 Name: Lucien Everard
Nicknames: Lucy--Only Eve is allowed to call him this and, even then, he hates it
Age: 20
Birthday: January 17th
Sign: Capricorn
Blood Type: A
Fav. Food: Chicken souvlaki, caesar salad, and vanilla mousse
Hated Food: Anything with olives in them
School: Destiny City University
Hobbies:
Reading -- Lucien is that kid who brings a book to a party instead of trying to dance or socialize. He can be found reading one novel one day, and a different one the next day, having already finished reading the previous book. There isn’t much that he won’t read, as he likes to take a little glimpse into every genre, but his preferences include mysteries and historic fiction. On the flip side, he dislikes science fiction and romance novels--especially the cheesy kind—and he’s partial to sad/tragic novels so long as no one is around to see him tear up.
Sewing-- With parents who are almost constantly busy with work, and two younger siblings who are very accident-prone, Lucien has taken it upon himself to learn the basics of sewing. He's not very good, but he can do a decent job of patching up the tears on his brother's jeans and the tiny holes on his sister's stuffed animals. Although he finds sewing to be a practical and handy skill, he wishes that he wasn’t so prone to stabbing himself with the needle. Rather than seeing it as yet another chore, sewing has become more of a fun task to pass the time. He has already made toys for his siblings (which really just consist of two bunny or dragon shaped pieces of felt sewn together and stuffed with cotton) as well as made very minor adjustments to his clothing. He usually keeps a few scraps of cloth, needles, and thread in his desk drawer for when he feels inspired to try something new. This isn’t the type of hobby that he intends on going around and advertising, but he does secretly enjoy it.
Watching movies-- As it has become a sort of tradition for him, Lucien goes to the movie theatre or to grab a DVD from a movie rental store at least once a week. Similar to his love of books, he enjoys losing himself in the worlds and storylines that are portrayed in films. While he will not admit it, Lucien absolutely loves animated movies and frequently brings his siblings along to watch them with him. He isn't quite as picky with the genres as he is with books, though he dislikes watching sad and tearjerker movies, especially in the company of others--he finds it embarrassing when he inadvertently starts tearing up (according to his little brother, he "cries like a little girl").
Gemstone: Garnet
Virtues:
Here, lemme give you a hand Lucien will usually go out of his way to help someone in need. He's that guy that you see helping old ladies cross the street, holding doors open for others, and climbing up trees (or at least, trying to) to save deserted kittens. While he’s certainly not fearless, Lucien will attempt to cast aside his discomfort--such as the fact he has no idea how to climb a tree in the first place or his terrible social skills--in order to help others. He typically isn’t too concerned about the latter since the tasks that he helps out with are usually simple and quick, leaving little room for chatter beyond the usual, “thank you” and “you’re welcome”. He has a big heart and it makes his day a little brighter to know that he did a good deed.
I wish I could go, but I've got get home and start on some chores As the eldest child in a family where the parents were always busy at work, Lucien had gotten used to taking over various responsibilities at a young age. Despite how tedious and boring he may find most of the chores to be, he never fails to complete them every day. This includes patching up clothes, taking care of his siblings, and some housework, on top of any homework or assignments he may have. He doesn’t seem to mind that he has to make sacrifices with his own free time to deal with his responsibilities at home, especially since he’s become used to it over the years. It’s not only his responsibilities to his family that he takes seriously though: once Lucien has accepted a responsibility, regardless of what it is, he will do whatever he can to see it through.
...Hey, something wrong? I'm always here for you if you want to talk Lucien shows a surprising sense of perception and gentleness when those close to him are upset or depressed. As someone who is extremely devoted to his friends and family, he will always be willing to extend his help in any way possible, even if all he can do is simply listen. Despite the fact he usually comes off as blunt and sarcastic, he will--if only temporarily--cast away this part of himself in order to comfort his friend. He’s not against poking fun or making snarky comments about himself if that’s what it takes to make them smile either.
I like who I am, and that's all that matters He may be called a nerd or bookworm by some people, but he honestly doesn't let it get to him. He, like everyone else, is unique, and he’s proud of this fact. Okay, so he doesn’t look like the stars on the big screen, and he isn’t really all that into fashion, dating, and whatever “people their age” are doing these days. Even so, he likes who he is, and isn’t about to willingly change himself just because he’s a little different from everyone else.
Flaws:
No. There is no way in hell that I'll--...please stop giving me that look It's really not very hard to get Lucien to do what you want. He has absolutely no willpower, especially against anyone who is capable of pulling a puppy-dog face. Hell, even if you don't give him (or are incapable of giving him) a cute and mournful stare, he'll probably still give into your demands if you nag him enough. Unfortunately, this makes him quite easy to manipulate and ties into his habit of helping others. As a result, he'll sometimes find himself helping others out with their chores or tasks simply because he couldn't bring himself to say "no".
Yeah, that dress makes you look really fat--what?! You asked! If you ask Lucien a question, he will not make an effort to be tactful, but he’ll answer it frankly. Does this dress make me look fat? If he honestly believes so, then not only will he answer yes, but he’ll tell you that it kind of makes your butt look big too. It’s good to be honest, but it’s also possible to be too honest--especially if you don’t consider the other party’s feelings (and the fact you’re going to get smacked upside the head).
You’re not getting dessert until you finish those vegetables Thanks to all the time he spends taking care of his siblings, Lucien has adopted a permanent motherly persona. As a result, he tends to be overprotective of not only his younger siblings, but his friends as well. He also has an extremely irritating habit of nagging others about their sleeping and eating habits, as well as scolding them about things that he should have no place to criticize.
What? Uh, no thanks, I'll just...sit in this corner and read He has a really hard time socializing with others. It has nothing to do with being shy, but more on the fact that he's just extremely awkward when he’s expected to carry a conversation with someone he doesn’t know beyond an introduction and dreary conversations like the weather. Most of the conversations that Lucien has usually dissolves into uncomfortable silences. If invited to a party, he'll try to make up whatever excuse that he can just to skip out on it and avoid the potentially awkward situation altogether.

