What: Hawaii's Anime Convention

Where: Hawaii Convention Center

When: April 29th, April 30th, May 1st

Why: Well, why not? : D

So, as the title of this thread asks, who's going to Kawaii Kon this year? Are there any events you're looking forward to? Hoping to meet any guests? Cosplaying? As who? Competing in any contests or tournaments?

Me and my boyfriend are attending again, we're just looking forward to picking up our passes and going at the moment. My cosplays are in my signature but my boyfriend doesn't have any planned cosplays at the moment. Not planning on competing in any contests or tournaments at the moment. =]

I'm going. Cosplaying as brook from One Piece. That is if I'm not at sea ...

They are telling me mid-may as of now, so I am going with that.

Right now it looks like I'm going to be wearing my Decora outfit. My friends and I are also doing a pokemon gijinka group, so I may pull out my Plusle cosplay and possibly work on a new one. :3 And I'm considering also using my old Kagome costume.

My school's club is going to try to compete in the skit contest. : D We're writing a script right now.

I'm planning on going, not sure what days. I know I'll definitely go on Saturday. I would love to cosplay...unfortunately I have no time to work on a costume. My dream is to cosplay as Yoko from Gurren Lagann. Usually I just go to hang out with my friends, buy stuff, and enjoy the awesome cosplays.
