growl leaving him as he climbed up and went on the offensive. diving for Tutti with the hopes of also sucessfully pouncing her to the ground. "That was So Cheep!" he shouted mid motion, not counting the fact he had just done the same thing to Corben moments before.
