The Kagekages office is located in the center of the village hidden in shadows. The office is 3 stores tall with the Kagekage's office on the 3rd and final floor. The first floor is the reception area with many offices for different shinobi to keep track of the mission and laws of the Shadow Village.The second floor of the office is considered to be the training area of the Kagekage and his advisors.

 Soma sat in his desk with his kage hat on the top of it. After Soma looked over to his hat he just smiled and said to himself as he sat there.
"We have to find something to do about missin-nin who are all trying to destroy things. Then again I think we can handle them when the time comes."
Soma smiled as he as he sat there doing more paperwork. That was something he never liked to do. This was all a headache for him.

Yoshiyuki Sataka
Sannin of Kagegakure __________________________________________ Click Click Click. That was the sound that the footsteps that slowly ascended to the Kagekage's office. Click Click Click, The footsteps continued until reaching their destination then all was silent once more. The door opened and a large figure stood in the doorway. A menacing figure at that. A fairly dark skinned man stood there, clad in a all black save for the white patterns on the stole that hung from his waist. He was almost six feet in height and close to 200 pounds. Truly, very menacing. One would think that this man was a man that was durable. True. But he was known as the fastest ninja in Kagegakure. Not only that, he was hand picked to be the Kagekage's Advisor. Yoshiyuki Sataka was the man's name. He was a family member of the Current Kage, Soma Sataka.
Yoshiyuki took a step forward deeper into the office. Not only did he do that, he also smiled, very serenely. Smiling is one thing that Yoshiyuki did not do very often."Yo." He said simply in a deep and flat tone. __________________________________________

Soma looked up to see his cousin and advisor Yoshiyuki standing infront of him. Soma even knew that it was a rare event to see his Yoshiyuki smile. Being that as it may Soma put down his pencil and placed his hands infront of his face as he said to Yoshiyuki.
"Yo, little cousin. How are things going out in the village. Have you spotted any missin-nin trying to enter the village."
After Soma said that he stood up and walked over to the window that looked outside. Soma looked towards the gate of the village as he watched the guards who stood ontop of the walls of the village and even the gate itself do there jobs. Something was beginning to happen outside in the shinobi world. This would be something that would affect everyone in the shinobi world sooner or later.

Sannin of Kagegakure __________________________________________ With Soma's greeting, Yoshiyuki trod across the room to give his older cousin a "high five." "Everything is fine in the village. No missing-nin have been found." He said he said as the smile that lay on his face began to grow and he became quite fidgety. Something was off. Yoshiyuki's smile grew? Impossible. Then came up a little critter. A fox at that. It was very small in stature, and for lack of a better word, it was cute. The little fox tried to bark at Soma, to no avail. It wasn't menacing enough to scare the great Kagekage. "So it looks like shes taking a liking to you." Yoshiyuki said as he pet the small fox wit his pointer finger, pressing its ears down softly. __________________________________________

Soma had given his cousin a high five and then looked over to the mountain where the Council Members where. That was a room he never liked going in for anything. Soma then heard his cousin say that his pet was taking a liking to him and he said.
"Well now isn't that something. I hardly see any pets here in this dark place Yoshiyuki. Where did you find her."
Soma was curious because he always wanted a pet but, with his training he never took the time to actually go out and find out. Then again Soma was always training and having a pet would only cause him to stop with some of the training he does.

Sannin of Kagegakure __________________________________________ "Its quite funny actually. She came searching for me. I don't know exactly why. She follow me for a few days straight before I acknowledged her and took her in. I'll tell you one thing though, she sure doesn't look like the type to be a shadow dweller." Yoshiyuki said as he chuckled a bit as the small fox skittered across the shoulders of his mantle. The young Sannin's face went rigid and serious as he was finally going to tell his cousin the real reason that he had come to see him. "I sense impending danger looming across these lands. Someone or something is coming, and it isn't pleasant." Usually when Yoshiyuki had a premonition it was correct. As much as he nightmares seeing things while he was sleeping, it was quite useful to the survival of Kagegakure. Those nightmares that he had drove him to be the serious man that he usually is. __________________________________________ [

Soma chuckled a big before his expression turned into a serious one. He knew well that something or someone was coming and they where heading this way. Soma then said to Yoshiyuki.
"It might be safe to say that Xzaro Datenshi will be coming back to the Village after everything he has done out in the shinobi world. Do be careful around him. Being that he is an international criminal we will have problems with other villages when the time comes for them to look for him."
Soma paused before he said anything else. It was true Xzaro was coming back to the Shadow Village. His position as a council member was something that he hadn't lost. At the same time he was a member of the Shadow Village. The only bad part was how would other village look at them now once he had come back. There might have been a way to calm all of this down.The only ally they had was the flame and Xzaro made a mistake and attacked the Agnikage. After Soma thought about it he sighed and said to Yoshiyuki.
"We need to have a meeting with the Agnikage soon. My brother Zeke is good friends with Kazumei Ashitaka but, I know for a fact Kazumei won't turn a blind eye to Xzaro after that attack."

