♥ innocent, happy-go-lucky, competitive
Overall, Raidin's just a country boy at heart. He's quite naive and innocent, but when he realizes that he's said, seen or done something that he shouldn't have, he'll blush.
But that never stops the bright and cheerful smile on his face. He's an optimistic boy who has a taste for adventure. He loves having fun and having a good time. However, he does have a competitive streak in him. He's not one to turn down a battle, and he can come off as cocky and overly confident in these times.

♥ "Let's go!"
Born to a terribly small town in Johto, Raidin grew up in a wholesome family with a mother and father, no siblings. That was okay though, because he had his childhood friends, Maci and Sam, the siblings who lived in the same town!
His dad left rather recently, so talking about fathers is a bit of a sore spot for Raidin, who was more hurt for his mom once he learned his dad was cheating on her. Nonetheless, he loves his mom dearly and often checks in with her.
He shows talent in Pokemon battles, and often can back up the words he throws around.
After the time skip, he comes to befriend the, what he calls, pseudo-lovers Ryoji and Kara. He becomes close with the two, who he feels push him too hard about his crush on childhood friend, Maci.
Nonetheless, he wouldn't have any of his friends any other way.

Maci • His childhood friend and the girl's he's had a crush on for years now. He won't dare let even a hint slip that he has a crush on her, and instead accepts just being friends. Together, they're really adventurous and energetic, having fun along their entire journey. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ • MALES
Samson • Sam is like an older brother to Raidin. Picks on him, teases him, what have you! It's not uncommon Sam just randomly pantses Raidin, or trips him. Despite the mean brotherly teasing, these two have a bond that Raidin wouldn't change... sometimes. Ha ha. Raidin forever will see Sam as a brother.
Ryoji • Ryoji is also like an older brother to Raidin, though he picks on him in totally different ways! Raidin is a stubborn boy, which pushes Ryoji's patience.
