Clan Description: The Shikohō clan is one that many see rarely. They have always striven for the best, and their Ranks have always been Jounin and ANBU level, or died in the quest for such. They all wear mask when outside of their underground fortress in which most of their clan resides. The Shikohō have always kept a close eye on the Kagegakure, and if they feel the need, they will do their own missions to keep it safe. Having mastered their own techniques in shadow manipulation, the clan can strike from about anywhere, and no one will know when their blade is about to fall.

Dark Cry: Ability that is secondly learned by Shikohō children.
Type: Kekkai Genkai
Ability: It allows one to stay connected to their fellow family, but only to those who they are immediately born from, or siblings -- so mother father, brothers and sisters -- and to their children. It sends a signal through specific movements of shadows, and when the shadows relay to the receiver, they are able to be seen by their eyes - and heard by their ears only. If one is close enough, it can resemble a faint whisper as it passes them, mistaken as just their mind playing tricks or wind through trees.

Year 11 - 14
Cover-Up: Ability learned as they progress in to teenage years.
Type: Genjutsu
Ability: Allows them to cover themselves in a blanket, and the shadows will then deflect light to make their near invisible. This ability cannot fully conceal them, as the deflection of light is not able to go everyone, in example - below them and inside of the blanket that they cover themselves in. If seen by the trained eye, usually high level Jounin or ANBU can see this easily, they are a seen as a blur in the landscape.
Special: Handseals: Snake, Monkey; Rabbit
Drawback: Can be easily detected by a keen eye. Even the higher level users can sometimes be seen.

Year 14 - 17
Black Web Nightmare Trap: Ability is learned in their teenage years, and perfected when they are full adults.
Type: Genjutsu
Ability: This ability allows the user to cast an illusion over the target. The illusion will show the person in a mass of dark purple, and black, sticky web. It will cause the person's mind to think their limbs are trapped, and immobilize them from any attack. Although this trap is able to be escaped from, it is still a very formidable trap for how young a person can learn it at.
Special: Bird, Snake, Dragon.
Drawback: Sharingan's can see through this trap, and interception by outside forces can 'cause the target to be brought back from the web-world.

Year 18
Puppeteer: Ability learned at maturity, and when they, a Shikohō offspring, usually departs from their family dwelling.
Type: Ninjutsu
Ability: The ability does not allow the person to control another being, but rather makes the user able to create puppets. These puppets are control by one finger of the user, allowing the user to have ten of them up at a time. These shadows are clone to the shadow-clone technique, but have no definition to them -- they appear as only black figures, no true definition of sexual orientation, and can form weapons from themselves (makes an arm in to an axe or blade which can cut a person) -- the only true drawback is that there must be an abundance of tools that cause shadows to appear on the ground. If one is in the desert, and there are only two people and no, to limited, vegetation, the user may only be able to control one, maybe two, puppets. Another is that the shadows can move quite slow at times; mostly when it is the middle of the day. The user does not have to stay still to use this, but they do have to be within a two hundred foot radius to properly control them.
Special: Scroll Summoning - must write 傀儡の術 (Kugutsu no Jutsu / Puppet Master Jutsu), and one to ten strikes will then be made with the ink. An expert in this summoning may be able to write such in a matter of just five seconds.
Drawback: They may move slow in more well-lit areas, and can only be made if there are shadows around. Ten shadows require a medium to well-darkened surrounding, and things such as an open field will only give an user one to two of these clones. All must be destroyed before even one can be reproduced.

The user then then slams their hand on that holds the electricity towards the enemy to cause sever electrical burn damage on thier body and to cause the opponent's to be knocked out by the shock of the electric that is now coursing threw their very body.

Description: The ninjutsu runs black lightning over the user's arm. As it charges, more electricity can be seen. Because of it's dangerous nature, the lightning comes off as black. Once the attack has been readied, one may slash it towards the enemy, and it shall reach them as fast as lightning does. The lightning leaves behind no noise, except maybe a small sizzling-like sound, but creates a blinding flash that usually lasts, at most, five seconds.
Limit: Raiton no Jutsu, learn from high-level Raiton user.

Description: A fundamental jutsu taught to the ANBU (it is rare for a member of ANBU to not have this technique,) Kanashibari causes the target to become paralyzed. This effect only works on opponents of 2 ranks lower, and the duration is dependant on both the user and the opponent. The duration of this technique when a A-ranked ANBU uses it against a D-ranked is 2 posts. Against a C-ranked , it is 1 post. A. S-ranked use of Kanashibari will last 3 posts against a D-ranked , 2 against a C-ranked, and 1 against a B-ranked. It is important to know that if the target is damaged, the technique immediately ends. While this is most often used as a capture technique, it has medical uses as well. Medical Nin using Kanashibari for the purposes of field surgery are not limited by a number of posts, assuming the target is either unconscious or willing to be put under the technique. User must make eye contact for jutsu to come into effect. Eye contact must be maintained for the duration of the jutsu.

