Basically I just need three things for this clan
1) gold. I need to buy subforums pay people to work for me.
2) crew. I need volunteer crewmembers who have time and do not require to be paid, and whose loyalty can be counted on.
3) workers. I need workers, paid or volunteer, who will undertake various tedious and time-consuming tasks in moving content and members from the old clan to the new one. Workers will need to have two or more gaia accounts.
Basically the new clan will be the old one - risen from the grave. Truly undead.
I need all of these things as soon as possible. Can you guys help?

If you wish to donate, send trade to this account. All donations will be listed, and if possible, paid back in full once the clan is up and running properly. This account is a mule, and will from now on be the official clan mule of the new clan.
W. Murray a.k.a Laura Vandemar.

emmmahy So, what are we supposed to do with this clan? This will become the new Vampire Clan of the Blood-Red Moon. Those of you who were members in the old one, your task will be to post in the subforums once I've made them, and make topics similar or better as were made in the old one. Those of you who were not members in the old one, you're members in this brand-new vampire clan and your task is to help me make it the best vampire clan ever! Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Just a few questions...
1. Are we going to keep the brigades, and if so, will we have to re-apply and re-elect leaders? 2. If we do keep the brigades, will we be transferring all the art people did coats of arms, banners, ect, over to this guild, or redesigning/scrapping all the old stuff? 3. If we revive the brigades, can we have them in separate sub-forums? I seem to remember in the old clan we had all the brigades in one sub-forum, and it got rather cluttered and disorganized looking in there.
I think having the brigades is a good idea; we could have all kinds of competitions both between and within the brigades - which in turn will make the whole clan more active.

What do others think about this? For those that don't know, the old clan was divided in Dawn Brigade (Good vampires), Dark Brigade (evil vampires) and Dusk Brigade (neutral vampires)

Oh my! How fabulous to see you all again. Though... None of you will probably remember me.
I was the Ominous Cold One. Sadly, I had to leave that account due to unforeseen circumstances. But I'm back and I'd like to make this clan a succes with all of you~
Also, about the brigades; I'm not sure if they killed the clan, but it might have disrupted the 'unity'. After all, we went to divide ourselves in good, bad and neutral. Which... Can indeed be fatal ,___,
Not per se, though. It might be smart to indeed; once it is possible, make separate brigade subforums, so each brigade has its' own space. That way, the bonds between people in the same brigade might grow stronger and trigger more activity; because after all, their friends are active there.

I think what killed the clan was me (Laura Vandemar) abandoning it. The brigades could have been what Bluetabbycat envisions... if I had kept updating them and making new contests... sweatdrop

In the end, I think it's just a matter of upkeep. People started leaving the old clan because there was nothing new was happening there. If we guarantee that new stuff will be happening periodically, people will want to come back just to see what's going on... In theory, anyway...

Contests with prizes; art contests, perhaps new story contests, themed avatar contests, (rp was in a separate guild, right? I am confuse. Anyway, a ((clan-bound)) rp might be fun as well.) Umm, a monthy leward for the most active (non-crew) member of the clan? Idk, just brainstorming here, really.
