A simple classroom adorned with a simple greeting on the chalk board. "Welcome to Political theory one and all." In a somewhat sloppy hand. in the corner was a television used to show televised responses from politicians. And around the room various books on the idea of politics and the governments they belonged to.

Keilye Blackthorn peeked her head around the door, noticing the room was completely empty. She set her book bag onto the nearest desk, and rummaged through its many contents to find her class schedule. 'Ugh, I knew I should have organized this mess!! It has to be in here!!'Keilye pulled the rumpled sheet from between two books and held it up. "Class one: Politics. Okay.......I'm in the right place... Maybe I'm early to class......." Keilye heaved her bag to the floor, and sat behind one of the computers. She pulled a thick, leather bound book from her bag and opened it to page 376.

Clearing his throat his normal Gasmask in place Devlin stroked into the room his black overcoat billowing behind him somewhat showing his fine parade style uniform trousers and undershirt. Noticing how he had only one student he sighed clearing his throat He'd give it time after all it was early in the day. and early before class as well. He nodded to the young girl in his class and walked towards the coffee pot in the corner near his desk and began to go about making a pot of coffee for himself He was after all going to be in the classroom for the next couple hours before he went on to his economics classroom.
He coughed a moment later once he resettled himself behind his own Desk and computer "Welcome to Politics 101, I am Mr. Graham and I tend to make things interesting for class." he said finishing and getting comfortable in his chair.

Chuckling behind his mask Devlin could tell this was going to be a good year with this student "Good, question and after a moment I'll mark you down on the class list." he said after a moment then frowned again "Now, then texts. Yes and no. "We will have texts but i tend to follow politics of today rather then studying the history of them. Hence the computers." he said after a moment smiling even though it couldn't be seen under his mask.

The young succubus nodded curtly. Looking at the computer, she turned on the monitor and the tower. The screen went from black to blue, and booted up. The sign in screen flashed onto the screen. "Um, Mr.Graham, do you have our log in information? i don't thin k you would appreciate me hacking the system..."She giggled, and gave a mischievous grin.

Devlin chuckled he himself had a bit of experience with computers. Standing after a moment he walked over to her spot. "Lets see here." he said after a moment through his gasmask gently rubbing on the side of it as if he were rubbing the beard beneath "I normally just have it down as three dots for all computers." he said after a moment but frowned. looking down at the student he cleared his throat "Since, I don't enforce seating arrangements unless forced to So, We have software on the computer dealing with what i teach and you make an account." he said grinning. "Feel honored you get to make my classes first student account."

Keilye was excited enough, she almost clapped her hands together as she started to create her account. Bringing up servers and pages, she carefully pasted images, words and pixels together to create an account worthy of her work.

Smiling after a moment Devlin walked back to his desk and promptly sat down after getting a mug of coffee "Now, could you answer me what you know so far about politics Miss?" he asked after a moment while she worked. and surveyed the room a bit more, he added a slight personal touch to it, such as adding flags around the walls of different countries his desk held photos set in frames on his desk. And then one in the Back over his desk a photo of several soldiers standing together in full gear A short redheaded man in the center of it with a white and red cross on his shoulder.

Keilye looked up from her computer, a thoughtful look upon her face.
"Well, the definition of politics is a process in which a group or groups of people make collective decisions. If you were to look at politics from a governmental stand point, it would be liberalism and collectivism, democrats and republicans, and so on. There is also the politics you find in a workplace, a team, or even here at a school. Politics is what happens between the different groups of people and the beliefs, morals and feelings that drive the decisions."
She nodded curtly.

Devlin smiled laughing and clapped his gloved hands "Bravo, vets twice your ages don't even understand that. It doesn't matter where you are or what you do politics will in a way affect it." he said calmly "In some way shape or form politics affects us all, Me, I was a soldier for several years, politics dictated and affected what i did no doubt." he said "To go and get anywhere in the world you have to understand how they work whether your working a simple factory job or working in government."

Her head bobbed in excited agreement. "They are no more that the opinions of groups of people that are justifications for the actions that that group decides to make!!!" Keilye was using all of her self-control to keep from bouncing in her seat.

Devlin chuckled for a moment sensing her energy and enthusiasm for the subject smiling Devlin shook his head comfortable behind his seat "Well, this is a pleasant surprise most people your age Keilye it's like pulling teeth for them to understand politics other then. in a general sense. You on the other hand see and understand to an extent the broader picture that they don't just pertain to government."

Keilye nodded vigorously. "When you grow up in a family like mine, everything pertains to politics." Keilye's heart pounded loudly, at least to her. 'FINALLY! A place I belong!

He smiled after a moment and stood. "When you think the way I think and have been through what I have. you think of them quite a lot." He said after a moment walking back to the picture silently exing off the members of his original unit with his gloved hand stopped at one the one right next to him and then finally exing it out as well taking a deep breath. he then turned around and felt her complete excitement in taking part of his class turnign around he grinned pulling his gasmask off standing next to the picture of the young redhead on the wall He looked almost exactly like the younger man except his face looked harder more lines and more pronounced grayish hair. "But, you have to calm down your jubilation is almost infectious." he said smiling almost from ear to ear
