This is the OOC or Out of Character Section of the roleplay. This is put in place to help cut down on OOC chatter on the actual roleplay. OOC in a role play is like static over the radio, if too much collects you lose the original purpose of the thread. It is still a bit of a new concept for me though so I won't be too hard on people who post OOC in the RP.