 Knight Title: Lemuria Page
Challenge: For the Protection of Neptune!
Weapon:
Page: A plain, light teal book. No magical properties at this time.
Squire: A light teal book with simple silver etchings. When he mouths the incantations that are contained in the book, he and/or an ally are temporarily made invisible. This lasts 15 seconds max, and only if Lucien continues to mouth the words. If he stop, they are immediately made visible again. He is able to move while casting this, and he must remain within a meter and a half of his ally to keep them cloaked. However, this invisibility isn't foolproof. It doesn't do anything to block out any noise that they he or his allies make, and at this stage--since Lucien is still rather new to using this magic--there may be times where his spell falters. If this happens, then the magic that cloaks him/his allies will ripple slightly, enough to be noticeable if anyone happens to be paying attention.
Knight: A light teal book with intricate silver etchings on the cover and the binding. The powers are the same as the above, but the time is increased to 30 seconds and the number of people he can shield/turn invisible also increases to 3. As he has improved his powers by this point, Lucien is less prone to faltering when dealing with this magic.

Lucien’s mother and father run a business together, and thus they are rarely home, usually leaving Lucien to take care of his two younger siblings. However, it can not be said that their mother and father are bad parents as they both truly love their children, always using them as motivation to work harder so that they can provide them with a happy future.
Edric Everard (Father): A quiet, diligent man. He is not the touchy-feely type of person – he is rather uncomfortable with even hugging his children – but he does show his affection through other means. When he isn’t working on something for the business, he can be found reading in his study. Whenever given the chance, he enjoys spending time with his children by reading them stories or, as Lucien is older and has outgrown story time, discussing books. Despite his mild-mannered appearance, he is short-tempered and often has high expectations of others. He and Lucien share the same pale-blond hair.
Relationship: As Lucien is the eldest of the three children, and is already 19 years old, his father has become less doting and more serious concerning his son’s future. He often stresses the importance of attaining high grades.
Cecilia Everard (Mother): The more cheerful and relaxed of the two parents. She is sympathetic and optimistic, always willing to drop her work (well, for a little while at least) to lend someone an ear or offer advice. Unlike her husband, she is the type who has to hug or kiss their children goodnight every evening. Lucien shares the same blue-green eyes and slender features as his mother.
Relationship: Lucien and his mother have always been close. During those times where he needs advice or just wants someone to rant to, his mother is usually the one who is willing to listen. Whenever he is upset, his mother is frequently the first to notice and the first to try doing something (usually something silly or embarrassing) to cheer him up. Because of this, he looks up to his mother as a good role model and respects her immensely.
Aidan Everard (Brother - Age 7): If there’s one thing about Aidan, it’s that he always, always comes home sporting a muddy patch and a new tear on his pants or his shirt. Unlike Lucien or their younger sister, (brother) is quite a rowdy kid who would prefer to be out playing soccer than staying indoors doing nothing.
Nadia Everard (Sister - Age 6): Nadia is a typical 6 year old girl. She loves playing dolls, playing “house” (poor Lucien has had to be the family cat for more times than he can count), or drawing pictures with the few pencil crayons that she hasn’t lost. She is generally a sweet child, if not a bit spoiled.
Relationship: Aidan and Nadia adore Lucien, who absolutely loves and dotes on them. As a result, Lucien frequently ends up spending money on new toys or games for his two younger siblings. As their parents are rarely home, he is also usually the one who patches up Aidan’s torn clothing--after the painful process of learning how to sew--and helps Nadia with her schoolwork.

Eve Summers (Sailor Flora) Close Friend/"Little Sister" "Eve is...well, she's kind of like the annoying little sister that I never had. Don't get me wrong though, that's not to say that I don't like or care about her. If anyone is bothering her, I'll personally go up and confront them about it--that's definitely not something I'd do for anyone. I just wish Eve would stop calling me Lucy. Or Mr. Boring. Reading books isn't a bad thing, okay?"
Seth Eintetta Friend?? "Uh, this guy is alright? He's pretty quiet, but we stand on common ground because we're both minions sufferers friends of Eve. If Eve ever drags me out shopping, I'm definitely pulling Seth along."
