Hey so im not sure how active you guys are, but i could use some serious help with my game x.x

Its a Steampunk type world, were the technology has evolved to allow for flight via air ships that functions like zeppelins. Technology and Science have begun to overtake magic and religion in the world, so divine and arcane classes are rare, ant many of the hybrids such as bard and ranger, have begun to explain their magical affinity with logic and science over faith.

The world is split up into Guilds. Groups of Adventurers who have banned together to form an organization dedicated to completing quests.

Now my party has joined the guild Riven over the other choices. Them being:
Divinity
A guild made up of Samurai and other fate like people. They are prideful and dedicated to becoming masters of their own fates. They all have a Katana that represents their rank in the guild, and a symbol of who they are with. Try to prevent others from using the Katana cuz its their thing.

Crow
A Darker guild, known for taking any job and getting it done. Their symbol is a black feather like that of a crows. They are not a guild you want to mess with.

Mist
A mysterious guild. They work in the shadows and under the veil of illusion. You to to them when you want something done, but you dont want people to know. Even the names and identity of member seem to be wiped from existence.

Twilight Mafia
A guild that is small, but apparently strong. It rumored they took down and entire section of Scarlet Knights when they came to collect taxes. This guild accepts jobs and even steals jobs from other guilds.

Wings
A transport and aeronautical guild. They have the most ships out of any guild. If you need any kind of cargo transported, they get the job done. The location of the job is not an issue. Its said they did a mission on the sun one time.

Now my group joined Riven. An up and coming guild, they have a rep for fighting dirty and doing their own thing. The party is currently about to board their ship and head to the guild hall. IDK if i should have something get in the way, or if they should get there easy and start training missions or something.

Currently i have this:
Guild captain: A man build like a mountain, and able to bend the earth with his massive muscles. Currently nameless, he is a barbarian that fights with his bare hands. His carry's a home brew trait that treats him like a Goliath, being a large creature for everything, but taking up only a medium square. This is done to translate his massive size, and to boost hos unarmed string damage. He wears a massive gauntlet on his right hand that is a unique artifact. It can cast several earth element spells such as earthquake, in exchange for HP. It can cast no acid based spells, only rock based ones. He will get every heath buffering thing i can get, granting him massive HP, but he wears no Armor so takes almost every hit.

Vice Captain 1:A girl that acts as part leader when the GL goes into rage. She is a ninja8/swashbuckler#. She focuses on fencing and other such tactics, leaning away from the stealthy and SA aspect of her Ninja Heritage. I have not decided much for her, but i want the ninja aspect to surprise others.

Vice Captain 2: A man known as Scarecrow or the black reaper, true name needed. He is presented to the party as the most normal of the founding group. Wearing simple clothing and padded armor, and using a plain longsword. He will act as trainer for the group. When serious however, he is a monster. Wearing a pumpkin head and long black robes, he wields a scythe and has mastered a murder of crows.
(Im assuming ill make it a Raven with the Swarm template, but that fails coming out to only 1d6 of damage, and ignoring the aspect of an animal companion for a larger #. I could use suggestions for this one.)

Lieutenant 1/3: Jester, nameless. A Bard(possibly with Court variant) that acts like a jester, painted up and covers i bright clothing. He carries the insane trait, meaning he is less affected/immune to several mind altering spells. His Will saves are Charisma based rather than wisdom based, and all checks change as well. He uses throwing weapons, focusing on knives,(but i may want to grab throw anything and toss more. thoughts? Or possibly levitating daggers that dance around him as he moves around.) and acts as the 2nd ranged fighter for the group.

Lieutenant 2/3: Archer, nameless. A fighter with the Archer variant, he uses the ability to preform combat trucks like grapple and bulrush with his bow. Also has several unique shot times, like arrows designed to bleed the target, or ones that stick in, and cause more damage when removed, wile hindering the targets movement or other actions when inside.

Lieutenant 3/3:Sebastian Blade. Brother of Marcus Blade, i have no freaking clew what he does x.x

Knight 1/7: Frederica Flame. A Small child of a girl from the summoner class, she has a glowing heart like symbol on her forehead, and carries a small teddy bear that bears the same glowing mark on its stomach. He occasionally will hide her mark beneath a large hat, or hood of a jacket. When fighting, she cast summon monster(as the spell not the ability due to having her Eidolon bear out at all times.) and ire like spells. When getting serious, she casts Greater Evolution surge and causes the bear to gain 6 evolution points, used to increase him to Huge in size. The bear can burst into flames, bu the flames only augment the punching attacks the bear has. This is limited because after the special wears off, it reverts back to a small size.

Knight 2/7: Everaland Twist. Master Chemist. I have yet to study the class, but his mutinous for is currently nameless, and has a massive chest and horns on his head. I need a personality, and possibly something unique about the form other that massive strength and the horns.

Knight 3/7-7/7: ???

Actives 1/11: Marcus Blade. Same as brother, i have no idea what he does.

Actives 2/11-11/11: ???

Inactive's:
This makes up my adventuring party.
A tri-wielding fighter.
A Necromancer Wizard.
A gunslinger.(referred to as Black Powder mages. They have a magic that neither Arcane, Divine, or steam Science can explain.)
A Fighter dedicated to master several styles.
And a ninja.

So yeah, i need help making more characters to flesh out the guild, and possibly the other guilds too.

hell new guilds and themes wold be great to, also Quest ideas.

Oooh looks like you're going to have fun with that.

Ever considered a guild for rangers? Like The Hunt... a group of professionals who track down things, people, even obscure places. Generally called upon when you want to clear out an area of wild and dangerous beasts, help locate forgotten treasure and artifacts, or capture people on a blacklist (escapees, bandit groups, people running from the law, ect). They'd go around in small 5 man units to scout areas for certain things... each group specializing in a specific terrain, enemy type, or animal.

A chat program which allows instantaneous response or near it, as opposed to a post and wait refreshing system, with no immediate alerts. >.> I dunno, I find it superior to this form of communication in some aspects, but I find this superior in others.

purple i really really like that idea, but i feel all guilds would need those people. "Hunt" could be known for being able to find anything, an they have all the best trackers, but it does make me think "Rivn" could use some more Rangers.

Well logic, i have only used AIM and dont feel like getting WIM sorry >.<
But what do you think? and if anyone can help me out with Reapers Murder of Crows, and The blade brothers thats what im really needing right now.

For Scarcrow.

I suggest you simply give him one crow (Raven) that is his actual animal companion, and the others simply be trained by him. You could give him multiple trained Animals by adding the Beast Master Prestige class, but I would still suggest the rest of 'the murder' be simply trained crows (Ravens) and nothing special.

For the Blade brothers.

Straight warriors, can never go wrong with a fighter in pathfinders. Make one a duel wielder, give the other a Full blade and let them have at it.
Details
Full blade should have full plate mail armor, and what ever he can to make him hit harder. His goal would be to deal as much damage as he can in single hits.
Duel Wielder should focus on moving around the battle field fast, flanking people, and putting himself in the best position to make others more effective, all while hitting as many people as he can. (Don't add rouge, it may be tempting, but don't do it.)

Also, I would love to join this game, it looks fun. I wanna play a mage>> Go into Arch Mage later, show people how a real warlock works. "WTH! HE HAS OVER 9000 SPELLS!!!!!!!!!!!!"
