I Agree with Mint, World series is a little better because it gives everyone screen time, and it focuses more on a lot more on things from the original web comic.

Axis Powers is good too, it had a better beginning and ending too, I'm still not sure why they changed the start and end theme, it was Hetalia's theme for heavens sake!
