Yoshi is a big visual kei fangirl and goes to a lot of concerts with her friends from college. When she's with her friends, she tends to be obnoxiously loud, but is a lot more quiet when she's alone. Most of all, she's a huge fan of both Rio and Hiro. She's secretly saving money so she can buy sex from Rio someday, so she thinks she's died and gone to heaven when Zora brings him home with her one day. Moreso when Rio gets a job later working with Hiro and she gets to hang out with both of them frequently.
Hiro likes her enthusiasm about him and dates her later. She doesn't seem to care that he's using her for sex, as long as she can call him her boyfriend.
She's friends with all of the other characters, but isn't particularly close to anyone other than Hiro, Rio and Zora.
She lives at home with her mother, while Rio and Zora are living away from home, at first, but is invited to join them later, when she lets Zora know how jealous and upset she is.
