Well, after looking through the guild I noticed there was not a set standard for Rping. So while sitting here a thought hit me; Why not make a sticky on basic rules. So here I am, writing them out.
Rules
1.) No Godmodding/Godmoding: You aren't allowed to have super powerful or otherwise unbeatable characters without Moderator or guild leader's approval first. So no characters that can control the blood in an opponents body, no immortal and cosmically powerful fallen angel, no characters whose special super power is to never die or to always come back.
1a.) Story Arc Characters: Some characters, either created by mods or approved by them, are villains or heroes who are meant to be way more powerful than you alone. These characters are often villains, but they are aren't always. People have to work together to beat them, and often times an Arc Character will not be defeated until the end of the story or Rp.
2.) Make the difference between OoC Chatter clear from RP: Use brackets or double parenthesis to denote Out of Character (OoC) talk. Roleplaying (RP) In Character (IC) should be written out in full sentences, use quotations for speech, italic or apostrophes for thought, and use proper punctuation wherever possible.
3.) Follow Gaia's Terms of Service: This is pretty simple. No trolling, no cybering, no phishing, etc.
