The trees, the oceans, the beaches, the endangered species, the air, the climate. Which is basically...everything. xd I dunno. I'm more interested in the whole global warming thing but I'm also equally interested in environmental awareness and protecting endangered species. I guess those would be my top three. I dunno how to choose between them...

Mainly destruction of specific habitats. I hate all the development that's sprung up where I live. I'm from Arizona, and let me tell you that on a daily basis I witness beautiful desert disappearing beneath retirement communities and golf courses. cry

Agreed. Humans aren't any higher or better than nature, they're only a small, insignificant part of it. Most are just too arrogant to realize that. stare

How could I pick just one thing? I'm an intense animal lover, and having grown up a little bit out in the country I have a great respect for the balance between humans and the wilderness. I love the forests, I love the trees, I love mountains, and waterfalls. I love the scent of clean air and the taste of pure mountain spring water that I have back home. It comes straight out of the tap, and puts the bottled water that I buy while I'm at school to shame.
I guess I just love it all.

Hmmm.... wow. I think my biggest concern is how people refuse to see things as they are beyond themselves. I guess I feel bad for people that haven't yet realized how beautiful life can be when it's not based on gaining power, or trying to make yourself feel good by seeking substances and physical things outside of yourself. I suppose I feel privelidged to be able to see what little worldy success has to offer me, and I'm just concerned for all of my brothers and sisters on this great mother blue xd I'm concerned with what we're all doing to our mother as well. rikuHEART Devin_Kruljac_Truessence rikuHEART Epona Bride Mainly destruction of specific habitats. I think that we're all just still developing and evolving and most of us just don't see what affect we have on our environment, because most of us are still stuck in the EGO mindset. Individual survival. Which has been a vital part in our development. We've only been able to think like that for thousands of years. It'll take some time before we all shed our needs for an ego. Just a little hope for humanity, this goes out to us heart

I care about all of the other species that are dying off due to humans. It makes me feel so ashamed.
