 But before I do... I need feedback. Is it a good idea? Why is it? I want to make a healthy living guild, since Gaia desperately needs one. One without, Peta nuts, rude people, and Pro eating disorder threads. My only worry is being responsible for someone doing something stupid.

I Think it's a good idea. Yeah,Someone might do something stupid because they just don't care,but you can't worry about it,having a guild is taking a lot of risks. I think the guild would help me a lot with my healthy goals.

Sounds great! I would join that guild.
Why not make a support subforum? Make sure that every advice thread you post stresses not to overdo anything. Let people know that being healthy isn't about being thin.
