So...Trina and I noticed the lack of activeness and the fact that there isn't much to do here...We came up with an idea of a "renovation" of the guild. Below, is the picture of what it might look like afterwards...What do you think? Do you think we should take out some sub-forums or put in some? Your opinion counts!!!

New subforums would be nice, but we don't have the people to post in them.

My vote goes for anime, but like the previous post said....just don't have the people to particpate. THAT is the biggest problem.

Games are a big way to help boost guild activity. I know a lot of subforum games that help keep members active.
Of course, an incentive for being active seems to do the trick most of the time. If you had a bumping contest thread, that would definitely boost activity. Or, rewards for certain numbers of posts in the guild (like gaians with 1000 posts in the guild get 10,000g or something, for example).
We may or may not need the people, but the games should help stabilize activity to a more constant rate, that way when we get new ones it's more likely they'll remain active.

Gold is a great incentive, I've found. The bumping contest does sound like a good idea in that case.

Bumping is a great way to keep a thread active or perhaps one of those long answer question thingies... Like answer 100 questions