Description: A basic ANBU genjutsu, this causes the user and the area immediately around the user (within one meter) to change in ways that would better aid the user in hiding. For example, in a darkened area the shadows will seem to converge on and around the ANBU, further hiding him from sight. In a forested area, the technique would discolour the user to better blend him in with the surroundings, as well as altering the plants in the area to better shield him. Note that all of these effects are purely illusionary; the shadows in the first example, the discolouration and the plant alteration of the second example. The jutsu works primarily because it is subtle, taking little chakra and having a small localized effect, even those who could pierce the illusion rarely give it enough notice to do so. Depending on the level of the Character's GenJutsu depends on how strong the Jutsu.

Suro-Juubun (Perfect Throw)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user, with use of chakra, to partially guide a projectile weapon towards the opponent.
Special: "Hand Seals"
Drawback: The guiding sequence of the technique is not perfect, and the user becomes only capable of moving the projectile slightly.
Description: Suro-Juubun is a technique that is used when accuracy is a must, and the user doesn't want to even consider the possibility of chance. Using already honed projectile throwing skills, the shinobi will coat the projectile in a coat of chakra as well as coat their hand. When the kunai is thrown, a tiny chakra string, similar to but not nearly as flexible or usable as a puppet string. This gives the thrown projectile a much greater stability as well as the shinobi the ability to, with a very sharp movement, partially change the trajectory of a weapon that is already in flight so that, in case the opponent suddenly moves, the attack may still strike its' mark.

Description: The user performs the hand sign's needed to intensify the light that the moon gives off, making it appear to get larger and larger, as if it were coming closer to the opponent, until the light is too bright to withstand, and it appears as if the moon has literally exploded. This could leave a victim blind for days, or permenantly if used correctly.

When that is done and their fear is discovered the darkness takes on the form and engages battle with the enemy. The enemy will soon discover as hard as they tire they will never be able to bit the dark create of their nightmare as it takes every attack that they throw at it like a empty void and still come. If an outside force does not come and snap the person out of their nightmare they will surly die cause of the heart was pumping so hard it exploded or the brain dying as every hit they think they take the brain registers as it is really happening hurting their body physically and mentally.

Hainawa no Jutsu ["Crawling Rope Technique"]

Effect: Creates a small rope of chakra that is used to quickly bind either the opponent's legs or arms.
Special: "Hand Seals"
Drawback: The rope is made out of chakra, meaning that it is capable of being destroyed by things that drain chakra.
Description: Performing the required handseals, the user creates a rope of chakra that can have a length that varies based upon the user's technique level. This rope is then launched towards the opponent quickly, giving them little reaction time. As the rope strikes the opponent, it quickly encircles either their legs or arms in order to prevent movement. This can be used as both a capturing-type technique or a delaying type technique to give the user more time to strike an opponent in combat. The rope has the strength of tempered steel, making it very difficult to escape from.

Effect: Through versatile movements, the ANBU can send transmissions to the opponents brain, signaling them to make the same exact movements of the ANBU member, through the victims eyes, it seems as if the ANBU is copying their movement to a "T" when in reality, they're copying the ANBU.

Drawback: Sharingan and eye's of that nature can see through this, and determine that they are indeed, following the ANBU instead of it being the other way around...

Drawback: Must be close to the enemy.
Description: This attack makes it so eight fist will hit a target in what seems like the time of a double-fisted quick-shot on an enemy. The fist may hit in different places, but each one will land if close enough and aimed precisely. The attack can be learned by any user, but those with a lightning technique can use small charges of electricity to up the ante on this one, or even other element users and weapon-bearers.

Personality: Keiji is a quiet man, and keeps to himself mostly. He likes to read books. He will, however, strike conversations with just about anyone, and will joke occasionally. If not found reading under a tree, maybe he can be seen walking around the barracks and other places. He keeps a smile on his face, even in rough times. He laughs at the little things, and holds every day as something special. He can be philosophical, being heavy in the study of philosophy, but seems to recite it to himself while mostly reading books about ancient and new-world philosophers. Even when he is worried, he will not show it. His emotions are hidden inside of him at times. He tends to sit beneath trees a lot, or lay on roofs, where he hopes no one will try to find or disturb him. He can sigh quite a lot, but different sighs for different occasions. His other personality tends to come out around only when he is alone or with close friends.

Bio/History: As he sat around under the trees near the Great House, were he lived, he never saw himself being under authority. He would pick up his books, sit under the most shaded tree, and read 'til he fell asleep; eating snacks he brought with him. One day he decided he couldn't do this for the rest of his life, and his swordsmanship needed an use; besides that of street fighting. He excelled in combat exercises. As he mingled with the others, he had a lot of close friends.

He keeps himself at a distance with people now-a-days. He wears a smile most of the time, as to tell if it's fake at certain times is fairly difficult. He secludes himself from most people by training nearly all the time with Hand-to-Hand combat, and with his blades. Sometimes, Keiji will get out of his little shell and go meet with other ANBU for conversation and work with Jounin in high-risk missions under an alias.
