Kara was raised in a family where the spotlight was always on them. Being raised that way, she's not a shy girl in any way. She has no trouble standing before a crowd, and does actually enjoy the attention when those moments happen.
As for herself, she's always got a smile on her face. The girl has a cheerful exterior as well as interior. Life's to short to be gloomy and down! Try your hardest every day!

Being born in Unova meant being born far from the other regions, but that's okay! Kara's family is blessed by her father's company, one that runs on researching on how to make even bigger and better items, so much so she's grown up in a lavished environment. Through that, she often went around the region with her father and would come to know the other cities slowly.
When she decided to finally travel on her journey to train Pokemon, she departed alone. This wouldn't remain true the entire time, at 16 she met Ryoji while stopping at a side show on the road. Despite his perverted tendencies, he was allowed to join her on her journey.
She hasn't decided what she wants to do in life yet. Her older brother gets dibs on the company first, so that leaves her own path open to her own interpretation.