The Black Lightning's Fang The image blurs in of the ANBU Captain. Keiji looks between the Sannin and back to his Kagekage, "Sir, if you don't mind.. my weekly report." Keiji put down an envelope detailing basically everything that needed attention over the past week by an ANBU squad. Keiji looked back to the Sannin; no holes where his eyes should be, but there were painted ones on his mask. Besides there being no holes, Keiji could clearly depict the man's stature, what he bore on himself, and how heavy the man probably was.
Once he finally got a picture of his face, he did a small bow with his head, "Sannin Yoshiyuki, yes? Is a pleasure to meet your acquitance. I am Squad One ANBU Captain, Keiji Shikohō. Since you're here.. I presume I interrupted something of importance?" Keiji looks back to the Kagekage, "Forgive my intrusion, I should have foresaw who you were speaking with. And.. if I may.. should I stay for the rest? If the Sannin speaks of something that talks about the safety or harm possibly made towards our village, should I not be here as I am a Shinobi Hunter? And, if anything... I guess I could be there if I have to your butt, Soma-Kagekage." "... for we humans most often find ourselves in the dark."

Soma looked back to see Keiji was now in the office with his report. Then Soma heard him say he wanted to listen to what the two where talking about. There wasn't a problem with that. The safety of the village is always number one to the ANBU. Soma then said to Keiji.
"Right now we are talking about Xzaro Datenshi. You remember him as being the previous Kagekage and now a council member who has become an international criminal with the rest of the shinobi world. We do have an ally but, to them Xzaro is also the enemy. Its now up to me to see if I can fix this without destroying an alliance my brother worked so hard to create even though he wasn't a kage."
After Soma said that he turned his focus from the council chambers and towards the gates of the village again. The village was home to everyone in the shadow village. Soma knew his responsiblities and he was going to make sure the Shadow Village was always safe. Soma then placed his hands in his pockets and said to the both of them.
"We will have to watch Xzaro. We can't allow him to bring harm to the village. We don't know if he will bring war but, we do know he will be back here for some reason but, we have to keep and eye on him just in case."

Sannin of Kagegakure LOADING PLEASE WAIT...... ████████████████] 99% __________________________________________ Yoshiyuki listened to his older brother as he spoke about Xzaro. He didn't like Xzaro at all. Especially not after he betrayed Kagegakure, then wants to return, expecting to see warm and welcoming arms. "I foresee his return will not be pretty." Yoshiyuki said flatly, knowing very well that his cousin already knew this information.
Yoshiyuki felt the presence of the ANBU captain before he appeared inside the Kagekage's office. The Sannin returned the bow to the Captain in out of respect. "No, the pleasure is all mine. I finally get to meet the famous Keiji Shikoho. The man that had many men fall to the silence and swiftness of his sword." Yoshiyuki lifted his head from the bow position. "What will you have me do, Kagekage-sama?" The large teenager asked his cousin with formalities only because the ANBU Captain was present. __________________________________________ End Transmission

Keiji chuckled to himself when the Sannin bowed back. "Yoshiyuki, you do not need to be the one bowing to me. You are the Sannin for the Kagegakure. Your rank is far above mine in this village. I do, however, appreciate your respect for one such as myself. And as for the stories... many are exaggerations and little tales passed on by Jounin and Chunin; you know how the kids are, hm?" He looks back to the Sannin when he spoke to his cousin formally, "Sannin, you don't have to be formal because I am here. You are family, and you can use names, not statuses." He smiled behind his mask, and waited for the Kagekage to answer his question. "... for we humans most often find ourselves in the dark."

Soma closed his eyes, there was alot for him to think about now. The only problem was that he didn't want to send his cousin Yoshiyuki to watch over Xzaro because it could start a war with the Datenshi clan and thats something Soma didn't want because it would be something the could destroy the shadow village. Soma then looked at Keiji and said to both of them.
"Yoshiyuki, my mission for you is to deliver a message to the Agnikage Kazumei Ashitaka. This message will talk about the arrival of me to have a meeting with him.
Keiji I want you to watch over Xzaro. If he suspects you become his body guard for the purpose of keeping track of him and making sure he is safe for the time being. He is a member of the Shadow Village. Yes I do know he commited crimes but, we will settle all of those one step at a time."
After Soma said that he looked over to his chair where has large sword rested against. That sword was named Doragon H. Soma knew that when he used his sword it was to actually kill off his enemy in a quick manner.

The Black Lightning's Fang Keiji listened to what the Kage had to say. He seemed conflicted in his actions, and it was understandable to an extent for Keiji. Since being an ANBU came at such a high stake, it would be harder to understand losing a loved one as they put most of theirs out of their daily lives to protect them. Although, being one of the Shikohō clan, he could communicate with close family to relay to them his day and where he would be going and what he would be doing.
Keiji bowed his head to Soma, "As you wish. If he becomes belligerent or aggressive towards another, I will simply rope him up and bring him here." Keiji rose both of his hands and made the Snake and Bird Seal. A trail of a shadow shot from his foot and followed the wall lining out under the door, and a faint whisper could be heard as it passed. Keiji bows to Soma once again, "I shall begin right away? And, should I take on another identity, for protection? If so, I will need to take a Jounin's attire and have a pure black, blank mask on my bed by the next hour." "... for we humans most often find ourselves in the dark."

Sannin of Kagegakure LOADING PLEASE WAIT...... ████████████████] 99% __________________________________________ Yoshiyuki nodded as the ANBU Captain spoke. "Although I'm a higher rank than you, I must respect you because you are well over me in age. That's how our clan was brought up." Yoshiyuki retorted with a small smile the crept across his face,almost un-noticed. The second statement that the ANBU Captain made, Yoshiyuki had ignored it, not out of rudeness, but because more important matters arose, like his expedition to Agnigakure as a liaison between the two villages. "I understand Soma, I shall leave immediately." And with that, Yoshiyuki was gone.
