Good evening to you all, I am Robotic Zamat and Mistress of this guild. I would like to call attention to the following rules and regulations and guidlines about this guild.

Some Rules & Guidelines
1 ● Remain Active. This is a major problem in most guild. Don't join just to tease us. I can't tell you how annyoing that is, damn it.
We request you remain an active member of our community. We don't, however, expect you to be here every day but gracing us with your presence at least ONCE a week and taking part of the events will be enough.
2 ● Grammar. Another important part of our guild that needs to be fixed although it's not a serious issue but has managed to give a couple of hosts a headache. We are not children here so please refrain from speaking like one (we can't understand chat-speak).
Believe me when I say that I am a grammar Nazi; I'll find you and gut you...in the nicest possible way, of course.
3 ● Drama. Unacceptable. Period. This also constitues the 'annoying' topic. No overdoing the 'emo' theme either. I'm personally Goth-inclined, so I've got a low tollerance, but I'll try to keep myself in check.
4 ● Gaia ToS. Please be sure to follow all of Gaia's Rules & Guidelines and ToS. Enough said.
5 ● Role Playing. Keep it PG-13. Anything other than should be moved to PMs. Also, please be sure to watch your language, within reason, after all, I'll be damned if I can't express myself appropriately...
6 ● Behavior. Under no circumstances are guests allowed to harass, stalk, or annoy any other member of this guild, or I'll hunt you down like the animal you are.
7 ● Ideas. I appreciate it if you help me by providing ideas in how I may improve or if there is anything you would like to see in future events.
8 ● Requirement. Once you have finished reading all of the rules to the very end, please go and post your profile of yourseslf in the Profile Book. Nothing more, nothing less. If you do not do so, I will find you...and your PM inbox.
9 ● Officials. These people have important roles in the guild and as such are requireed to post often and keep an eye on the forums and our members. If an Official has a personal problem with any of our members, they are required to contact my humble self and not take it out on the member, even if that member might blood well deserve it.

Crew Members//Hosts
All about being a Crew Member
oooo Being an Official isn't easy. First of all, not only are they the ones role playing as your favorite hosts, but they are also the ones enforcing the rules and managing the guild. They are busy individuals who work hard making sure the guild functions correctly and developing/creating events for upcoming holidays or seasons. Not only do they role play with you and pamper your every need and desire, but they also make sure no threat or harm comes to you. Simply put, being a host is not only entertaining guests but also keeping what happens behind closed doors behind closed doors.
oooo It's not easy to become an Official/Crew Member. There are many qualities we look for and expectations placed on every individual. Their main responsibility is to you, the guild member, and making sure you enjoy being part of the guild and come back the next time you log on. They are in change of enforcing the rules of the guild and the ones set up for each individual SubForum. Officials are out there to answer any questions you may have about anything in particular that occurs in the guild. You can message them individually or locate them in their specific Offical SubForum or simply ask questions in the Q&A SubForum, which ever you prefer is fine.
Personally speaking, I don't mind in the least if any of our most honored clients PM me with a problem or just to say hello.
oooo If you would like to become an Official yourself, you would either have to wait until a position is available for you and apply or will be promoted by our Guild Captain, Robotic Zamat (a.k.a. R, or R-chan). More information will be provided when such an occasion occurs. Being an active member increases your chances and gets you noticed. BE ACTIVE! We cannot stress this enough.
oooo Also, believe it or not, but Officials have active lives outside of Gaia Online and the guild itself. Some of them might not like for you to private message them unless if it is strictly ~The School of Rock~ business. If they don't reply to your message, don't send it again. Instead go ahead and post in their individual Official SubForum or in the Q&A Sub Forum.
Sub Forums
Sub Forums have their own topics, making it easier for you to present a topic and receive immediate feedback from a fellow guild member, and vice versa. New forums will be added as the guild grows and as their need becomes apparent and necessary. Each Sub Forum has its specific set of rules. Please make sure and follow them at the best of your ability. If you are no sure about something, please don’t hesitate to ask an Official or post your question in the Q&A forum.
1 ● The Lords and Ladies. This is where Officials of the guild have threads going where any member may post messages for them. If you have any questions about a certain forum or are having problems, go ahead and post a topic in here. Either an Official or a fellow guild member might be able to help you. Remember: we support Gaia newbies!!
2 ● Guild Events. Event home pages will be posted in this forum, as well as any other mini events. All the information you need to know about Events will be posted here as well. Make sure and visit this forum regularly when ever an event is going on.
3 ● The Adulterated Cat Pub If you are questing something or have some extra funds and would like to help a fellow guild member go a head and post a thread in here. All quests and donations are welcomed! Try your luck!
4 ● Profile Book. This is where you should post your posting personae pending approval. Only our I may approve pending personae applications. Each new persona should have his/her own thread and his/her name and the words 'waiting approval' in the thread title. We might not accept a character outright, but post suggestions for improval. Also we require that you also post a test post for your character's posting format. If you don't know what this is, then please contact me for help via PM.
5 ● The Dorms. Every new member will be assigned a dorm, the head of which is a Guild Official. If you have any preferences, pleae contact me.
6 ● RPGs.This SubForum is devoted to those who adore to RPG (my humble little self included) anyone may start an RPG, but PLEASE keep within the theme of the guild; no my little pony s*it!!
7 ● Land of Stupidity and Randomness. This threa is designed to be a 'mixing pot' for our charming members to get to know one another through posting any which thing they'd like and playing games. I'm partial to a good game of 'Kill Me Again'....*sigh* The classics never die...hmmm....you get the idea...
All Subforums have Introductory Announcements which we presume that our members will read (you will, won't you?) before posting.
Events & Contests
The guild will be having certain event throughout national holidays and when ever the mood calls for one. These events are available to you and made for you, as well as contests. You may win certain gold prizes and items if you participate in such events. Not only will events have contests, but you will also get to participate in the main role play that goes along with the theme of each event. We would like to present you all with more as time goes by and we truly hope you enjoy each and every one of them. Surveys will be preformed at the end of each event to take your input and so that we know what you would like to see more of. Each event has its own theme as well as its own featured Hosts/Guests. Rules for each guild event, as well as other informationwill be posted in its very own Introduction Thread in the Guild Events Subforum.
1 ●Not all contests will be linked to seasonal/holiday events.
2 ●Not all contests will be held by the crew of the guild. Guild members can host their own individual contest if they so choose.
3 ●All event/contest rules must be followed and respected.
4 ● Guild Special Events ARE NOT FREE. These require you to purchase tickets for your RPG personae. These usually range from 300-1000 Gaia Gold that must be donate to the guild in order to allow your personae the right to post in the Special Event. A Guild Special Event usually comprises of a Ball and other miscellaneous events hosted by our Hosts and Hostesses.
NOTE: You do not have to enter an event or contest.
