when i had my sugies it was easy to train them to do bakflips without me doing anything.. i took a piece of mango and led one of them around the cage and the next thing i knew she was flipping all over the place... it was funny to watch, it sometimes made her dizzy though...
Kieana, back flips are actually a sign of stress in sugar gliders, especially lone gliders. Here are some links with more about it:

Doing consecutive back flips is a sign of SERIOUS mental distress and sometimes even mental illness so I would recommend checking out your glider's living conditions - size of cage, having a buddy, proper diet, etc. Not to rain on your parade, but that is just a very worrisome thing!
