I go to shows a lot so you'll see me headbanging and in a mosh pit once in a while.
I used to do some hardstyle, but then just kinda stopped. I REALLY REALLY wanna learn how to shuffle....Any good training vids on it?

and I am your core. There's some videos on youtube, but I don't think they are as effective. Some of them state that you have to pick up the front part of your foot a certain height, like really high, and some say its just a small push sort of thing with minimal lifting. I'm a hard jump person so shuffle is a bit out of my reach for now. But I met a gentleman in a different thread in here, Side Effekt 44, who is into Melbourne shuffle and hardstyle shuffle. I'm sure he can give you a few tips outside of the videos. I'll try to find and post the one video I saw was most helpful.

You are the apple...Right here, some the best shuffling ive ever seen, at least from HSA. I love how Rocky and Instinct just seem to glide around... And yeah, the girls were pretty cute in that other vid = P and I am your core.
