There should be three buttons in front of you. The first should have a little picture of a wall above it. If you press that one, a wall will spring out onto the road. People are pretty stupid, so they'll just drive along the road and crash into it. The second should have a little picture of a watermelon on it. If you press this one, Fooby the Kamikaze Watermelon will appear out of nowhere and smash himself against the wall. The third should have a little picture of the Earth on it. If you press this one, the world should explode. This instructional video explains more.

I was going to suggest that you can only access the "kill everything" button with a cheat code: Up up down down left right left right A B A B start.

There are various cheats for various machines. The console is the easiest way to access the self-destruct sequence on the Earth's omega core.
